Thanks for the reporting...

thanks man..... Its wonderfull....

how do I use this on an odexed rom?

Sorry... you cant, it's for Odex rom only....sorry!

Don't you mean deodex? Also, do these batteries have one percent increments?

I've never flashes mods before... I just flashed and setup the new jelly bean 4.1.1 that is the ota version from this site. Can I just flash the zip thru recovery or do I need to wipe everything?

no, I mean a rom WITH odex...I don't see any odex files in the zip, and 90% of the time these are made for deodex, not odex anyway.
so my question stands....since this (like almost all mods) are made for a DEodexed rom, how do I use it on odex?

The slim battery mod has 1% increments, I imagine the others do as well, but I haven't tried.

Confirmed....just for stock rom, other user report crash or bug on cm10

Not sure if it's a bad flash on my part or if it wasn't part of the mod, but for the simple numbers battery percentage doesn't show a '%' sign. If it wasn't part of the mod i was wondering if you could make another one with a '%'. Thanks, awesome work btw. Just wondering, is there a tutorial or something where you can teach me how I can make my own and contribute to this thread?

[Framework MOD][Update 2.27.12]All ICS ROMS

I don't know what the hell its up with Google lazy or whatnot but if you look at stock ICS framework most of its still gingerbread orange
Allot of 3rd party apps like XDA, titanium backup...ect default back to stock framework for images and that's why these apps still have orange tabs..ect
well i went threw and edited all the orange to ICS blue.
So now all apps will match ICS
Works on all HDPI ICS ROMS GSM and CDMA
Update
2.15.12
new install method it will inject the new images without the need of editing the framework so now it works on all ICS roms
2.21.12
slightly adjusted brightness of the images previous were great but were slightly more vibrant compared to stock now much better.
Huge thanks to Brainmaster for this Universal Patch
First thing should always have or make a backup to fallback on just in case

Thanks for this, funny I never noticed the GB orange remnants in ICS until you pointed it out, but now it bothers me . I am using the BuglessBeast framework you posted and everything is working fine except where my carrier name is usually displayed (Sprint) it now says "Roaming Indicator Off." Perhaps it is because you used the framework for the gsm version of the nexus, as opposed to the 4G version which is what I have?

Edit: CONFIRMED WORKING on the new 03_02_12 build for Nexus S GSM, NOT tested on 4G!!!

Search to Recent
This is a mod that changes the function of the hardware search button on the phone, to 'recent'. Instead of holding down the home button for awhile, you can now multitask using the search button!
(found this somewhere else but it's still good on the new ROM)
Flashable zip through recovery: search-to-recent_Pete.zip

(Rom) AndroWiz Version 3.0!

AndroWiz, is a CM7 Droid 3 rom made off Hashcode's CM7 rom, please be sure to thank him! I used Fr4gg0r's TouchWiz Launcher, which made it run and look great. I plan on begin theming the whole rom this week.
It gives you both CM options and a TouchWiz launcher which equals some awesome features!

[MOD][CWM][SCRIPT]Reodex your ROM and be faster

This CWM script will reodex any custom ROM.
With BOOTCLASSPATH edit in dexo.sh it can work on any ROM and phone.
Reodexing gives some people perceivable speed up. And it frees data partition from system dalvik cache. So dalvik-cache rebuild is also accelerated.
I ran it with stock kernel (root injected). And had problems with running it on any custom kernel.
http://galaxytree.net/bravomail/universalOdex.zip
Also a good example of output from shell script into CWM console.

I tought that there is just typo in op, that's why i ask, but ok it's not work with custom kernels and that must be reason why i don't have any odex files in /system/app after i flashed this.

Only in fact about boot time (dalvik-cache related)... Nothing more... Google-it (with the right sites ) it does noting in overall 'speed up", "perf", etc... or anything else...
And yes I've tested odexed a custom rom, maybe you know "ODEX ME", bah... nothing more in term of perf in bench nor in overall UI...
And for re-deodexed... ?
And for theming? If I'm rigth all the themes and mods are for deodexed roms, or at least at 99% in the theme & apps section, so... Maybe people will complain...
In any case for those we want to test NANDROID BACK UP FIRST ->That would have been the first thing to say in the OP
Just my opinion
EDIT: one question: in what it can be kernel related???

Hummmm.............. :silly::victory:
Explain, explain and explain more...
But before "be faster"... doing a Nandroid backup, in case of something goes wrong ,here, you'll be faster to recover everything as before
upon further review, i see that you did change some things, mainly removing the original header (which is absolutely lame) and made it work with CWM. Also, you set a static BOOTCLASSPATH - which defeats the purpose of this script!!
So all in all....is this mod worth flashing??

I have a few questions here...is the zip down and would the idea be to have a custom ROM and set it how you want it, then put stock kernel back and re odex? I can odex apks myself (and Odex Me app does that but I really want to learn about the jars and mainly the bootclasspath...I am getting so close. Very nice, (sigh...) I been waiting for the CM build to become stable since it should be up any day now, Ive stayed on CleanRom because of this. Now im gonna have to flash Jakes rom so I can apply this because this looks sick! Nice work! Hmm now IDK what to do with all these MODs coming out for stock based roms. Lot of customizations for stock vs CM...
Thanks, I really like this mod. :good:

If you have another systemUI mod in place, this will undo that.

Well, you can just reflash your rom, but the easier way is to go to system/app and copy/paste the LGSystemUI.apk file into another directory before you flash this. If you don't like this mod, just paste your backup back to system/app.
Really like this mod. Too bad it doesn't work with other sys ui mods like the recents button.

Yeah. Early stages of modding always run in to this issue. Maybe later if I get a hair up my ass I'll come up with w more user friendly way add all mods. I have a few ideas on how. Gotta do some testing.

k, I added a zipthemer to the OP. using this method you can flash my mod and leave any other mod intact. I tested it with the declutermenutorecents zip the malladus thread and it worked like a charm.
I used Zip Themer and everything worked great. Here is a youtube tutorial I found if anyone is interested.

Gotta say, this mod has completely changed how I feel about the look of this phone. I hide the status bar whenever I can (home screen, lock screen) and when I was in apps I just couldn't avoid looking at that ugly blue signal indicator (IMO). I'd hidden everything else. I've kept the battery with this mod. Anyway, thank you for this, it has really changed the look of the whole device.
Makes me even more excited for 4.4

OP updated with a second option, AOSP style signal icons~
Correct me if I'm wrong but I flashed the aosp mod and it just turned the icons/battery white. I also noticed in zip themed it kept saying "white icons" . The file name was lgsystemuiaospsignal.zip. Thanks.

The file name and what zipthemer uses to create a zip are two different things. There is a text file inside the zip you download that tells zipthemer what to name it. So white icons is the correct name.
And its a aosp style signal icon. In other words, more triangler like vanilla Android instead of the LG way. Screenshot in the OP shows the difference. Everything else is the same.

My apologies, I must have misread the op. I thought that they were also blue as well. Either way, thanks for this mod!

Removed the flasable zip. now its only zipthemers. only req to use this is you have to have a deodexed systemui. if your on a odexed rom, flash one of the deodexed systemui mods.

I'm on CleanROM which is not deodexed. I'm not sure what you mean by "flash one of the deodexed systemui mods". How do I get this running on CleanROM?
