[ROM][GB][XperiaS style] XperiaArcHD

Hello everybody! I know the current android version is ICS. But , many people might stay in GB , mostly ARC users as there might be issues for many people.
So , i have made this ROM for all those who have chosen to stay in GB and like the new Xperia S software.
This Software has everything from the Xperia NXT series except for Lockscreen,Camera,Connectivity settings (isnt themed).
I have made this ROM based on a HDPI theme , to make it look like an original software unlike my Xperia S theme that had XHDPI statusbar icons.
It has no extra mods,themes,etc. The model number is 'LT35i' , to make it feel like an Xperia Arc HD. ^^ But it is very fluid and fast. Battery life is great.
And most importantly,i hope all of u would like my ROM as im new to developing. Please give me a thanks if u like this ROM. And also give me feedbacks on improving the ROM.
Installation:
1) Enter CWM.
2) Wipe data/factory reset.
3) install zip from sdcard.
4) select XperiaArcHD.zip
5) Reboot and ENJOY!

Yeah screenshot please.

It is based on the original build,2.3.4. But I changed the build.prop to make it look exactly like 2.3.7
For screenshots,i'll be posting them on Wednesday. U can use baseband -56 for,kernel,any kernel that's made for stock GB will do.

is it good for gaming like temple run or gta 3 ?

Best Xperia NXT ROM imo, others deviated from the purpose of making an NXT UI to adding their own tweaks like ugly battery mods and status bars, this one didnt. ;D
A few toggles in the next update WITHOUT any battery mods would look great.
And how about a patch for ARC S ?

Games run very well especially on DooMKerneL.

Some HD games like Mass Effect and Asphalt 6 are lagging on this ROM. :/
Currently working on the screenshots.

Well, mass effect is a great ram eater. Some parts of the game lags alot, and only smoothen out by using chainfire 3d

It was smooth as hell on Arconium 8.2. But overall , this ROM is faster.

No patch for LT18i yet ?

The patch isn't really needed u can change it in build prop yourself

U basically need to root the rom again after u flashed it. I experienced this problem at first and re-rooting it using zergrush helps..

On an lt18i you say? That would be sweet.. Just upgraded from the ics beta to official, but lost root and cwm.. Think I have that zip somewhere.. I need cwm, right?

How to Flash?
- reboot to recovery
- advanced > wipe dalvik-cache (optional)

Just backup Rom via cwm....and then flash the mod ..if u don't like megabass beats...u can restore via cwm:thumbup:

INSTALLING THE ROM
it is recommended that you use clockworkmod recovery to flash this rom
1. Copy the Rom to the root of your sdcard
2. Boot into Recovery by pressing volume up, menu and power bottons, release as soon as galaxy y pro duos logo appears
3. choose install update and flash clockworkmod recovery
4. Wipe data/factory reset (a MUST)
5. wipe cache partition (obligatory)
6. select advance option and wipe dalvic cache (optional but recommended)
7. unmount and mount the /data and /system partitions (you may format data and system partitions especially if flashing over a Rom)
8. choose install zip from from sdcard
9. select choose zip file option
10. Select CarbonV1.zip and confirm the selection
12. flash the rom and reboot
13. Starting for first time will be slow so wait and don't force stop.
Plz let me know if u have any suggestion or if you found any bugs​

edit:when the base its carbon from russian forum than its a kanged evo x.2.1 from here,i have see one there with same name and looks very similar.

Please credit original autohrs of ROM which is base (belached if it is his variant of ROM, or TheWhisp if it his variant), otherwise thread should be closed and removed.

As far as I seen in files, yes it is 4.2.2 but OP changed ROM version so it writes 5.0 That's his opinion, but in my case that is really bulls*it (TBH)

This is really nice ROM because i can flash directly from GB :good: :good: Not like other CM ROM after flash will get Bootloop
Hi simokb1996 OP - i found your ROM can manually edit vold.fstab file so my External 8GB memory card become Internal USB memory :laugh: :good: That's Very Very Good !! Not like stock ROM GB before after edit it fail i get...

I found a minor issue= Auto rotate if off the default camera won't rotate… Can this be fix？
