Does version 2.8.7.2 work on Tmobile S6? From the link below? Or do i need to use a modified TWRP like before?

If your rooted just use flashify from the play store, doesn't get much easier than that. That file above will work also.

You need to appreciate the fact that the image you posted is actually a mock up somebody created and not a real image of the phone.
