Have you tried to reboot your phone and checked if the problem is still there? The partition couldn't be correct mounted and works the mounting in cwm?

I rebooted many times. And i also did a permisson fix/ wipe dalvik/cache. I'll try To Mount it To usb tommorow. I also checked the access with aroma - it worked. But i couldnt open Any folder. Is it normal?
////edit : ah now i can open the folders On Aroma filemanager. But the handling is very weird lol.
Thanks for helping

I have the same problem. I think, that there is problem with SD card. If i change SD card, market instal it and everything is OK. I tried format card in phone, in windows, but the same problem. Try move the game to the phone, then install upgrade and then you can move it to SD card.
Yeah, i tried to clear data of the market but it still cant help =[[[
I put some apps back to phone storage and some of them can be upgraded again but still some cant (

Delete the file 'smdl2tmp1.asec'. It can be at 2 places:
1. /sdcard/.android_secure
or
2. /mnt/secure/asec/ (you need to be rooted if you want to delete it from here).
I deleted it from the /mnt/secure/asec folder and everything works fine ever since.
If you can't find this file you can just simply unmount your sdcard from the settings menu, download your app and then remount the sdcard.
I hope this helps.
I dont have this file. I thing, that problem is with SD card. If I try another one, everything is OK.

The reason I mention tb is it has a market link which often affects downloads from play store. So if you've restored using tb, this may be why you're unable to download from play store

Simple question and you've probably checked -
But under storage what shows as used / free?
For both USB and SD card?
Might find your culprit in there....

Seems you've a s**tload of stuff on the internal SD ....
Possibly move some of the pics/movies/music to the External SD and see if you get the same issue...
Given that the OS will need at least some space to run 212Mb seems awfully low for your internal SD..
Just for reference - I've got
Internal Storage: 1.97Gb
Free: 1.38Gb
USB Storage:
- Total: 11.08GBl
- Free: 9.6GB
And my External card is more or less empty since last nights return to 'Virgin' system...
So that is:
SD Card:
- Total: 7.28GB
- Free: 5.76GB
Just a thought....

No don't even try it.
You're wasting your time. I had the same issue.
I deleted some apps, transferred them to sdcard, tried airplane-cold-reboot, wiped all caches, restored fixes, reflashed kernel... everything failed.
If you're in the same position as I was, then backup whatever you can.
Do a factory reset from the Settings (so everything in internal memory gets wiped).
Then wipe all cache, re-flash your rom, then kernel, fix permissions... and reboot.
Restore all your stuff, and it will magically be fixed !
(its because of accumulating bad partitions in your internal sdcard, combined with kernel misunderstandings, it makes it impervious to re-write in some sectors)

[Q] Installing directly on external sd

I think the internal SD card of my i9000 is corrupted. I've tried everyting: wiped/factory reset, reinstalling Cyanogenmod10, installing Stock ROM, installing stockrom with re-partitioning on etc. Nothing works. I'm using odin to reinstall the stock ROM. Flashing the stock ROM to my phone goes well, but then when I restart and android is installing, I get error messages like:
/can't mount sd card
After reading a lot on XDA, my conclusion is: broken internal storage.
Now I want to install everything on my external SD. So I bought a 8GB cat10 SD card.
Found this XDA-post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1893354 Seems very promising, but I seem to get stuck on '-- Extract initramfs from zImage ( https://github.com/mistadman/Extract-Kernel-Initramfs )'. I;ve got a virtual machine running Ubuntu. When I start the script, nothing happens..... the terminal just closes.
The easiest solution for my problem would be a ROM that is altered to directly install on my external SD. I red somewhere that ROMS like that exist. Can't seem to find one though.
Well.. thanks for reading my post, and accept my appologies for my bad english. You can probably notice I'm not a native speaker.
Does someone have a solution for me? Maybe know of a good thread?
Thanks in advance!

also formatted my internal sd through adb...doesnt help either
You need to search for a data/data file that you can flash in Odin that will fix your internal SD card. I had same problem. My Android soultions helped me. Try searching for that also

Tried that already... didn't work. That method only works if your sd card is totally dead. The phone then automaticly switches to the external sd

Install stock rom JVU in ODIN, then flash this kernel
How do I have to flash? With repartitioning checked or unchecked?
Do I have tot restart and let android try to install after flashing? Or must I flash your kernel directly after flashing the rom...

first of all apologize for asking a question and not answer your question, when you were CM10 and came back to a stock rom had to do some special way or just did you use odin? in my case I had installed CM 10 and accidentally format the internal sd through cwm now my cel just go to recovery and download mode.
excuse my English, English is not my native language, I use a translator
Thank you rxxxni, flashing the sdcard fix worked. My internal sd card had been stuck in read only mode and it took more than a week to find a fix.

This works for my SGS I test almost everything but the internal sd always returned all the data even before a wipe format re-partition noting work to delete the internal sd, wit this kernel the phone will create 2 partitions 1 fat and 2 ext4 wit the same size of the internal sd 1.89GB.
I will like to install a new version for 4.0 or 4.1 but dont know how to change this kernel to work wit another 2.3.6 like jw4 or jw9
if anyone know pleas let mi know

[Q] Cannot Delete Apps or Google User Account even after flashing ROM

Hey everyone,
My friend gave me his tab p1000... but I cannot seem to remove apps or even google user account even after i have:
- Reset the phone
- Flashed stock rom v5 ROM with ODIN (with repartition and also flashed dbdata).
- I also tried NAND Erase All, which soft bricked the tab but i was able to get it back.
Even with all this, all the apps are still there.. when the tab loads up.
The Apps keep crashing every minute though.. so they are not stable.
--- Things Note:
1.
After flashing stock rom, when it enters recovery i get the following errors:
part(1): Checksum error
MMC verification failed
and
cannot find: /preload/app folder
2.
There are some weird files under the internal memory root folder that cannot be deleted.
Well you can delete them but they come right back up when you remount the internal drive(16gb).
Also the application folders cannot be deleted.. they reappear once you remount the internal drive.
the files are:
- Copy of Shortcut to (1/2/3/4).lnk
- glweax.exe
- glweax.scr
- x.exe
- xxx.dll
- zjroic.exe
- zjroic.scr
-xjdqob.exe
3.
There is an app called - Perfect Applock - that might have something to do with this.. Not sure.
I have read in forums, to put the phone in flight mode and restart it, then try to go to app manager within 30sec to uninstall the app.
i tried that but it still doesnt work. the App still exists..
btw, i have also tried removing the apps via app manager, that doesnt work. although it says sucessfully uninstalled.
when you reboot the tab, all the apps are present.
4.
I installed root app using superoneclick so that i can install a root explorer app - but it kept crashing.
---
My guess, is that there is a virus, or something that is recreating the apps. or not granting access to where the apps are stored (guessing in /preload/app).
i have read forums and some people said it might be a faulty internal storage.. i did the checks(some commands using adb) to verify but it was negative.
so i dont think the internal storage is bad.
Right now i am stuck... the tab has stock rom v5 installed right now.. not rooted and with 3e recovery.
any help will be greatly appreciated.. thank you in advance.

correct me if i am wrong.. but isnt wiping a rom the same as flashing a rom??
i have flashed the stock rom.. and the apps werent deleted.
if its not the same, then how do i wipe a rom??
---
Just to add, i have noticed that i cannot format the internal storage.
- tried formating by phone (settings > sd card and device storage > format usb storage). it completes but nothing gets deleted.
- tried formating from computer, - it doesnt complete.
- tried formating with partition wizard.. it completes succesfully but nothing gets deleted.
Hence i think the issue is - something is preventing access to internal storage..
is there any app/adb command that i can force format the phones internal storage??
Stubborn data/apps is a sign of internal storage going bad.

Formatting from computer formats your sd card..and no, flashing a rom via recovery does not necessarily mean a data wipe...try following ChrisCTX's guide...search for it

Hey Gogol,
thaaanks a lot. The guide worked after several tries.
Main problem was flashing cm9 pics rom. It wouldn't complete. But I kept trying and it worked.
I now hv cyanogen mod 9 with ics. Using the tab to reply right now.
One issue tho is that the camera cannot store in internal storage. It needs an sdcard.
Is there a work around on this.
I looked under settings-storage and the internal storage is recognized.
And also under camera settings internal storage is chosen as storage location but it cannot save there.
Any Ideas? Guess I Have to find a way to make internal storage and sdcard storage the same.
Thanks

i forgot but it looked for a guide to switch or exchange internal and sd-card.
so the tablet will think its using the internal storage but its actually using the sd-card.
its somthing like this:
If you take a root file browser and edit /system/etc/volb.fstab, there are two sections you need to edit. "dev_mount emmc /mnt/emmc" changes to "dev_mount emmc /mnt/Edvard" and "dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard" changes to "dev_mount SD card /mnt/emmc".
i cant confirm this is what i did.. but i am sure i edited the volb.fstab... i had to google around for a while till i found one that works for me.
make sure you backup your volb.fstab before you make changes.
Note: i found cyanogen mode to be slow running from sd-card.. so i changed to a regular gingerbread rom. and i was able to edit the volb.fstab with sucess.. and the camera was able to save pics.. the tablet just always had the - NO SD-CARD icon at the top all the time. coz it thought the sd-card is the internal storage.. and the internal storage which i removed was the sd-card - which i destroyed.
hope this helps.

[Q] Please help ASAP!!

I'm having this problem with the memory. I can download stuff just fine but each time I try to go into gallery it says "Not enough memory, please delete some items etc."
I have a rooted phone and already tried deleting the .apk's from the data/app folder and it didn't work.
Also formatted both sdcard and sdcard1 in CWM Recovery and nothing. What should I do?
I had same problem, freed 500mb from sdcard and it was working then.
