Same for me here, I have the Orange (France) version (rooted).
By the way:
- I attached my build.prop and default.prop (extracted with root explorer)
- AP flex versions are GAS_EMEA_LSAVNQICSORAFR_P041 and GAS_EMEA_LSAVNQICSORAFR_A038
- nothing about WebTop in "About phone"...
Not sure if/how this can help.
Looking for stock ICS 4.0.4 EU or FR retail.
Thanks

Thanks, Upload coming Soon!

Thank you, for Orange F ROM upload

Just wondering...
The SFR France ROM name suggests the baseband configuration version is USAVANQUSFRLTEOFF021.0R.
The Orange France ROM currently installed on my device says USAVANQUFRORLTEOFF021.0R.
Could the "LTEOFF" mean that SFR and Orange purposely disabled LTE in their ROMs?

Yes I think so.
At the moment there is no LTE network in France. It is logical that LTE is disabled. Does the Brazil Rom contain the baseband?
I think not?
Now the question is: Can I activate a LTE in an orange Rom.

Well yes and and no. How about roaming? If I travel to a country that has LTE, I want LTE!
In addition, our device supports LTE, and even though there aren't LTE networks in France yet, why disable it? Battery saver? Or maybe network operators see another opportunity to locks us up to their network...

Activate by tweaking the system? Mmm... I'd rather wait for a retail build...

LTE is currently in beta testing in several cities (notably Marseilles city pilot 4G LTE in France)
LTE is little to be disabled to prevent anyone connects to a network. I know I have an antenna equipped with 4G near where I live.
I think it is to avoid disturbing during testing LTE.
I'm pretty sure Orange will release a rom with LTE unlocked. when the network is fully deployed

Sure, but I'll take a different route. I'll apply FR/EU retail ROMs, even ICS 4.0.4, as soon as they become available. Hopefully Jelly bean!

O2 Germany version has LTE enabled as well.

If you're german can you post the files to request german retail firmware please, we have no retail version in France for this moment

I have the Rogers Canada version (running on Fido Canada) of the phone:
1. Default.prop and build.prop are attached below (used adb to get them out).
2. AP Flex versions are: GAS_NA_VANQUISHLTEFIDO_P015 and GAS_NA_VANQUISHLTEFIDO_A013
3. Can't find any info about the Webtop version.
Thanks.

flash retail brazil in progress,
hopefull lol
edit : Flash complet, phone is now booting, moto logo ...
after wipe data, phone boot up
But no French and network speed is not good on Orqnge F network.

Hi,
On Australia / Telstra here.
.prop files attached. No webtop info in about phone.
AP flex:
GAS_ASIA_LSAVNQICSTELSTRA_P025
GAS_ASIA_LSAVNQICSTELSTRA_A045
Thanks

Wow excellent! I'd love to hear your feedback on this! Tool/procedure (RSD Lite 6.1.4?), changes between Brazil Retail and Orange ROM, switch back to Orange FR, ...

After a wipe data the phone starts.
There is no French language. there is a choice between Portuguese, Spanish, or English.
The radio reception is good but the 3G speed is terribly slow. My speed was 20Mbps, 5Mbps is now.
Conclusion: The brésile should not have DC-HSPA + network (42Mbps) so we stuck at 21Mbps max.
More about the choice of networks we have:
2G
3G
automatic 2G/3G
automatic 2G/3G/4G
But before flashing I find a value to change in the build.prop for this choice also with OrangeF version
All that to say that I reflash Orange rom
edit : I use RSD Lite 6.1.4 to flash the phone.
Put the phone on AP Fastboot mod (when is running, press power/vol+/vol- and when the screen turn off, release power.
select with volume down Ap Fast boot. and confirm by volume up.
Now your phone is in AP Fastboot mode.
Lunch RSD Lite, select your firmeware and flahs it

Thanks for your quick feedback.

Which directive in build.prop? Does it make a difference in the "Mobile Network Settings", like, 4G becomes available or something?

[Q] n00b Needs Help

hi guys this is my first post and I need some help,
i bought a milestone second hand the other day from a CEX in my city. My question is that it has some Chinese firmware on it and I want it back to the factory stock firmware the device would of came with.
Can someone explain how I would go about this?
Device Info:
Firmware Version: Itfunz2.1_Eclipse_Terminator_II
Firmware Config Version: GAS_EMEA_USASHLS00WNDIT_P030
Baseband Version: 3GSMEPU91A_U_91.07.4EI
Baseband Config Version: USASHLSMR2WNDITB1B805D.0R
Kernel Version: 2.6.29-omap1a21146 (at) ca25rhe74#1
Build Number: Chinese_By _Martincz_Itfunz com
Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers
A factory reset would only reset you to the original state of that firmware - I'm pretty sure you will have to flash a new firmware - you can check threads here on how to do that. Its quite easy...
just flashed it to your favourite rom..
cyanogenmod is recommended..
you can flash official moto from here
http://and-developers.com/sbf:milestone
or a custom one from xda

There is a thread about putting your phone back to stock...probably what you need.
Quick rundown for a return to official Mot rom:
1.Usb drivers for you os
2.Rsd lite (software from mot...google it)
3.Correct sbf for your country
An sbf is a file from motorola that includes an image of your entire phone (bootloader, firmware, baseband, etc).
Hope this helps

[Q] 3G incredibly slow after official update

Hello, all,
About four of five days ago I upgraded by Tab's firmware via Kies. Now the 3G data connection is painfully slow. I connect via Wind in Italy. Here are some other details:
Firmware version: 2.2
Baseband version: P1000XXJMF
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9
Build number: FROYO.XXJMG
Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
Should I consider changing it to an unofficial ROM or a Gingerbread ROM?
I hadn't connected to Kies for a long time because I didn't have too many problems I couldn't live with.
Thanks in advance!
And yes, I did search for this problem but couldn't find anything particular to my circumstances.
Scotty
Wind is t-mobile frequencies. What modem (baseband) did you have before the upgrade?

I don't know. I've never upgraded the firmware and bought this here in Italy when it first came out last October, if that tells you anything.
Settings > about > baseband.
What do you see?
Does the thing end in JPZ?

Edit: 4G works but calls don't come through. Same as original O2 fw.
Is it possible to flash back to OEM ICS?
It's nice but radio seems problematic, even after a reset and cache wipe. Also a battery drain and too much bloatware. And Play store stopped working :/

The radio firmware is the same binary across firmwares. I would rather just flash Retail Brasil over the Telcel (MX) one. And If for some reason you can make calls and not get Internet after flashing it will be just missing the APN's config.

My bootloader is unlocked, it is possible to flash this roms?
Hopefully you can supply me with the firmware for Claro Chile for 4.0.4 ICS. I found one on another website, but it has a different version number than what I see in my about phone section. The website say 110, but my phone has 111. They just released Jelly Bean 2 days ago, I am going to install it later today, so I will also submit the new build.prop, default, prop, MSU.txt, and a screenshot after I do the update to Jelly Bean.

I would also like to know if this is possible. I got my hands on a dev device last december and i killed it (partly) by flashing a public fw update via rsd-lite.
What i tried and at least works is to flash boot_signed (kernel) and system_signed (system) via fastboot:
fastboot flash system system_signed
fastboot flash boot boot_signed

All other files/partitions i find currently to risky for me to try, especially the GUID Partition Table (GPT) file, which i suspect to be resposible for the "death" of the developer device
Can anyone on Version: 9.8.2I-50_SMI-26 FULL (EU) tell me if there any noticeable changes from 91.2.29001?
If I am on Omar's rom and want to go back to stock JB (UK) is it as easy as starting rsd 6.0 hooking up the phone to the PC and flashing the firmware or are there other steps I need to do first?

Galaxy Note 4 - T Mobile [SM-N910T] - Issues with my mobile data (LTE/4G)

I was recently running on stock ROM on my SM-N910F (International) on android 5.1.1. After the recent auto update to Android 6.0 my model had change its model & my phone now is running on T-Mobile stock ROM Andoid 6.0. My model now is captured as SM-N910T.
This ROM is just fantastic only issue i had was with my mobile data transfer. When i do a speed test i managed only to get 0.05 Mbps only, this was not the issue when i was running on stock ROM international version. This is frustrating as i cant do much with that speed only works on wireless.
Solution: I tried flashing the stock ROM, my phone doesn't recognize the stock ROM i assume it could be because the model had changed to SM-N910T plus my built in TWRP is gone so i cant flash anything via zip file.
Can someone please assist me & put my misery away for good?

Have you tried going into Mobile Networks/Network Operators?
In some cases if you turn on airplane mode and turn it on after about 30sec to a minute your signal should fully return.
