Replace Apps icon on bottom right of home screen - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have the latest XXLRT installed.
Along the bottom, on the far right (the 5th icon), is an Apps icon.
I can change the first four icons but not this one.
How can I change the Apps icon for something else?

What do you mean by the "menu bar"?
I guess he's talking about the bar at the bottom.
Yes, it's possible!
Press the Applications icon at the bottom, then press the menu button, press on edit, and you are now able to drag new icons to the bottom bar.
Thank you!
I gotta say... I REALLY, REALLY LOVE THIS PHONE!
After discovering this, I'm not gonna change my launcher yet, I got a paid version of LauncherPro, but i like the horizontal scrolling in the appdrawer.

to use icons, you'll need either a custom launcher (like Nova or Apex) that allows you to use custom icons.
or you could use Desktop VisualizeR app

There's also APK Edit. I've used it a couple times for changing icons. It's pretty neat.

Touchwiz folders

Does anyone know how to make more folders in the app drawer besides just the ones that were there already?
In the app drawer click Edit on the top right. Then drag one one app icon onto another.
Ta-da!

Give this a try, it works on my snapdragon. Install the apk and reboot, if you don't like it go to menu>settings>apps>uninstall and reboot.

Ah. I expected the color to be also transparent (#00000000) so that content was visible underneath.

Transparent nav bar means it's not visible, the buttons are in the usual place and you can still tap them.

Do you mean in Nova>nova settings>look and feel>transparent notification bar>on ?
Because in my case, it does nothing about the nav bar, it remains semi transparent

I'm using Material black theme and Nova, transparent works in most app fine, some it goes white for some reason. Why does it have that stupid platform under the buttons on the home screen? I hate that. See the pics someone posted on pg 1, it shows that stupid little platform. Any way to make that go away?
