Hello all,
Is it possible to use the lockscreen wallpaper from the Sony themes as normal wallpaper for the home screens?
I can't seem to find an option.

I know this. But when you choose a theme, the lockscreen has a different picture to the cosmic flow like wallpaper that appears on the home screens.
What I want to do is use the lockscreen wallpaper as the home screen wallpaper, when I look at pre-installed wallpapers I cannot see any of the lockscreen wallpapers there. I only see the wallpaper when looking at the themes, and then it only gets applied to the lockscreen.

Ah see what you mean.
Lock screen wallpapers here,
you'll have to save them and use as seperate homescreen wallpaper.

Click on them for larger size, it also names them so you might find even better quality ones.

For those who want desktop wallpaper as lockscreen wallpaper, it's easy right? Just pick the same picture and set as lockscreen wallpaper.
Well... I mean for exactly as shown as on desktop... Including if you use live wallpaper, then your lockscreen wallpaper will has live wallpaper.
I've made this wallpaper for lockscreen as dummy (find it in zip file attachment). So you just save it in your sdcard and set it as lockscreen wallpaper and you'll see your desktop wallpaper as lockscreen wallpaper.
I've tested it in MIUI, I don't know if it will work also on other rom, but it might be work.

Hello devs!
In Sony Xperia Z, to change lockscreen wallpaper you should go to settings>personalization>lockscreen and then choose xperia wallpapers or picture from album app. You can't go to album app and choose image for lockscreen wallpaper. The problem is I'm using QuickPic app and I want to delete stock album app. But because of this, I can't.
Is there any mod to make choosing lockscreen wallpaper similar to homescreen wallpaper?
Can someone make this mod?

yeah would llove to see this.. some way to set lockscreen wallpaper from the app itself. its a pain really.

In my old SGS I did in settings and set wallpaper default. But with Z I don't know.

My phone only has two options there. Gallery and Xperia wallpapers.
I want to set transparent or null the lockscreen wallpaper and see the homescreen wallpaper in the lockscreen.

It's a good alternative. Although I wanted to use the stock lockscreen, with the widgets.
Is there a way to "sync" the lockscreen wallpaper with the homescreen one? Without having to manually set each one?

To get the parallax effect you have to choose the parallax wallpaper from Samsung Themes or press and hold down on the home screen to enter into 'Wallpapers and themes'. There are only 4 stock wallpapers with the parallax effect anyway.
I haven't seen any stock wallpapers with parallax effects... are they the paint splash ones?

You can get it on any wallpaper. You just need to install it from the Samsung theme app and not from a 3rd party wallpaper app.
OK.. looks like I've found a workaround for my question and a bug and I hope Samsung won't fix it
Motion effect works only with static Wallpapers.
And I'm using Wallpaper Changer (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.j4velin.wallpaperChanger&hl=en_US) to have random wallpapers. And Wallpaper Changer needs to be set as Live Wallpaper.
But Motion Effect is not available for Android Live Wallpapers.
Workaround: Set static wallpaper with motion effect and then immediately set wallpaper changer live wallpaper. And bingo - parallax with live wallpaper and Motion effect for my random wallpaper gallery.
Problem solved.
