When i boot the phone up with power and volume down:

Whatever i do
recovery_for_1.28 download to phone (done)
but my phone is starting up with HBOOT and not with CWM
I work with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Is that the problem or wat is.?
i don't gettin him started with CWM

It could be rooted, can't tell from what you posted but probably it is NOT rooted, and from the fact that it is LOCKED says that it has the OFFICIAL ROM.

guys i need RUU Link for my HTC incredible s. ITs stuck on BOOTLOOP. i.e turns on and display HTC logo and restarts.
And when i press volume down + power button it shows..

This has already been answered on your other post. Since you have HBOOT 1.13.0000, just go to http://revolutionary.io and gain S-OFF and a custom recovery and then you can install any ROM you want.

With this..Flash it normally like any other Rom

Hi, I had the Viper 3.5 rom and tonight I flashed the Viper 4.0 rom but got a boot loop. I managed to get back into the recover menu and formated the partitions and reflashed the rom again but after a reboot I can't get back into recovery menu. I am able to get into this screen though....

TRY REFLASHING recovery, you must be on 2.6.3.3 recovery to flash this rom (TWRP)
Viper 4.0 is not for Sprint, it says it in the first post...
