You would likely need a custom ROM such as CM10.1 to get it working, however the camera doesn't work in the current CM10.1 build. Once it does, it should work fine.

It works flawlessly on Kinology 7.3.1. Just go to Security then change unlock option.
Can't use pin as back up is the only thing. Or go to the unofficial cm10.1 its pretty nice

Yes... I noticed that... I then switched to CM10.1 because I'm obsessed with getting stuff before anybody else. The facelock works fine. It had a few issues with the camera, but then I flashed a 4.2 camera zip and now everything is fine.

I have a kindle fire hd, and i have been searching for hours now on how to take a video screenshot.
I found some apps, but the same thing happens to me every time; The video turns out completely black with no movement!
I found a video on how to fix this problem for regular android devices, but the kindle settings are different, and I cant access them!
Can someone please give me some advice!

I think screencast apps just don't work on tablets in general, I've been able to use it on my Transformer but haven't found a suitable one for my Kindle.

The problem is that there's only 2 apps out there. And one of them barely works on any device. I have the paid version of Screencast Video Recorder... Hoping for an update soon that will make it compatible with the kfhd7.

I was wondering if anyone was able to set the kindle fire hd 7" to a language for tts, sorta like svox perhaps? I have tried many ways to change the main tts module, all with no results... Is this even possible to do?!

Exactly, how did you get that to show, it is nowhere to be found on my device, even using custom shortcuts to go straight to tts settings. That method just crashes back to launcher

I have spoofed wallet to work with Atrix HD but it ask me to enable the NFC on my phone something that I have no idea how to do it
Why NFC is not enable on any of our ROMs?

There is no NFC on this phone.
No nfc unless you get a nfc SD card.

Dont ask me how but using ProBAM rom im able to use the Google Wallet app and works perfectly for my needs. If you guys are on ProBAM rom just go to play store and update and wallaaa

Google updated wallet to work on any device running 2.3 or above. Unfortunately they took away NFC capabilities. It is basically used no to transfer money between other wallet users and to store rewards cards.
