Hatka Rom is a new series of roms that will generally be covering HTC devices for now. Typically, this rom is packed with the great AC!D Audio mod to give fantastic audio quality for you audiophiles... but unfortunately, AC!D Audio seems to have issues with this device...
So instead, I've decided to make this an optimized close-to-stock experience! All AT&T bloat has been removed (if I missed anything let me know) and is loaded with tons of mods to increase speed and battery life.
Note that this is a blind port of our rom (I don't actually have this device ), so there may or may not be issues that need fixing. I'm relying on you guys to report them and hopefully we can get them fixed!

-This formats system during installation! Make a back up of anything important.
-There will most likely be a few issues that need fixing, as I do not have this device and I can't test these builds before release.
Bug Reporting
-Random reboot? LOGCAT! Any report of a reboot without a logcat will be ignored.
-xxxxx force closed? If applicable, please logcat. I don't have this device so I cannot replicate the issue

A: Yes! Just make sure it's compatible

A: Yes sir! This formats system during install so it should be fine.

Q: Why is the Xperia launcher laggy???
A: Simmer down, I am aware of this since it's a common complaint over at its original thread. You can try the Xperia Z launcher here, it's much better imo.

I used v5.0 universal, I got their permission to modify things a tiny bit to get things working properly. If you'd like, I can PM you what I did, it's actually incredibly simple

No issues so far booted up fine. Been running for an hour or so. Very smooth and very snappy. Especially typing. Will try audio and the play store wiped dalvik and cache nice

Ok so only issue I notice is that when I call someone there is no sound using the earpiece but if I use speaker I can hear it then. Everything else works just fine.
Edit: YouTube playback doesn't work the video shows its playing but there is no picture and audio and the slider doesn't move

Just flashed and here are some bugs you should be aware of
- Youtube does not work. The video loads but it stays at a still image
- No sounds. No notification sounds, ringtones, music doesn't even play and in-call mic doesn't work
- Aroma installer. You have to navigate settings and options in the aroma installer with your volume and power buttons. Tested on TWRP as our version of CWM is broken

this was a hard job and we spend many hours and nights on it. Finally we got it booting for every device. Please remember that this port is still a work in progress. It is not a daily driver for now. We dont know the bugs. The most related things should work. The rom also need resizing. We work close with the Evo 4G team which do that. We need all bug report. Most things are: Network, Wifi, Bluetooth, Rotation, Camera, Camcorder, 3G, Call, Messaging and so on. Please do not report resize problems or ui fails.The ROM is a work in progress, so it wouldn't hurt if the thread get some touch ups here and there too. If you want to donate you can do it, we will split all donations in the team. Read the whole thread. In first post you will find all important things, in second post there is the changelog. Before asking a question check this thread and the Homepage. If you have problems which only have you make a Full EXT4 Wipe...
It was a hard and long job and if you wish to use this rom as base ask me. When not we will talk to a mod.

No it's far from the same thing. The Flyer rom is Sense 3.0 but branded as Sense 2.1. It's applications and rosie is fully rotatable. We should be releasing the beta soon.

1. Root your Device and Get Recovery - Use one of these tutorials: Vertigo or Shingers5.
2. Complete Wipe through CWM or Flash BinDroid Total Wipe.
3. In CWM, Wipe Data, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik and Battery Stats.
4. Install .zip file, reboot and hopefully enjoy.

Even with updates I would prefer a full wipe and install. This way I can ascertain if fixes are actually working for everyone

Shouldn't be an issue now as I updated it but if not, go to Superuser. Select menu and then preferences, scroll to update binary. That will sort it

How to Change Battery Icon
Extract framework-res.apk from the ROM's zip.
Got to UOT Kitchen.
Select the Battery Option.
Play around with which ones you want (generate previews so you can see it working).
Once you have decided, select 'File Upload'.
On the right hand side, select 'upload system files'.
Upload your framework-res.apk.
Go to 'Summary' and scroll down to 'Submit'.
Go to pickup and wait.
Move to phone, then reboot into CWM and flash.

Please don't ask to add this or that as no chef can cater to everyone's desires. XL forum is picking up and I for one am very excited. Battery charging seems to be an issue for me now. Been charging over 3 hrs still only 29% then rebooted at 15%. Back on charge and now only 37%. Yes wiped battery stats but can't calibrate battery until 100% so be a while I guess lol

Lol, that's not good. Not sure what's causing it as mine has been fine the whole time. Must be something something to do with drain or recognising charge.

Not need to do wipe, wipe the data if you face the problem after installing the rom.

I think the mb2 is newer than mr2.
I just care about the changelist index, when mb2 index is larger than mr2, its enough for me to work on it.
I believe that mb2 is better than others till right now.

This is a sweet rom..I like the ui and the theme...and everything works fine and seems stable so far gonna test some more to see with battery life...:thumbup:
One question..is it possible to have the 23 toggles mod down below like the one you made with the stock one...perhaps on your next build ..if it isnt too much to ask though great work guys :thumbup:

About ROM
When I first made TuRdZzROM for the Xperia T, I made it for me. I made it so I could be like "This is mine", but then, I shared it to the people of the forum and they loved it. So I thought "Hey, why don't I make this for other devices too?" And so here I am, sharing my ROM with you today. I'm no expert or Developer as such, but I'm learning more and trying to help people in any way that I can.
The goal of TuRdZzROM is to provide a stable, fluid, smooth performance and strip the crap from the stock firmware without altering its appearance too much.

Download
TuRdZzROM v2.0.1 - Go to "Downloads" tab.
How to install this ROM
Unlocked Bootloader
1. Unlock your bootloader at http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/
2. Copy ROM to SD card
3. Flash Kernel with recovery (I recommend this)
3. Enter CWM Recovery
4. Do A Factory Reset
5. Flash ROM
6. ENJOY!!
IF YOU ARE COMING TO v2.0.0 OR HIGHER FROM 4.1, YOU MUST WIPE INTERNAL STORAGE AND DO A FACTORY RESET
Locked Bootloader
1. Root
2. Install CWM for Locked Bootloaders
3. Copy ROM to SD Card
3. Enter CWM Recovery
4. Do A Factory Reset
5. Flash ROM
6. ENJOY!!
YOU MUST USE STOCK SONY KERNEL, WHICH I HAVE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ZIP

I didn't include a kernel, so whatever you have before the flash will remain there. So, yeah, flash a kernel of your choice after the ROM installation!
There is no reason it shouldn't work on locked bootloaders; I just didn't have the time to add more instructions to the OP, I'll do that tomorrow, when I have time.

I asked krebbapel via PM, and he said it was okay if I was to use it in my ROM.
He probably just hasn't updated the OP yet...

Before I installed this Rom I got 16,000 now I get over 20,000. Huge difference and noticeably faster. Can I flash any kernel onto this?
locked bootloader
Anyone with locked bootloader already tried this ROM? any reboot issue? tried other rom but after few hours it started keep on rebooting, it reboots and after few sec it will reboot again. and i can't even get to recovery due to no GREEN LED after the sony logo comes out..

That depends... Do you have a locked or unlocked bootloader?

Lacks stock mail app , which i so love!
Flashed with locked bootloader. Did not flash a kernel.
Working fine for me.

Yes, I will. I'm also currently making a removed apps flashable zip, which will include all of the system apps I removed.
EDIT: Added Removed Apps zip to OP... I haven't tested it though!
