Your best bet will probably Cyanogenmod or a AOSP, doubt samsung will release ICS on this phone. On that note stop with the asking. No one really knows and what is known can be found already....

You do Understand that Cyanogenmod just recently got a actual release for our phones. Took all this long to get a GB release.... Who knows how long it would take for ICS, not to mention that they would need devs to actually port. Alot of people leaving Captivates now a days since most are renewing soon.

Minecraft threads get closed because, despite there being an existing gaming thread, there's already a load of minecraft threads which the OP would have found had they searched with the word "minecraft".
