Hi,
I have a Galaxy A mobile, on which I want to install a custom rom. I have been searching for hours now but I have not found anything related to it.
As I have not seen a thread for this mobile , I want to know if the roms from mobiles like Galaxy S or S2 are compatible with this mobile?
Please , any help will be appreciated.

How to flash a custom recovery ?
Any idea how do I flash custom recovery to make a back up ? I have rooted it. but the Recovery is not available for my Device.
Yes, u hv only stock recovery. If u need some cook rom,pls try to search tinhteforum/shw-m100s, u will find some roms and some links regards this phone.sorry i do not remember the link.

Sorry for my bad english.
I have a Galaxy mini S5570L, i know its not really the same like the s5570.
I would flash CWM and after ICS, but all tutorial are for the S5570. Can i use it, or it will brick my phone?
Because i bricked my phone 2 days ago, and it was not the same flash back the phone like s5570.
Now its work fine, but i would ask before i will make a mistake;
Wich file i need for Cwm, and for ICs. Please help.

Don't. The risk of bricking is very high. The S5570I is much more similar to the Galaxy Y(oung).

if you got the L you can flash by the S5570 method
can you give me a tutorial? i only find tuto to make cwm via odin, but its not good because in this tuto it use v. 4.38 but i can only use odin 3 v1.8, because its the L version.

My phone rooted, stock room, locked bl, gingerbread, it's bootloop, i rename 2 file "bootsamsung" & other i forget, from extension "qgm" to "qg", after i reboot it stuck in boot animation.

Make sure that you choose your model, GT-S6500 or GT-6500D on the left, and your region, hover over those regions to see which is which.
Also if you want to potentially overclock the phone, don't choose any of the 27.11.2012 firmwares.

I've been trying to achieve that with Heimdall…*but do not understand it. Got it installed, device is in download mode, but where to get firmware for Heimdall and not Odin? Can you provide little more information?

Actually i have installed cynogenmod 9(Android 4.01) on my Samsung Galaxy Ace which was earliar Android 2.3.6 but after using i am not happy with Cynogenmod 9,so just wanted to know can i get back to the official Android 2.3.6 and use all those feature in a official way as earliar? Plz is there any way plz help me

I presume that you read all the info before flashing, took a Nandroid backup and can just install that from recovery?

You have learnt a very important lesson here - ALWAYS take a backup first.
As for the help - try searching in your device forums and post in the Q&A for your device if needed.

Actualy i have rooted my phone and installed Cynogenmod 9(Android 4.04) but i m not satisfied with battery life,video play,working so i want to go back to the original version of android which i got when i purchased this phone.Can i get that? There's no oficial ics (android 4.0) for galaxy ace. Just browse through the stickies, there's a guide to use odin to flash a stock firmware. Go to sammobile, or with check fus downloader maybe you can find the stock rom you had to flash with odin.
In the future, make a nandroid backup always before you go flashing a new rom.
Hiya everyone! Ive just been given a almost new S3 mini ( I8190N ) that was unlocked, its a UK phone & i cant get into Recovery mode But i can get into Download mode, its stuck on Boot looop ive got a custom ROM i have that i want to instal but ive forgot how to do it as its been a few months?
Can anyone tell me if they know where all the files are to flash & install a new custom ROM from ODIN pls a video would be great pls guys if you would be so kind to help? so ive got the ROM i would like to instal but the phone is stuck on Bootloop ive just forgot how to install the ROM & i dont have all the other files needed to do it?

Installing custom rom is the same for GT-I8190 GT-I8190N and GT-I8190L.
Anyways you can follow this guide http://maclaw.pl/installation-guide-golden/, and you can find the ROM in the download page http://maclaw.pl/downloads/

Hi .. You can read it carefully beforehand tutorial here. Then, if you think you have to understand everything, you can practice later. Good luck..
