Thank you God of widgets...thank you again...ok guys just checked it's working not working with cwm...use root explorer put the apk inn system app change permission and reboot...you'll get the widget prada...

If your rooted just use flashify from the play store, doesn't get much easier than that. That file above will work also.

You need to appreciate the fact that the image you posted is actually a mock up somebody created and not a real image of the phone.
