Micro sim IIRC.
Almost all new Android phones use microSIM (Z included). The iPhone 5 and iPad Mini are the only devices using nanoSIM.

hi, guys, i have a big question, i am really confused.
i already have one gooapple v5 3g, it is a Chinese iphone, very good quality, but i heard there is new phone very much like gooapple v5 3g, but with mtk6575, and i know it is goophone y5, but when i decide to buy this phone, i find the other phone, the same as this goophone y5, named godphone 4s, then the tragedy happens, i found the third phone, mtk6575, and retina display, named Sophone V75.

maybe you haven't find a good supplier,i bought a SK S170 1.5Ghz Dual core Android phone from china and the quality is nice have used for more than 4month it is still wonderfull.
i bought a sophone v75...nice, smooth and fast....now i need to find out how to root it and take the chinese apps away !!!

Just wondering if you had any luck. I have also bought a Sophone V75. Nice phone but the Chinese apps killing me. Also lack of a back button. Am I missing something here?

Google meizu mx. Its already rooted thanks to xda. Its eats all those fake iPhones. Retina display. 4 inches. And something called responsive light notification.

I would like to know to, mine is turning up tomorrow on EE (UK). I have seen loads of sites offering it around $40 for the code but i would like a trusted site which people have tried/tested

If you mean the Xperia Z instead of the "XZ" which was posted above, then it is of course possible. However, I'm slightly unsure which phone you are referring to?

i'm looking into buying a new smartphone, the s3 mini got my attention!
i do have some questions about this devices do:
1:is it easy to unlock the bootloader and flash a custom recovery?(with my previous phone htc desire c it was a pain to do it)
2: i'm a heavy modder (install another rom almost everyday ) and i noticed some issues with the cyanogenmod roms RIL and tearing are these issues a big of a deal? (I rather like touchwiz so i don't know if i'm gonna install a custom rom on it)
3: my final question: does this phone have a notification LED like the galaxy s3/s4 note etc

2. No, they are not a big deal imo, Maclaw and Oliver's roms are working without any problem right now
3. no, it doesnt
i see you are getting a nexus 4, just get that since the price just drop to 199, way cheaper than s3 mini

nah i'm not going to buy a nexus 4 anymore since i live in belgium and lg want's to be a jackass by selling it for 460 euros :\ so yeah the s3 mini was my second choice

2. Not a big deal, probably you can provide logs to the devs if you want to help them work out a stable CM ROM.

unfortunately i live in belgium and LG and google (maker of nexus 4) decided to sell the 16gb (only 16gb here) for +/- 460 euros wich i'm not going to spend on a phone so yeah the s3 mini looked nice and i like touchwiz!
One more question!
Does this device have nfc i heard rumors about it? (and i also don't know if it's available in belgium)

i would like to believe that you have been on XDA long enough to know that the first rule is to search before you ask
there is a model of the S3 mini that has NFC support
please search next time

More expensive than s3 mini
S3 Mini is just great with my latest release. Other phone than on stock xD
I can recommend that phone.
There's a i8190N version with NFC chip, fully compatible with all custom ROMs for i8190.
But temporary there's no custom ROM that support NFC. I'm working on it, so NFC support might be soon.

I need some help. I purchased Sony Xperia Z1 while traveling in China. The model number is L39h, which I believe to be exactly the same as C6902. Is there a way to 'turn' it into the international version? Just changing the language doesn't remove all the Chinese bloatware apps and such. Will changing my firmware work?

Hmm... You should be able to flash it without any problems... They're technically the same from what wikipedia also says... Its just one has chinese specific bloat... Don't take my word for it though..Do a bit more research but I think you should have no issues flashing this...

Thank you for the reply. It actually worked nicely. Though I feel kind of cheated out of LTE... Do you think it will matter much to me if I don't do a lot of downloading?

that doesnt really even make any sense, theres not even a way to put a sim card and the tablet doesnt have the low sound speakers (or whatever its called)

i have slot to put simcard in my tablet. im using simcard for sending messages and taking messages. and there is phone application i just can see who called me after they called me. my phone is not calling but im seeing after they finish to call me. So i think there is a hope to make it normal phone. Also i saw someone is making it but they saying 20€.
Maybe someone can know this.
