This is based off my source for aosp jb it should work with ICS I think but I am not saying it will

Awesome work. I just flashed this ontop of SmoothieJB-v3. I set it to 368/[email protected] I'll report my findings regarding performance and battery life in the next day or two.
I just remembered now that you asked me to do the boot image My apologies, I got busy and completely forgot! The one included is great though.

Normal Mini got a Unofficial Jellybean with almost stable feature, but this phone is not for gaming too.
Mini 2 got Official (maybe later).. and Unofficial Jellybean with bleeding edge feature (althrough almost all feature is unstable), this phone is a half good for gaming.
i just got my mini 2 now..its way too far compare to Y...i love it...

I been thinkin bout the gs3 myself or the note2
Sent from my SGH-T679 using xda app-developers app
I also have a Nexus 7 8GB which is tethered to the SG E4G when not at work or home. The SG E4G is 2 servers-in-one (router and file server)
SG E4G + 32GB microSD --> wifi tether app --> Samba file share app = N7 with many HD movies (avi, mkv, mp4, etc.) + pictures/videos taken from the SG E4G camera + centralized locations of files (PDF's, docs, etc.)
The wifi tether app makes a consistent (192.168.43.1) IP address location for the Samba file server, that provides an easy 1-click bookmark on the N7 file manager. The wifi-tether/samba combo also works for any laptop client (windows, linux, etc.)
This connection is fast enough to handle live-streaming a 3+GB .mkv file to the N7 Our phone is pretty awesome especially with a tablet to back it up for the heavy lifting and screen-size needs

I though glitch was made by AOKP? Maybe I'm wrong but either way, we have really good kernels for JB, like Semaphore.
That's true but glitch was unbelievably fast.
And aokp made glitch?

I believe the AOKP Dev (or someone in his team) made the Glitch kernel. I'm not 100% sure though.
And believe me, you won't be disapointed with the current JB kernels.
I used devil kernel and semaphore kernel but I just missed the 1.7ghz overclock

[ROM]{4.2.2} Vanir 4.0 - Need help testing

WARNING: This is not a polished build, Team Vanir supports now supports all Nexus devices, but no one on the team has one with an N4.
I am looking for a person or 2 who does not mind testing an untested build or 2 for me.
WARNING: Test build -You all will be the first to test
My biggest concern is the kernel. Please have your favorite 4.2.2 kernel on your SD card ready to flash if the included one has any issues.
<link removed, still needs work>
Why should you test?
1) it makes you cool
2) As far as I can tell, Vanir has the only Linaro optimized GCC 4.7 Mako ROM on the market
3) Vanir is fully loaded and FAST.
Testing now

As I said, as far as I can tell.
There are a few using GCC 4.6. But the syntax is different in 4.7. When debugging, I checked all the linaro optimized players (including linaro who does not build qcom) and no one had 4.7.. yet

I am not sure about Carbon; I did not look at their souce. But I am pretty sure the other two are GCC4.6 based on their repos.
But I am happy to modify my statement to one of the few with Linaro and GCC4.7. Honestly it doesn't matter, who compiles how,....Just the end result, and I think we have a damn good one
Clean flash resulted in black screen, flashed with Franco kernel still black screen. Reverting back to sabertooth for now
