I don't think we can because CyanogenMod is needed as it has the theme manager.

I just need a small help from any of you guys. I just wANT to know the package name of samsung calulator in galaxy s3 mini.
Downloading the whole firmwaRe for just a package name is very difficult for me in slow internet.
