Nope. Wireless charging isn't natively supported.
Sure you could maybe mod it however, if you find a guide.

I believe all those features are buiilt into the touchwiz framework. Ie: only the bare launcher is what you'll get.

its touchwiz 4.5 btw works on all my devices (arc,play,desire,defy % NS) give it a shot and credits to fragg3r

Yea works... until you try and restart it to save changes and it locks your phone up. Previous versions did this too. Sad. Wish it scaled well too. Looks like crap at 200dpi.

No. N7 has zero hardware capability for mhl.

I'd like to have a Charger cradle comes with Qi Wireless Charging. Therefore cable's no longer needed
