[Q] di11i's 5.6 text mssage question

Hey I just installed di11i's 5.6, awesome rom, first one I've flashed. I can't seem to find the option to vibrate on text recieve, its not in the general settings pages or in the messaging app settings page. Any app I can use or osmething to enable this?

The easiest way is to go to Settings > Sound > Vibrate always
or download a sms program like Handcent or chompSMS

hmmm vibrate always still doesn't make it vibrate when receiving a message.
But Handcent looks like a really great alternative! Thanks

[Q] Messages Notification

Hi I noticed that on my IS,eventhough I turn off the received messages notification sound and alert in settings whenever I received new messages it will sound and show messages icon on the status bar.So for intance if U use Go SMS or Handsent eventhough U already disable the stock Messages notification in settings U will still get them ..now twice ,one from the apps(go sms or handsent) and the other from stock messages!This is annoying!Anyone have the same issues?Thanks

[Q] Why Phone not vibrating on SMS Alert???

Hi guys i'm using LG OPTIMUS BLACK wid custom Rom Zeus 6.2n. The problem is it is not vibrating on sms alert, although it vibrates on incoming call...Pls tell me how to overcome this problem..Thx in advance...

Go to the sms app, menu button > preferences > notifications > vibrate
As simple as that.

Hi I have this prob occurring...every time there is a notification..the phone will vibrate..even when there is alarm..how do I off it?

Settings -> Sound -> Vibrate
In MSG Settings -> Vibrate
In Gmail Settings -> [email protected] -> Inbox sound & vibrate
Check the settings of the specific email and message apps that you use.

Question Phone app incoming calls setting?

Does anybody know what the "incoming calls" sound settings are for in Settings -> Notifications -> App settings -> Phone -> Incoming calls? This only seems to list short sounds like for other text notifications etc., different from the Settings -> Sound and Vibration -> Phone ringtone, where you can pick longer "songs".
