Introducing FusionSP (Slim Project).
This project started out as a private project for me and my friends, but i decided to give you guys a present and release it to the public..
FusionSP has been optimized to have good performance, and great battery life,
and still have the most of the features of the normal Fusion rom.
Also some new great features are present like On-The-Go. (This can be activated thru the QS panel).
This rom is based on pure AOSP (Frameworks base) and SlimRom sources (All up-to-date).
Most sources (Much more then the normal Fusion rom) are optimized for building with linaro gcc4.8 (Credits to Bernhard Rosenkraenzer @ linaro)
this for the great performance and good battery life this rom gives you. All the features are carefully implemented, tested and made them all working without any issues.
This for a very stable and daily usable rom. The meaning of this rom is not to have all the available features that exist, but the most important and functional 100% working features.
Ofcourse more features will be implemented, and suggestions/requests for features are welcome....
The Fusion-Boeffla kernel is updated with the latest sources by Lord boeffla (v2.2b6a - Compiled with SaberMod gcc4.7).
I've spend countless hours working on this source to be as fast and stable as it can get at the moment.
This rom will not be rushed to have updated releases every day/week/month. so dont ask for eta's!!
Please let me know if you guys like it! and if you want this rom as a side project of the normal Fusion rom. Or perhaps as main project.

Installation instructions:
Personally i use TWRP
First time installation:
1. Copy rom.zip to internal sd on the Phone
2. Reboot in recovery
3. Do a full wipe
4. install the rom.zip from the internal sd
5. Reboot the Phone
6. After first boot to KitKat, reboot again into recovery and install gapps
When updating:
1. Copy updated rom.zip to internal sd on the Phone
2. Reboot in recovery
3. Wipe Dalvik cache and cache
4. install the rom.zip from the internal sd
5. install gapps
6. Reboot phone
Thats all.. Enjoy

thats correct used some of his icons but its not the same theme

I did check that and it has links for is 3.7, no MEan, unless I'm missing something.

I tried it three or four times before it showed up. Not really sure exactly how or why. I just was clicking on it and it gave me the names of several roms and then I clicked it again and it had 3.7 (ics) and version 1 (JB) listed.
Click on download on 1st post...look for...Current Directory: Then click on Files , Then> Samsung , Then > Galaxy S III, Then > Custom ROMS , Then > DragonICS Rebirth
Try that.

Hello everyone! I started building AOKP roms a while back for the Galaxy Nexus and would like to support the Nexus4!
I've been running my own nightlys for a while now and figured I'd share with the community

the original dev thread is official AOKP supported.
Mine is unofficial. as of right now both are practically the same but when I start cherry picking this will be the same as that one plus extra features

Dirty Unicorns is a custom ROM built with stability in mind and optional customization. The idea to start this ROM began out of pure boredom around 4.1.2 on the EVO 3D and later turned into a form of an addiction (a good one) to see where we could go from there. We have since expanded to more devices to include the HTC One, Nexus 5, SGS4 and many more. We quickly realize that users loved what we were doing as well as other developers because it was done the right way. We've always had fun doing it and take pride in knowing that we've done it without having to bug the end user for donations to pay for server costs and/or any of those sob stories you hear. This ROM is 100 percent free and will remain that way.
Those wanting to use our ROM as a base are more the welcomed to do so but please maintained the credits/thanks below, do not ask for donations as it wouldn't be fair to do so considering and let us know as we often like to contribute to other projects.

1. Make sure you're using the latest recovery for your device

2. Download the latest update for your device
(either check http://download.dirtyunicorns.com or hit the TEST Builds tab here and find the latest)
3. Move anything that you think is important over to your Desktop or upload it to dropbox or whatever (pictures, music, etc)
4. Backup your apps via Titanium backup or equivalent app and either upload them to dropbox or onto your Desktop
5. Reboot into recovery
6. Wipe everything. This doesn't mean just system or factory settings. This means EVERYTHING!
Tap on Wipe/Advanced Wipe and check the following and swipe to wipe
- Dalvik Cache
- Cache
- Data
- Internal Storage
- System
- MicroSD (some devices don't have this option)
7. Move the ROM zip over to your sdcard either by mounting USB storage or adb
8. Flash the ROM zip
9. Let it boot
10. Reboot back into recovery
11. Flash whatever GAPPS (as long as it's 4.4.X)
12. ENJOY!!

READ THIS
Let's make a few things clear.
I won't give ETA's because I can't give them. There will be new stuff added (even if it's visual but "under the hood") and that means that it could break something. Fixing it could be easy but it can be hard.
This also means that it could take weeks before a new version is online but it could also be online in a couple days. There's not a schedule. I try to built weekly. And even when there isn't a new version in weeks, it doesn't mean that I'm doing nothing. I'm always busy and when it's ready you'll see a new version.

If you want stabilty switch to dalvik.
Somepeople have reported to have root working on ART by flashing 1.65 SuperSU update and setting it to always grant root. Try it at your own risk

How can I restore SMS?

About restoring SMS, follow these steps:
- Go back to your previous rom (you did a nandroid backup, right?)
- Backup your SMS with SMS Backup and Restore
- Flash CM11 (V1 or V2 + fix, up to you)
- Restore your SMS with SMS Backup and Restore but first make sure that SMS Backup and Restore is set as the default SMS App under settings. Once restored, you can set whichever SMS app you want as default (Messages, Hangouts or third party)
Google Now does not work
Your country may not be supported by Google Now, try to use a VPN
Saying "Ok google" Does not work
Change google now lenguage to "English(US)"
Difference between normal gapps and PA Gapps?
PA Gapps are compatible with ART, it also has more apps (look at file size)

The rom could not possibly have been more perfect, apart from a little graphical glitch in the battery tile in quick settings where battery percentage becomes invisible due to it being too far down on the tile, speed is wonderful, and now i will test battery life and whatever i have seen so far i am already liking it. Great work and thanx

Hello jicv, you're right. It currently is not in the ROM. Will try to cherry pick it and put it in the next release. In the mean time you can download xposed framework and get GravityBox. You can enable it there :victory:

Finally... had to wipe my phone because install as second ROM with Devil recovery did not work, but I don't mind about that (all apps are saved with Titanium).
The ROM works like a charm, no issues yet. Thanks for the build!

Introduction:
L-Droid is a rom loosely based off of SlimRoms AOSP sources with various sources picked from other great developers. I have spent the last 6 months putting together a ROM for my Galaxy S3 that I could use as a daily driver and also contains all the features I like on my phone. This rom comes with all the bells and whistles but without taking a hit on battery life. I do this on my spare time and absolutely love it so I hope you'll like my work. As I am just setting up my thread I will add more detail on this later. If at any point you have a bug or a feature request to point out, I would be more than willing to look into it as long as I have a logcat or source code to work with. Enjoy!

After I have flashed the ROM , I had problems with root... I have redolved flashing last boeffla omni kernel.

About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.
We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours. Big or small, the focus was always on contributing to the community. That is ultimately why we do what we do. After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and again, gain contributors. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew even more and learned a whole lot more.
It has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward. Lastly, we DO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. All we do ask, is that you have patience, search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!

This is due to restoring data/apps from Google. Go ahead and clear data and cache for theme chooser and theme provider then reboot you should be good moving forward.
I changed my LCD density and now the navbar looks weird, what gives?
This is currenly an issue that we are aware of and addressing. For now after you changed density reset navbar layout or stay on the stock density.

Don't use my kernel in my ROMs, it's the same anyway wifi doesn't work only on the modules (default) version of the kernel, which is meant for Roms that are based on CM device trees which use kernel modules. My builds and some others from LP times don't use modules, thus wifi doesn't work on them with kernel with modules.

Do you know how to fix the bug in recents?
Wrong icon shows for a split second in the corner of app card.
It's not there on pure cm 13

Idk yet bro I just build the rom unofficially, please state this bug on DU's G+, maybe they aren't aware of it yet.. Then maybe they are and are working on fixing it.
Also you can try other dpi (maybe 480) but I doubt that will fix it.

This bug is everywhere (every 6.0 rom) except pure cm
Seems like nobody noticed it but me

CM is quite different from all others at the moment, most of them are based on AOSP.. Is it present on RR or AOKP? They are CM based afaik

On cm13's recent menu icon shows smoothly (and it's bugless)
