Hi.... this time i wanna share my works for CM9 ROM in LG E400 a.k.a Optimus L3
I already made some JellyBean style status bar with and without Transparency choices, that y'all could have your own style ( mood )
Big thanks to nitinvaid for awesome JellyBean Style Guide ( you may also thanks to him if you like it )
And the another one, i made fixed Lockscreen for our tiny screen device plus a 3D JellyBean Weather Widget

guys, please read carefully... i told you it's not flashable.zip.... you have to rename it to bootanimation.zip then copy paste into /system/media/*
change permission and owner/ group. use rootex or another file explorer that can require root access

Installing an .apk can't change framework files. (Correct me if I'm wrong 'devs'). What I mean is, circled Battery indicator didn't work for me. Using ICS Sunday Final by Jusada (It's CM based).

@ Rushyang - I also used CM7 based rom "INFINITY".
And I didn't touch framework files to make this theme.
It should work on your device........... Please check the option of ICON in
SETTING --> CM SETTING --> INTERFACE --> STATUS BAR TWEAKS--> BATTERY STATUS STYLE.
@ alley23 - My laptop got an error..... So i am unable to make a theme.
You can go to UOT KITCHEN and select the kitchen and use battery mod .
You can select any battery mod (Horizontal bar, vertical bar or circle) and then directly go to upload section and upload the ICSTRANS. APK file by selecting CM7 THEME. (NO NEED TO UPLOAD FRAMEWORK RES. APK & SYSTEMUI. APK)......then go to summary & select submit work to kitchen.
They will cook your file in 5-10mins approx. In pickup page.

First of all ICS Sunday is not a theme........ And upload the theme which you like on UOT(not necessary to upload the system theme File for ex. Androidian or cyanbread)
Then apply the cooked file with the help of theme chooser....
Reboot at last!

Thanks! Here they are, lge-res.apk is part of the framework. This is from the Optimus L7, its the same LG UI 3.0 and it has the same resolution so its easier to port.

For now I advise to use only MMS and Contacts. Framework and systemUI are still with some bugs.
The background on settings should stay white, the original LGUI3.0 its white.

Im not that into programming.. but I guess you can try mms and contacts, it should work.

I agree, i love cm9 too cause if its task manager mostly. Anyways is it possible to get the dropdown identical like in jb, i mean the detailed dropdown, its kinda hard to explain lol. Its very eye candy btw and another request can u change the blue circle to orange or white XD

The reason why there is so less customization and apps and things is because i like to keep my ROM's simple. This allowes users to choose and add their own tweeks and scripts.
Go to second Post for a small list with some things that could increase overall performance...

he dint make it..he just ziped the apk provided from this thread

felt too lazy to do it myself and his zip was a good alternative..since i curently don't have my computer at home. I made this at work
that link is old btw, i used the v5.

settings/application/systemUI preference/status bar expanded/show navigation tabs - uncheck
or
use the zip from here if you want tabbed settings with cm9.2 original status bar

@Dark Passenger see my above post, i linked to a thread. Just download systemUI and use it on ur fit..it works on all devices
no need for another zip rom in ur forum
