That's actually the first one I've seen.
the asus cases are also smart covers (as pointed out in a previous thread)

They're the official Asus ones. I'm assuming that the official Google cases will do the same

I actually have one of those on my Transformer. I like it a lot. Only complaint is it covers part of the back camera.

just bought this one today http://www.ebay.ca/itm/271011086203 hasn't arrived yet, but it looks pretty good
it also says "magnetic sleep cover" so it's a smart case for ~25$ shipped to Canada

I was looking at the red version of the case, but I did not see any openings for the speaker.

I just dont like the leather for one and the corners arent completely covered. That's probably the most important part to cover are the corners. I do like the stand though been looking for one with a stand. I just ordered a carrying case for it until a nice cover comes out. I usually have a death grip on my device lol

Does someone have a link for the official ASUS case? I know they're not on sale yet but I just want to check it out.

I had one of these on a work iPad as well, really liked the case...really hated the iPad. I have the stock N7 case but I think this would be better.
Interesting. Looks great. Does the cover fold back properly? I ordered a Poetic smart case similar to this and fearing it won't lay flat when folded back.

Looks awesome! This is exactly the sort of case I'm looking for. I like the fact that the stock case fits the look and feel of the tablet, but it didn't seem to fold back properly, and I'd rather buy a case that has built in magnetic functionality.
Do you know if they ship to Australia? Every case I've found so far that fits my wants (unobtrusive, doesn't cover the bezel, looks decent, has magnets) can't be shipped to Australia.

this probably would have been the case i got if it had come out with the nexus. i've already ordered 3 other cases so gonna have to skip this one.
What ever happened to this case? I've been holding off on buying a case until this one came out but I'm starting to think I may have to look elsewhere.

I was looking for an invellop case too and found this one instead for my Nexus 7. It's the Poetic Slimline case. Only 1.7 cm thick. It's really sharp looking with a magnetic opening too.

Got new case for tab 3 7.0 last week. This folio case was cheap but does the job. It doesn't come with a stylus so you'll have to buy one.
I am going to get these:

I just got my Note 5 recently but have yet to get a case because I'm undecided! I've been looking at wallet style cases but the ones I've seen online for the most part look like cheap flimsy pleather and I'm not a fan.. However I came across this:

Looks real nice, but I cannot for the life of my find a review online in any format about it. Does anyone have this case by chance or have any experience with it (maybe from other phone models)? I'd like some feedback before spending the cash on it.

It does look good but given that many of those folio/wallet cases feature magnets, I would ask the seller if the case has hidden magnets that may hamper SPen functions.

the case is great. great quality good protection. the only con is the magnet. even with the magnet i still have bought 2 of them for my note 4 and 5. eventually it will make a spot on the screen where the pen doesnt work. sorry i just checked the actual link. so this one doesnt look like it has the magnet. mine is the one with it. i can see there being an issue with keeping it closed without a magnet. i have 5 cards in mine and the magnet is needed.

I've used a different leather flip from ebay, I just removed both magnets. No magnet needed, says closed.

Yup I did. Only just ordered it the other day though. Had to think hard about it because I was also looking at the High Pro Shield as well. I'll post up pics when I get it in.

I asked the seller before buying and he said there are no magnets. Hope that's true because it's one of the reasons I don't buy wallet cases usually. That and it adds bulk.
It looks nice but those pocket not so. Is there any leather case out there without the pocket on the left? I think magnet is a good idea to keep the cover close in a drop.

Any case with a magnet will create a dead spot on your screen when using the Spen.

I am hoping that the simple leather back only case from Samsung is premium and thin like the iPhone OEM leather case. Does anyone have any more detail on that case? Like height off the back and type of leather?
I want that case badly but doesn't look like it's coming to the USA, it's not on preorder on the Samsung website

It's not on Samsung's site, but I did find it on MobileFun (http://www.mobilefun.com/58017-official-samsung-galaxy-s7-edge-leather-cover-black.htm)
I know nothing about the retailer, but it seems like it's not going to be ready for 1 month, so that may be why Samsung didn't list it yet. I believe the same thing happened with the view cover when I got my Note 4, Samsung didn't have it for sale until a little after release.
I like it too, though Tetded, Sena, and Zenus seem like good alternatives. I only want a leather case.
The one case I'm really looking forward to is that case with the camera lense. I'm hoping it feels good enough to not have another case

For now, one can buy it directly from Korea. But even there, it ships after the 11th & is only preorder basis.
