Just got my GT-19305 but need help choosing a rom

Hey guys long time viewer 1st time posting
As title says just got my s3 lte in white and am wondering if people can recomend a rom based on the 2 things that really matter to me speed and themes im a sucker for themes heh
So any recomendations would be greatly apreciated

Firstly, please don't create threads unless you're contributing something. An empty first post is of no use to anyone.
Secondly, please search before creating any more threads. There are wallpaper threads all over the forums. I can see one in this forum without even using the search function.

ART questions

Ok I have some questions about the new ART mode in KitKat. 1) what is it? 2) which is better, ART or dalvik? 3) what are the pros and con's of using one over the other? 4) what would one have to do to make an app compatible with ART? Does the all's developer have to do it or is it something one can change on their own?

Because when you do an "unfiltered search of the entire internet" for ""What is ART runtime"" the second link, because I felt like reading the first link to easy, literally answers every question. With bolded titles on each topic he asked about.
