[Q] Miui Port to I9305? - Galaxy S III I9305 (4G LTE + 2GB RAM) Q&A, Help &

Hey, do you think if its possible to port Miui from S3 I9300 to I9305 with changing the partition table? Or is that too complicated?
If there are options to do this, i think I can try it.. but i hadn't created a rom yet... So what do u think?

Maybe it is possible
Just try it and report homey
If it work then you are a champ

Never tried. Besides isn't it for Samsung Galaxy S and S II? If there any info about MIUI released for SGM please tell me.

Porting MIUI to the mini is almost impossible because MIUI is made for ARMv7 processors and the mini has an ARMv6, also I think MIUI is closed source, which means that you'll need to reverse engineer it first before porting it

I have tried all of SGM unofficial ROM. And I love minimodX ROM by r33p. Now, im still using this rom.
I just take the benefit from install unoffc. Rom, easy to root and can make internal memory freely. And i choose minimodX because have no bug.

If that's true, we will try to porting to SGM, but if it's fake, we dont know we can port it, because MIUI rom is compile for arm7 not arm6, and we have to try port MIUI from SGS, some apk we have modify to mdpi support, but not working, need recompile library that support for SGM
Nuswan rom
Now, u can trying this ROM...

most of the galaxy mini devs have moved to ICS or JB based roms, or are looking at Galaxy mini 2. So I don't think that your request will be accepted. This rom seems to be a derivative of MIUI and CM7 so you might want to look at some other rom and use a theme on top of it.

I bet you already know that. Don't you?

Why not to port kitkat from archiport?

The only port done here is the JarmezRocks's port that isn't functionnal from the N7105 and it's hard as hell to port for him so i got an idea , why not to port a rom from our closest cousin? The I9300 Archiport rom , yes i know it would be a port of a port and it'd have the archiport issues + porting issues but i'd worth the try no? Actually i cant do the job myself at the moment , got a ****ty pc with a locked bootloader (yes this **** exists even in pc world , impossible to boot linux installation , thanks to Packard bell )
So is there a dev here that could try it ?
thanks to all

If someone really could do it, it would be great even though the official 4.4.2 for our S3 LTE is really close.:good:

You can take a cue from the ZE Masterpatch, however this was for CM based ROM's and not for TW. In case you are looking for a S5 ROM for I9295 then you can look at Super Wizcyan ROM

I dont have any information about wizcyan but i dont think that rom is a port from s5...about Ze Masterpatch i think that is quite diffrent thing because its for cm based and not for kk..i konw how to build the rom but i dont know where to find the updated drivers needed and also dont know how to patch them..

Super Wizcyan was created by @JASONRR (the person who responded to you) and he ported many of the S5 specific features to this ROM, so while it is not technically an S5 ROM, it has all the same features that a typical S5 ROM would have.
Ze Masterpatch is exactly what you are looking for, CM11 is KitKat. What he was trying to say and I think what you meant is that Ze Masterpatch is not compatible with TouchWiz ROMs. What you need to do is look at how Ze Masterpatch is converting CM ROMs from the i9505 to i9295 and use that same approach to convert TouchWiz ROMs from the i9505 to the i9295. There will be a lot of changes but it should provide a good base to start from.
