Whoa new rom this looking nice!

A lot of the options do not stick after you leave the page. Is that happening to anyone else?
Edit, nevermind, a fix permissions and a reboot seemed to fix it

Lovely rom
i used this lovely rom and radio is working nice for me because my radio was not working and love you guys

Looks and sounds pretty good, will give this a whirl.
Doesnt look like latest PIE is included from the screenshots, tho. And wondering if it has the same z-index issue with PIE and normal Desktop (0px navbar) where app interfaces cover the PIE visuals (have that on Xylon).
Will report back later on.

First link doesn't work though

Flashed this baby together with the latest motley kernel.
First impression: Issues at establishing a WLAN connection. Happens at the setup wizard screen right after flashing. It connects to the WiFi network and shows me the symbol, but it wont turn blue as the indicator of a fixed connection to google services.
If I try to setup my Google Account, the setup wizard tells me that no stable data connection could be initiated. So I had to use my mobile data ...
Second impression: After a reboot WiFi worked again, but no settings stick within the ROM and Orca controls. I'll try fix permissions.
Third impression: After fixing permissions some settings stick, but other settings like changing the quantity of navbar targets are not working.
Suggestion for next release: fixing permissions on flashing procedure would make things alot more easy

Re: The Orca Project 4.2+ Nightlies - Mako
Sick rom!! Only issue i have is my data signal is weak. 1 bar. I should have full bars. What issue would this be.? Im brand new to the n4. Thanks

As for fixing permissions: If you having issues make sure before install you have wiped data/factory, wipe cache, wipe dalvik and then install and reboot. You should also install from TWRP and not Clockwork. If still feel you have an issue reboot fix permissions.
Cannot access Nav Bar in Pie? Make Sure Chevron's are on.
Credits, source and more information can be found at my site if you want to check it out.
PS: Signal, you should not have any issue with that if you do change kernels you may run into an issue. Upcoming builds have updated blobs and updated devices. Nexus 4 will improve based on that and I should a new build out tonight. Enjoy the current build version 1.0.3 will be up shortly with hardware updates. I am working on bringing in other updates as well.

Re: The Orca Project 4.2+ Nightlies - Mako
Sorry drew, but are you the fella who used to write kernels for the nexus s or was that Steve garen?

Android 4.3
Use 4.3 Gapps and do a data wipe before flashing.
Known Issues:
1. Bluetooth
2. Halo notifications
First boot will take a little while (five minutes+).
If you loose root access
1. Go to superuser >settings
2. Change Superuser Access to "Apps and Adb"
3. If that doesn't work then also check the "Declared Permission" box
4. Still have trouble try reading this g+ post

Thanks for thread! We all waiting for 3.0 release from Liquid team!
I haven't switched to another ROM since I started using v2.9. It's been fairly stable with a few issues here and there, but for sure has been my favorite by far for some time. I'm looking forward to checking out v3.0!
Stable ROM and good battery life. love it.

looks fine to me
Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk 4
I upgraded to 3.0 over the weekend, liking it so far. Nice work!
Does anyone notice a little more battery drain than 2.9? It could just be me and letting the ROM settle.
Also, it's properly showing 4.3 for me as well in the "About Phone", you may want to reflash the ROM suniljozef.
I haven't run into any issues as of yet, no crashes, force closes, or random reboots.
Everything is good so far except my 4G seems to be broken, any ideas?
Motrodid 7 thanks ....will try to flash again

So I am thinking of giving Liquid a shot tonight Bluetooth is listed as an issue. What exactly is the issue? Bad audio, no BT at all?

I have had this issue before on my device running various ROMs. I'm not sure what causes it... but I've learned if you do take it with-in the messaging app hit "view" first, let the image load, then back out, then send. This might fix it not sending. It has for me anyways. I haven't specifically tried it on this ROM.

I'm giving this beast a flash now, I'll report back later today with my findings with both the included kernel, Woot's kernel, and with/without the QuickRemote file in case that borks something up.
First thing noticed: There are no navigation buttons and I can't seem to enable them. I'm stuck using Pie. I changed the DPI settings and cannot get them to go back to their defaults.

The ROM looks amazing I just with that 4.3 wasn't such a wasted effort now that 4.4 is out and should take much less effort considering the Nexus 5 and Flex would be easy enough to KANG from.
Here's Hopes that the official 4.4 comes out as promised form the frency carrier leak.

Well for now until pacman updates to 4.4 we can still use the new Google launcher that is preinstalled in this ROM. However, saying "okay Google" does not work for me

Using CWM - doing a full clean install, I keep getting a gapps error. I've tried the gapps provided in the OP as well as the full 4.3 PA gapps, but no dice on either. Anyone else have this issue? I'm wondering if I should switch to TWRP?
I've also attempted both the 11.24 and 11.25 builds with the same result.
im about to flash this when it gets done downloading. But i'd like to use a custom kernal since i haven't used one in 3 months does anyone have a recommendation?
Thank you for this. This is my standard go to Rom. Just waiting for cm to get Debugged and I'll flash this

Thank you for this, I will have a nice long weekend to test and try to fix.
I was able to get a GPS lock, no SOD's yet and no reboots yet. The hybrid settings seem to have some quirks. I set it to the recommended setting and the top of the settings were cut off and the quick settings are on the left side (slightly) and the notification panel to the right. One question I have is that it seems that most cm themes don't theme the "LTE" in the status bar and quick settings. When it was a 4G icon it would always get themed. Thank you for bringing us PAC!

I'll admit that I haven't run pacman before so maybe I missed something? Anyway, thanks for adding another ROM to our device!

Awesome, great to see Mokee keeping up the great work. @Ryuinferno Thanks for this. Your a busy person and understandably may not be available all the time but having this thread is good news.
update when possible and also when available.

Well, this ROM seems to have a lot of good stuff merged and working which is awesome !! especially the multi window stuff !
I have a question again.. The quick settings panel is merged from CM or PA or SLIMROM ? i think there are subtle differences among these 3 implementations of quick settings panel with the ability to change the layout to hold 4 or 5 columns, toggle settings, long press behaviour, change behaviour etc... I find PA & SLIMROM implementations to be better than CM, but thats my opinion only. I wanna know the what was merged in this project for Quick settings or if its an own implementation, what is it close to among the three ?...
and yea.. waiting for the PIE to be merged already !!!
Good! My favorite.

No you cant..
Battery saving data off
Saving battery by swtiching data off when screen is off, is a great function. Would it be possible to implement 2g/3g switch with screen off as well? And maybe not restoring data or 3g until screen is unlocked? I mean, if somebody wants to check time, there is no need to turn data on again
Great ROM btw, really fluid
I'm having prob with back button... It doesn't go back..and Google keyboard fcs

Am I blind or is there no option yet to disable sofkey backlight?
@elelinuxso I think this AOKP isn't yet as powerful with settings than CM is at the moment.
Anyway I will stay with AOKP and do a little testing, but I think I will go back to CM as a daily driver until most of the CM benefits are implemented.

Running Well on G900T
WOW - AOKP has arrived! Awesome. Flashed this morning on my TMOBILE G900T and all seems to be working beautifully so far.
I realize it is a work in progress - some things are missing - but I am sure the USUAL AOKP stuff will be added as time goes on. It is just so nice to have more options when choosing an AOSP rom - Thanks to Exposed and GravityBox I was able to get unlock Slider targets setup and lockscreen wall paper too .... phone is smooth - data and calls work - camera works too - EXCELLENT! Could be a daily driver.....
Thank you so much for all the work - looking forward to future updates.

Yea I've noticed that mine rebooted right after getting through the welcome setup, but after that I haven't had any issues. I wouldn't flash any other kernel after because the one the ROM comes with is built with linaro and runs super smooth after reboot. It seems that that first reboot is in the ROM because it does it on my other devices too.
did this rom have a issue with the gps and the a-gps?
I only have the p3110 and the WiFi gps seems to work fine
