[Request] Using "Xperia" LED on TX as notification LED - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

I have an idea that we can using the "Xperia" LED on the TX as notification LED. Is it possible? It will be great if we can do it.

No, he means the glowing "Xperia" logo on the bottom of Xperia TX. Take a look:

This would be absolutely epic. I second this request. Perhaps a bounty is in order?

Yep.. I have recorded a video.
The phone can control the brightness of the LED.
I think it is possible to make it blink!

install illumination bar notification from playstore..set device as xperia s/p
and then install the attached apk

Since the Z won't have a notification LED (or have I missed anything here) and no touchable buttons will there be any way of knowing whether a notification is there without waking the device? For example making the screen light every minute or something?

Are you sure this is a notification led? I've an xperia s and that led only turn on when charger is plugged-in and it switch from red (in charge) to green (full charge). So I think this is not a notification led but I hope it is because it's very important for me

I don't have Xperia S I only had up to Xperia Pro which is a 2011 device. But even if it only lights up on charging that's still called a notification led because it notifies you of your charging status. Although I can't confirm if it works also on messages, calls, emails etc. Your best bet is asking someone who has access to the device already.
And yeah... I'm not sure about this but I think I remember sometime in the past that there was a notification light issue on the ICS update of some Xperia devices. Perhaps you're encountering that issue now.
Edit:
Here's a link of the said bug.

Now.. the question in.. goes LightFlow or similar aps for LED notification work well?
And also.. I've read it's not multicolored.. I can leave with that. OneX was like that.

It is multicoloured - you could see at least two colours on various Xperia Z videos on youtube.

The One X has 2 colours also, but is not RGB... anyway I've read elsewhere that it is RBG, so I'm happy.
M.
Xperia S and T both had multicoloured LEDs, why on earth would Sony take a step back and not give the Z the same?

[Camera App] Background Defocus - no root needed!

Hello guys!
I modified the deodexed Background Defocus app to make it installable on phones that aren't rooted.
Enjoy!
You might get an occasional UI bug but that's not fixable for now. App should still work fine and I've only encountered it once so far.
Just download and install like any APK:

Try to make sure your subject is away from the background, and keep the camera steady.
This one took me 3 attempts
Cup is approximately 30cm from background, I was about 50 cm away.

I took this with one attempt and worked perfectly.
The interesting finding is that if you use this mode to capture, the picture is much sharper and file is slightly bigger.

I just test that and I'm very disappointed...
Floatify is ten times better.
You can't configure almost nothing here in peek...
Only thing that peek has and floatify don't is sensors reading and I don't need that (that will drain your battery very fast)
