Such a shame you left really ,This phone has very few development sources ...and I assume followers too. There's only so much appreciation a small number of people can give. thanks man i appreciate , im using slide to view but i didnt even see or know that you could use it to add pics to your contacts appreciate it. And on all the forums ive been on ive never really seen the point of people coming in to say use the search button or anything like that either, your using the same amount of time to be a smart ass as you could of used tto help a person out. I think you missed the point. There will always be new issues that pop up. Someone will post about the new problem and several people work on it until a solution is found. This is how things should work. From that point forward all people should need to do is search for the problem and read the answer...not post the same question over and over and over again regardless of how many times it was answered in the past. That was the point trying to be made.

dont expect some one to hold your hand read learn java and Linux and really just play with the os. try to set up singeing by that's a good place to start also but linux on your pc and learn some stuff about terminal. once you do that and have a understanding of what all that development entails you can contact some devs on twitter or pm once you get stuck.
i just want to add i am by no means a master just trying help you out.

judging by your previous posts.... you should learn to use android as a user itself before you start modding everything.... not to be a downer, but "masters" want their apprentices to have SOME knowledge of phone. You will learn a lot more if you explore android yourself over the next few weeks. once you think you have experience, contact some of the devs here and see if they are willing to help. ive found that most of them are really irritated by noobs asking questions that have simple answers.
they seem to forget they were noobs too

as for finding a dev here....the only dev ive seen around here in the last few weeks is jubeh (at least i think hes the only one lol)

You just need to think of something that needs doing and do it
you don't even need to know java or anything to be a 'developer'.
I'd class myself as a 'developer' (albeit, not a great one) and all i do is edit some .csv files every now and again with notepad
If you want to go deep into the real developing, such as ROM cooking etc., then it's gonna take a lot of hard work!
Java's not too bad once you get your head round it, give it a fortnight and you'll be able to do all the basic stuff.

You may have to use the Room Manager to help you decide. If you do end up bricked and don't like it you can always blame the 'Customer Recovery' department.

Unfortunately, windows won't be compatible with your custom room so you'd have to settle for a dark theme. There is a possibility of using a port though, although it'd really only be a hack job!
Having good people working on the project and design elements will of course be critical. Having a Sparky on hand will help during the build. If you can't find one our friend Babydoll25 may be willing to lend you hers.
Make sure you get an image of your current room, you can do so in room manger.

I would only port the room once to be honest. Otherwise the integrity of your build may become compromised. Have you decided on which wallpaper to use in your custom room? Of course, you could use a PaintShop to help with the decor and theme.
Anyway you came to the right place. Nobody wants a cowboy developer working on their custom room after all. You'll find plenty of good ones here, and most are very familiar with kitchens.
