[Q] Call Problem with JB ROMs Galaxy S I9000 - Galaxy S I9000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all,
I just updated my SGS with JB C-ROM a couple of days ago and I am faced with a wired problem, whenever I call or receive calls I can't hear the other person's voice neither can he hear my voice. Also I can't hear the dialing rings. The problem just gets more puzzling as when I reboot my phone the first 1 or 2 calls are normal and then the problem return again.
First I updated my SGS with firmware 2.3.6 XXJW4 ... rooted ... then installed Codename Android 3.6.5 final (JB ROM)
Second I removed Codename Android 3.6.5 final and installed latest CM nighty version
Third I flashed firmware 2.3.6 XXJVU .... rooted ... then installed Codename Android 3.6.5 final again
Through all these steps the same problem happens every time
NB. the IMEI is the same
Thanks in advance

Poor wifi reception after upgrade S plus from 2.3.6 to Broodrom JB Release 2 R2

Hi,
I rooted my phone yesterday and upgraded from the original 2.3.6 to 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Broodrom release 2 R2.
Today I notice that my WiFi reception is poorer than it was with the original Samsung Rom.
Are there any known issues with wifi in this release (couldn't find any in the forum so far)
Any tips to improve wifi reception on this device/Broodrom combination ?
Hen
try to flash another modem , you can find some thread about that in the forum ( you can flash it via cwm or odin )

[Q] Call recording on Samsung S3 Mini KitKat (Cyanogenmod 11)

Hi,
I installed Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Cyanogenmod 11 rom on my Samsung S3 Mini I8190
How can I able to record voice calls 2-way in-call?
I tried every popular call recorder app - nothing works.
It used to work fine when I had the stock rom - Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, rooted, with modified SecPhone.apk
Please help.
P.S. it is legal in my country to record calls (that you participate in)...

Cheers!
But it says: "Requirements: CM 11 (any nightly build after August 14)"... I selected update types "All versions (incl. Nightlies)" but there seems to be no update for my ROM ("no updates found").
The CyanogenMod version for the S3 Mini is 11-20140520-UNOFFICIAL-golden (20-May)...
So am I out of luck until a new version is built for the S3 Mini or should I try it anyway?
UPDATE: I found an updated version - gonna try it right away!
New stable release (20140823) of CM11.0 for S3 Mini is available!

Expose your issue here, maybe the dev could improve that on next version

[Q] Downgrading to aosp 4.3

Hi guys! I'm currently using Amcha Rom Kitkat version , bu i wanted to use a stable "Clean" android rom. I tried every custom rom we have for our i9305 (the kitkat ones) and in every one i have problems with my camera (it works for an hour or two and then it shows it has stopped, the only way to repair it is a reboot). Can someone show me a stable rom without camera problems? (Not touchwiz) I tried to use 4.3 roms bu it just says "Baseband unknown" in every one...
