i can confirm - worked on both CM9 and CM10

The bigger question is, do you realize what the script is doing, or are you just running it blindly without understanding what your changing or why it's being changed? I would never use the script, and if I had a ROM or Kernel and someone was having an issue and they were using this, or any other "performance" script, I wouldn't even start to figure out what was wrong. In my experience, people have way more problems with things like the supercharger script than those that leave the system alone have.

This is being used on pretty much every android on the market and almost everyone is pleased with results. This isn't written for the tab itself but for every device . For more info try checking the official post of the v6 supercharger which has given me amazing results on every device I have owned.

I be leave supercharger works and well. If you set it up right and not just auto install. I've never had any problems with it. But I agree most people don't know what or why it does what it does. So they mess with options they don't understand and complain when their device goes crazy.

Thanks guys I've been thinking of deploying supercharger to my tab because it's been a bit laggy at times (im on 4.1.1 KOR leak) I don't have a clue what these "scripts" do but if I read enough good comments I often take the risk regardless as I just love to tinker. People are even running supercharger on HTC One X! Surely it can't do much for that?
Even more confused now but many thanks all.

How can this work for ALL devices? It's a very confusing topic, I've read people are using this on One X, surely nothing to gain there? Do the people who make these devices know nothing about performance?

hi, the script can be used for all devices but better if you using guide from the original thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276 , i know it is so much to read but you just have to...
cyanogenmod rom not necessary required, currently i'm using v6 supercharged script on paranoidandroid 2.51 for my p3100...
but i supercharged my service.jar using tools from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1869663 (you need a pc though), then i use the link from original thread...

[ROM] MaxQ ROM-AT&T Sense 3.0 Based[REBUILDING]

So I'm finally putting this up here. This is a pretty early build but something to start with. It's based on AT&T RUU Sense 3.0 build. It's de-odexed, zip-aligned, rooted, debloated, and with CIQ removed. You should be on the new Recovery (5.5.0.4) and if coming from another ROM, you should fastboot flash the boot.img that is included in the zip file.
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
What's in MaxQ:
AT&T GB 2.3.4 Sense 3
Rooted
De-odexed
Zip-aligned
No CIQ
Moved bootanimation.zip to /data/local
A few additional sounds
PirateGhost's APN file (Thanks PG)
And a little more...
Included Apps
Titanium Backup
HTC Flashlight
AK Notepad
More to come...
I do have only a small issue with a single reboot after it's very first boot but everything is fine after that. If somebody can help me debug that, it would be great. I'll be adding more to this for who knows how long (probably until we have ICS) don't think this is it.
I'm also pretty new to developing on the HTC platform so if you have a request, please don't expect it quickly. This still looks very much stock until we can decode the type 14 files with m10 tools. I've only changed a few default wallpapers.
Taking the download links down until I can figure out what I've infringed on.
Nice to have another option. I'll try it out this afternoon and let you know if there are any issues.

yes, nice to have another ROM to try. Will tethering work on this ROM, or is it still locked?

Hmmm, so now it's working. When I tried earlier, it would just turn itself off, but I'm connecting now writing this. Strange.
If all your going to do is use my tweaked rom and relabel it by making a couple little obsolete changes...can at least give credit...smh...same exact tweaks etc....so either remove them and use your own or ask to use my work
WC
WOW, I just ran this thru WinMerge & it is like 99% the exact same as Wild Childs ROM. You didn't even dump the ship ROM, did you? I even see some of the non-stock changes WC made. Tsk...Tsk...Tsk...
Kanging Android is cool, it's open source, but don't forget your source references & credits otherwise you just look like an arse.
Not so much. I deodexed the thing myself. Maybe because its based off of the same RUU? I think I might have used some of the init.d scripts but I'm pretty sure theyre from the supercharger thread. I'm not trying to steal anyone's work.

Ok, ok, calm down. I didn't realize the scripts were "your" work. I seriously thought they were from the Supercharger thread. If it makes you more comfortable, I can remove them. In fact, I can ask a mod to just delete this whole thread and not share anything I do? I'm not intentionally trying to steal anyone's work here. You realize we probably used the same RUU to build from which would be why it would looks so similar?
same ruu....not same init.d scripts,not same configs etc....smh

It's okay, just make sure you give credit where it's due. Wild Child is a bully anyway
Nah, Droid is open source, in that spirit (at least in the Vivid forum) most of us share & even posts our sources freely and you will see that Wild Child had contributed to many of the roms here including Rum Raider, Holicakes, etc...
We all share in this small but tight knit device forum. As such it is just expected that you give credit when it's due & share improvements you make that benefit the developer community.
I see you've been around XDA awhile, so you know how it is. But this isn't a WM forum & most of us here literally talk, email & chat with each other frequently (quit it WC, I'll call you back 8/ ).
Seriously, this is a tight forum & a we frequently talk and throw files back and forth. You may not be used to that, maybe you can from one of those devices with the flashy gaudy roms that scream "look at me", where Android hackers & cooks don't embrace the Android open source spirit. I think you'll like it more here, but just be certain to credit others when you use their work & the world will be right once again.
Now can I go back to my Battlestar Galactica marathon?

Well, I apologize for using your scripts and not giving you credit. I will remove them from my build. Again, it was purely unintentional and I wasn't trying to steal or discredit anyone's work. There's plenty of people here that I've helped and plenty that can say I've asked for direction in how to do something so I can do it myself and not use somebody else's work. I like to know how things work not just copy/paste. And I'm not trying to make any enemies here either so I've removed the links until I can make the necessary changes.

[ROM][DEV][PRE-ALPHA] HTC Sense 4.0 | ICS 4.0.3 | 2/17/12

.
**This is currently a WIP, there are problems but as a community we can get this port solid.**
-= INFO ON THIS PRE-ALPHA ROM =-
This is Sense 4.0, ICS 4.0.3. It is ported from the latest HTC Endeavour RUU leak. The Endeavour is a quad-core tegra 3 phone, with 720p display. So yes this rom will take some work.
The rom that I will be posting was rebased from the sensation port, so credit to those devs. I will not just be using their work, I will be doing my own fixes and whatnot.
This rom is more of a preview. It has alot of issues. But hey, this was one of the first Sense 4.0 ports EVER, and its on NEXUS S. Thats pretty crazy

-= HOW TO BE GOOD AT THIS ROM =-
As of now, it isnt very stable (duhh). So after flashing, let it settle down a bit, it will reboot some and do its thing. After awhile it runs pretty damn smooth. You will have to get used to random reboots and force closes. It's still kinda cool to look at though, don't let these problems discourage you from flashing

Hey guys,
Here's just a ROM I have been messing around with called HighOnAndroid "Flyin' High" ROM for Galaxy Note 10.1 Wifi GT-N8013.
Since there's no ROM out now for Wifi versions, here's one you can try out.
It's pretty much based off stock ROM but I removed some bloatware (like Yahoo widgets) and put some features I wanted.
Features:
- GT-N8013 UEALH2 Base (Latest)
- Custom Boot Animation (put bootanimation.zip in /system/media directory with ES File Explorer (and enable Root Explorer/Mount in settings!)
- App2SD (You can read about it here)
- Jelly Bean Animations
- Init.d support
- Rooted/Superuser
- Deodexed/Zipaligned
- Only for those "Flyin' High"
Changelog:
v0.1 Deodexed, zipaligned, init.d support, jelly bean animations, custom boot animations, app2sd.
I am really working on my free time (and trust me I've got a million things to do), this is just something I do for fun. But I will try my best to update it at least once a week.
I do welcome any suggestions for features. Please keep them not "too wild", remember I don't have much time to really do a full ROM development here (Yes, I actually have a life and have to take kids to school like everyone else!) but little hacks here and there I can do.

Finally, some love for 8013/wifi variants. I prefer custom roms based on stock anyway. Thanks!

Stock D415 Rom

Hey, LONG time reader. My Nexus 5 just broke, so I had to stop at best buy for something in the interim. Knowing that I putz with phones too much to not have a stock rom to fall back on, I pulled my stock system image and boot files and made my own. I couldn't post in Dev, cause I'm new-ish.
Changes made:
De-odexed
Zip-aligned
Rooted
If you have any issues, post them below. I have only tested this on my own T-Mobile D415. Unsure if it will work on other phones.
blah blah blah, no warranty. yatta yatta,
Link: Can't post yet. It's on Android File Host under my name. Will update when I reach 10

Just to let everyone know, I tested NFC on the 9/10 build and it apparently does not work. Now, Ive never used NFC before so I may just be doing it wrong, but maybe others can test this.

Agreed. It would be a lot easier than flashing the KDZ.

There you go, stock ROM. Flash it on CWR, won't flash stock recovery or boot loader so you get to keep your cwr

Need Help Rooing
I have been searching treads like crazy! I just got a LG-D415 and used every single rooting tool.. yet did the new OTA update first not thinking.. now none of the tools will root. I even used the new towelroot thing which most people said works. I hate not having a rooted phone and don't feel like waiting for the tools to update to cover my OTA update.. is there anyway around this? I figured installing the stock rom would fix it but it seems to install that you need root for twrp/cwm and I can't find any signed roms to install on the factory stock recovery.

Phone freezing on boot.

Alright guys, so this is a strange issue. My Nexus 6 tends to freeze and reboot right after turning the device on if I shut off the screen right away, it doesn't freeze if I leave the screen on long enough for SuperSU to give my usual apps the permissions. It's kind of strange because it seems to not do this with a fresh factory image installed, but over time it slowly starts doing this, leading me to think it may be an app I have. I had another member tell me it was the bootloader being glitchy and it could be fixed with the next software release. Anyone else have this happen to them on their devices? I'll get a logcat if it's needed, just let me know! Thanks all and happy flashing!

What custom rom are you running? Custom kernel? Did you add xposed framework? Did you make any under the hood manual changes to it like build.prop? What radio and kernel are you currently running? Could you provide me a logcat?

It's stock Android, Elite kernel (Elemental X also seems to do this), xposed IS installed, and I just removed docs, sheets, and slides from the system with a root explorer. I'll get ya a logcat and see if I can get the device to do it again.

I am pretty sure its not the kernel level, it booted into android. Try fresh install of android and if it still does it then provide me a logcat.

Is there a way to get a logcat on boot without unlocking the device and changing the usb mode to PTP? The device seems to do this if I let the screen go off after first boot without unlocking it, and after about a minute or two. Or is PTP the only way to get it to log with adb?

No there should be a way to set it. I would just run it for like 5 minutes and i can see what its doing. Like I said before worse case scenario you would fastboot back to stock and wipe data/cache to see if flashing stock doesnt fix it but the easy/quick way first especially with your apps on there
---------- Post added at 02:03 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:00 AM ----------
I just flashed full stock today with a full wipe to reinstall a rom and kernel so i know its a clean install. This way when i setup my phone I will back up a clean ROM not a rom that has had a few miles on her. lmao

I have not been able to recreate the issue for some reason. It chooses to do it a lot sometimes and other times not at all. Go figure, when I make a thread I can't recreate it :/ I'll keep trying though! Hopefully I can.

raise your top cpu speed(probably 2649mhz) by 10mV up, to 1130mV.

many people randomly lower their voltages, to "save" battery. but, this doesn't save battery. most are just believing what pwople who think wrong tell them. but.. raising your voltage a little can bring mire stability. which is what i do when i oc to 3033mhz, i raise my voltage by 25mV.
