I can't find a way to unpack it, tried with flashtool, convert with sin2img and mount, none of them work..
@op:
- Is this the right fw?
- What's the filesystem format of the files?

I also tried it and I can not unpack. It is possible that JB unpacks differently?

i will try decrypting
thanks OP

Try this for decrypting the files to signed image form, however Sony might have changed encryption method: http://justdanpo.cheb.ru/data/projects/gsm/emmaextract.rar

They are already UNCRYPTED! i am not fool to post crypted stuff, they come from EMMA and yes Sony changed SIN format - so developers do something new (sin2img) - you have a chance to have all tools ready before Phone hit the market.

Can't try this myself right now, but should do the trick.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1834081

EDIT: I have been able to extract the files, I was so stupid
I should have known I should have done bundle creation first with flashtool
- Unless someone can tell me how to find the XZ loader.sin file?
EDIT2: Still same issues, and about the emmaextract, it does nothing. I'm probably using it wrong.
- And how big is Xperia Z system partition size? 2GB or not?

There is no loader in the packages. PavelX1 didn't upload it.

I used WinZip to create the split zip file. Were you able to extract it? I have a feeling the 2nd upload could have had an issue. Let me reupload that file.

Unfortunately, your download requires a premium Mediafire account to download, which I don't have...
If it's not too much trouble, could you re-upload it in free-user terms? Or maybe use Mega file hosting?

[ROM][9.1.A.1.145]Odexed & Deodexed[10/09/13]

Hi all,
NoobTW requested a flashable zip of this firmware and I went ahead and made it. Decided to drop it here because it will probably get more exposure here and more people can enjoy it.
I'm an LT30p user myself so I can't do much in terms of support.
Just wanted to give you this to spark some interest in building your own ROMs and get you going.
Use dsixda's Android Kitchen, once you learn to master it, you're on your way to becoming a ROM Chef.
Please don't ask me for any updates or new features. This is provided "as is".
Feel free to use this as a base for your own ROM as long as give me some credit and link to this thread
Atteched you will find the update-binary and updater-script for reference
Make a full nandroid backup and make sure you have the ftf handy in case of emergency.
Made from the FTF Jozinek provided here
ROOTED (Chainfire's SuperSU 1.25 & busybox 1.21.0)
DEODEXED
Zipaligned
Kernel included
Download
LT25i_9.1.A.1.140_root_deodex.zip - 494.12 MB 1.Dev-Host 2.Android File Sharing 3.Android File Host
MD5 Sum: e69e28710b063d7c1d259d062143bb00
I said I wasn't going to update but I was helping out @whalesplaho with some stuff and decided to build it anyway. Please test this and let me know if it works. Also, I need to know if the kernel has been updated for this firmware, I can make a zip for it if needed.
LT25i_9.1.A.1.145_root_deodex.zip
md5: ed6a4db5fd1abb55ab313dd69f2657c2
Maybe this is more to your liking. Totally unmodified (odexed, no superuser/busybox, kernel not included).
LT25i_9.1.A.1.140.zip - 487.03 MB
Kernel (flashable zip)
LT25i_9.1.A.1.140_kernel.zip - 6.67 MB
LT25i_9.1.A.1.145_kernel.zip - 6.67 MB
Locked bootloaders need to flash this after the ROM: CWM v6 flashable for JB Thread by davidmarco
Unlocked bootloaders: flash DooMKernel to get recovery back.
I see you made your own thread
This is very useful.

You don't have to because it was included in the deodexed zip but it doesn't hurt if you do.
If you would test it I would be grateful.
There have been several downloads and zero feedback.

I have no idea, try reflashing or redownloading.
Already did, went back to stock firmware and nothing appears, load it again and I have the stuck pixel only in 60%+ brightness (always using 10% no problem for me).

Thanks! Been using this for testing purposes, have flashed it quite a bit with no problems at all. Works very nicely just as stock. Would be perfect if the initial zip had recovery already but that's just nitpicking
I'm having a play around with the ROM in the OP using dsixda's kitchen, but as this is the first time I've tried this I need a little advice.
1. When in the kitchen, it wants to change the updater-script to an update script, can I just go ahead and do this ? Or does this step need a XV specific script? I'm confused as to the relevance of the script added in the OP and if I should somehow be using that.
2. Is there a list somewhere of the bloatware (is this only apk's) that can safely be removed ? I can't find one.
Many thanks
Don't change it to update-script, it will mess things up when changing back to updater-script. Best you can do is unpack the ROM to a folder in the root of the kitchen and put WORKING_ in front of it. Just use the kitchen for building the ROM zip.
There's no definitive list of bloatware but if you Google "xperia bloatware" you will find the most common ones. The rest is personal.

I need recompiled CWM

I am making this trying to port the patch files to atis112 patch integrator, but I need a recompiled CWM turned into a ramdisk.tar for the Xperia T.
The atis112 patch integrator is used to use unlocked bootloader roms on locked boot loader roms
(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2196537)
The thing is im trying to port it so that Xperia T devices can use it too.
I only need is the ramdisk.tar
