Since you have HBOOT 2.02.0002, you have unlocked the bootloader and installed a custom recovery to get CM7 installed.
At this point, to flash a new custom ROM, you would simply need to install the ROM using the custom recovery menu. Then after you flash the ROM, you need to manually flash the boot.img file contained in the ROM's zip file using the command:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
As for the Disable Bootloader, the correct term for the Setting is "Disable Fastboot" so that could be why you cannot find it.
This post contains the procedure you need to use to flash a custom ROM. Since you have already done steps 1 - 8 to get to this point, you only need to do steps 9 - 14 each time you want to flash a new ROM.

You are confused!!
If you have S-ON.. you cant flash new rom..!!

If you have an unlocked bootloader, the HBOOT screen still shows S-ON, but you can flash a custom Recovery and a custom ROM. How do you think he got CM7 installed in the first place.

There are several users that have been able to install ARHD 3.0.1 on an unlocked bootloader. You should be OK as long as you remember to manually flash the boot.img!!!

No, you should be able to flash it with your current set up. As I said, there are a few users that have installed it on an unlocked bootloader and didn't use BlackRose.

[Q] htc vivid ICS HELP!

ok so my HTC Vivid is unlocked and rooted.
i have s-on
HBOOT - 1.85.0024
microp - 0360
and i have the ics recovery which is the wcxrecovery.
now i want to get ICS. how do i do that? i tried using the RUU but that keeps saying error
and i dont thnk there is an actual ICS rom out there.
you can download the stock ics ruu from htc to use it you have to relock your bootloader
im on a stock vivid rom i dont have any custom roms on my phone
like if i relock it, i dont think itl matter cuz ill still be able to use the stock rom
are you on gb wanting to go to ics if so stock or custom if you want custom go to wildchilds site if stock relock bootloaders hook your phone up to your computer in fastboot mode and run the ruu
http://www.wcxxperia-nce.com/index.php
you need to register to see vivid roms
http://www.htc.com/us/support/vivid-att/downloads/
no i am on a stock vivid rom that i used from an update of an ruu. i dont have any of those like reumraider holikaked, none of those.
so you want stock ics or custom ics
can you provide me a link with both? i would really appreciate it thank you very much!
for now i will do the update that is on my phone apperently there is an update on it. ill see what happens with that and if you can still put the stock and custom ics links please
4th post down and you might want to check but i think the bootloader has to be locked to do the ota update. wildchild has a video in the op in his vivid section ics rom that walks you through all the steps to install his rom
---------- Post added at 02:08 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:06 PM ----------
also the ruu will wipe your phone and make it like out of box

is there not possible like old version android 2.3.5 with some tool like DoomLord to rooting??
thx alot for a answer..

Like i write.
Read there if you don't have unlocked bootloader or installed recovery.
This guide show you how to do that.
If you have unlocked bootloader and installed recovery you can only download file in the previous post and install it via recovery.
Put this files to sdcart, reboot phone to recovery and install.

[Solved]HTC Bootloop without RUU

Hey guys, today I was determined to change my CID in order to get the 4.2.2 update as fast as possible. So, I was running 4.1.1 Rooted on a deodexed stock rom. In order to make the CID change, tried to flash with the HTC RUU. Since there is no RUU for O2 germany, I looked my radio version up and downloadaded the European RUU. The Bootloader had to be relocked, and then is when the TRAGEDY happened. I got stuck in Bootloop. I tried everything and every RUU(errors 151, 150, 131 etc) that is out there without any luck. Finally, after about 12 hours of continious trying and screaming, i found the solution.
1) flashed cwm recovery ( did nor recognize my internal storage )
2) flashed TWRP recovery and formated the internal storage (still bootloop)
3) pushed via AIO Tool sideload the latest CM10
4) cryed for about 15 min of happiness.
I am just making this post in order to help other noobs like me who do not want to go to experts that will charge you hundrets of euros/dollars/yens what ever, and make a fool out of you. I hope this helps you. After this I donated a considerable amount of money to the TWRP, CM and AIO developers, since they have done an amazing job creating these tools and they should be rewarded. Think about it and appreciate effort of others.
ps: I am swiss, so pardon my english
any cronstructive criticism, comments are welcome
Why didn't you just flash a 4.2.2 rom and update your firmware? Much simpler than trying to force an OTA.

Need help going back to Stock (Bell Canada HTC One)

Info:
Bell Mobility HTC One 32GB
S-OFF
H-Boot 1.54 Currently
Fully converted to Google Edition using 4.3 RUU
CID Changed to the Google One
I've literally been on here all day trying to figure this out. I need to sell the phone and can't afford to brick it.
Unfortunately, my Hard drive containing my Nandroids crashed and I lost them.
I cannot find a Bell Mobility RUU. There is a Nandroid backup on HTC1 Guru Here - Very first one listed under CWM Nandroids
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/m7-cwm-nandroid-backup-cid-bm___001-1-29-666-5-zip/
How can I revert to stock with this?
Is that Nandroid a 4.1.2 Rom? Bell never got 4.2.2, they are still on 4.1.2 so I assume so?
I think I can do this - Any help would be appreciated, need to get this done ASAP.
1) Change my CID back to BM_001 using ADB/Fastboot commands
2) Flash Custom Recovery - CWM in this case using ADB/Fastboot commands
3) FIRMWARE? I'm on the stock 4.3 Google Edition Rom - Do I need to flash old firmware? (Hboot, Radios, etc). If so, what files do I flash and how? Can somebody provide a link here?
4) Restore the Nandroid Backup
5) Flash the Stock Recovery back? Where do I get this from for the Bell 4.1.2 rom?
I will leave the phone S-OFF for whoever buys it. Is this it? I need help with Part 3 specifically if this is the procedure.
If anyone can help I'd gladly buy ya a beer!
I know I'm probably over complicating this.... just little experience with HTC phones. My main questions are regarding the CID and Firmware.
Anyone?

Easy on the double posting
Anyway, I think you may have a problem with the touchscreen drivers if you're going to restore using a CWM backup.
Since you're s-off, why not just use the international RUU and change CID to something like HTC__001. Any reason you need to stay on Bell?

I am trying to revert back to Bell so I can unlock the phone. I purchased an unlock code and it does not work. From my research I've done, the phone needs to be on a stock ROM and CID in order for the unlock code to work.
Hey, sorry i have the same issue, i'm with bell as well. i bought and unlock code and then i tried unlocking my phone but it wouldn't work because i rooted it and installed a custom rom, i followed mike 1986 thread on how to unroot and relock your bootloader but as soon as i relocked my booter loader my phone says relocked and i have s-on but now it is stuck on boot loader and i can't sideload a rom because it fails every time. it detects my phone on fastboot but thats all i can do... is my phone bricked and no good now?!?

Well the steps you describe sound right, but there's the problem of getting the firmware. vomer has a guide with different firmwares, but they're all for 2.24 and above.
Not to mention the issue with the touch drivers.
Why don't you try using the odexed stock rom from mike1986 thread, that would put a stock rom on your phone, and change CID to Bell, and try your unlock code. (maybe even stock recovery)

I would flash firmware 2.24.401.8 from vomer's guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2365506
and yes, change CID back to bell.
Hopefully your unlock code will work then :fingers-crossed:

No, just go back to HTCdev and get the unlock code again.
You can follow the below guides in case you can't remember the procedure:

If it's an OTA from a stock ROM no, you can't. You can flash a stock recovery though I believe for it to work

If you can, s off first while you are on a lower hboot/firmware and then install your custom roms. It's so much easier to return to stock if you are s off for warranty purposes
Its already s-off, hboot 1.57,and unlocked with another pc im going to install revolution hd thanks for your help
