Ok my bad,it costs $26.99? its tpu with a polycarbonite shell, nice snug fit, slim design, nice front lip, my only complaint is the back is a finger print magnet at times or maybe it's just the black color that I have, but that's minor to me I plan on ordering a few more colors, Here's where I ordered mines from, received it in 4 days even though the tracking says it's still in Chicago and I live in Louisiana, http://www.zoarah.com/iface-revolution-case-for-galaxy-note-2.html?desktop=
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda premium

Reminds me of the samsung protective cover+ in that the back is hard plastic and the edges are tpu. Do you have to remove the phone to access the credit card holder/slot?

+1 didn't know about the credit card slot.
If it's possible can you post a pic of where the card goes

Yeah, there is. The rectangular indent in the inside of the case. It was marketed to hold one card in that slot.
Heres a nice feature list:

Looks cool! The shiny back resembles a lot Case-Mate Pop! case, probably the same fingerprint magnet prone to scratches and slippery. I like how they have a little piece of gold foil in there and claim "24K Gold-plated logo sticker inside the case blocks 95% of electromagnetic waves and protects you from small amount of electromagnetic radiation". Reminds me a lot of those little battery stickers they used to sell 4-5 years ago that claimed the same.
Sorry, didn't mean to rain on the parade, just making general comments. The case definitely looks original which is a big plus, and from its description offers a great deal of protection! Thanks for sharing it!!!

Yeah ok

Case looks great! Thanks for sharing. How long did it take to actually get to your front door?
Also, what lock screen is that?

Reading the list of specs on the website I see there is a hole for an aerial for the Korean note 2. Does the hole leave the corner exposed? Nice looking case, I'd be interested in black if they ship to the UK. Thanks.

It's exposed but not to the point where if you drop it the corner would hit the ground but it's a slot big enough for an antenna to slide out, but the phone sits back deep inside the case, you can see it in the 7th pic

My thoughts exactly
Sent from the TermiNOTEr 2!
I've used Qmadix for my older Droid line ups and liked them.
I was looking forward to getting one for my Note 2 but the styling was a 180 degree turn.
Having said that, the product did a good job protecting my Droid 3 so the build is most likely there for the product offered for the Note 2. I just don't like the look of them on this go around.
Thanks for the reply, I picked one up cheap. Should be here any day now. Good to know protection is there.

How much is "cheap"? They don't sell them on Amazon, only seems to be directly from the store for $35. Once you get it, can you please post the picture of the front/back and comment on how slippery back of the case is and if there any lip? Really hard to judge by looking at pictures on their website.

Sounds like a good deal, considering it's back to $29 at shopandroid. They also have a very short video of the case. Outer shell looks kind of shiny and front lip hardly noticeable; don't want to jump into any conclusion so let's just wait for your review.
... ps: one of the reviews does state case is very slippery and side grips are not good, as I suspected by looking at it
I tried and it's nice...
I got this one a while back when I got my note and its decent but I dont like the feel of the back. It either feels slick or sticky.

Reception for me hasn't changed, but then again I'm one of those guys that could care less if I lose a bar.
As for the color it's the grey one I got and its not green at all, I know what you mean by the pics though it does look a tad green but in reality it's extremely close to the titanium grey of the phone, just a bit darker and a matte finish.
Yea and no discount, I actually got it from their Canadian dealer here: www.mobii.ca since I'm in Canada it's just more convenient. roughly $110 cad shipped was the damage.

Looks pretty nice but indeed the cost is too high compared to what the unit itself costs. Plus I'm one of those that likes a soft rubber/pattern that provides really good grip and prevents having the phone slip from your hand (that's how my previous one cracked the glass).
Smexy. But not $90 worth of smexy, especially for a bumper. Heck that chinese iPhone look-a-like case costs less and it is a full case.
That looks awesome, covers!
Do you know how the quality compares to sweet armor? I like the look of both, but the sweet armor is on sale right now for $54.
Anyone out there have both of these bumpers?

thanks! tbh i think the quality ois realy top notch, a solid bumper for sure, other than that i cannot compare to the sweet armor as i dont have one.
one more thing i forgot to add was that it really doesnt add much bulk to the phone at all the sides of the case a really thin preserving the width of the phone. it does add to the height though which is no biggie

I bought it from ebay. I can't find the seller, below is a link to another one, I paid the same amount.
I did test it out, it did not scratch my phone, even with the screen protector on.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BLACK-ALUMI...t=US_Cell_Phone_PDA_Cases&hash=item460a86cfde
I also had a similar but cheaper bumper before, that one does not have the cut out for the power button and volume rocker, it's also thicker in size. No problem with that one either.

I am not sure since this one is thinner, but I can check it out later when I go home.
I don't really care about that because I used aftermarket backs with the bumper. These backs are usually a little thicker so they protect the lens even if you set it flat.
I live near DC.

P880 - [Flip Cover] - with pics!

Hello p880 users,
This is my girlfriends phone, and she wanted a samsung-like flip cover, so I found and bought this (I looked everywhere, couldnt find it in ebay):
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Hot-Selling-Retailing-Unltra-Thin-Slim-Side-Back-Battery-Flip-cover-PU-Leather-Housing-case-for/1220467926.html
The case actually feels good in hand and there's a black version too.
The back cover doesnt have NFC, and the back side plastic texture feels cheaper then the original (LG logo is painted instead of a metal plate). The back cover is also a little bit thicker - 2mm maybe. The front flip feels really good and closes well.
I didnt find any pictures laying around the web, so I thought leaving these here.
By the way, aliexpress turned out to be a good experience, and everything went smooth.

Got Bored from the Slippy Grip_Note2_N7100

Hi everybody,
Here you can post your experience about the slippy grip of your mobile (especially N7100), and how you've got rid of it; either with using special casing or without using any casing.
Thanks for your participation.
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
I didn't. The Note 2 needs to be slippery for me so it can slip into my pocket.
I tried to use casing, but itmakes mobile looks bigger, also I removed the chrome from the bezel thinking it will help, although it looks more fun to me but still very slippery. I'm searching here and there, the only reasonable solution is to replace the battery cover with one like Note3 battery cover, but it's not available in markets in my country, I have to go through ebay or amazon

If you're willing to try; you could spray it with Plasti-Dip http://www.plastidip.com/
It will give your phone a rubbery/grippy feel, but is easily removed if needed.
You could either spray the battery cover with it, or also spray the bezel as well for ultimate grip.
I use an Imak Cowboy shell case; it has a really nice/grippy texture and adds very little bulk to the phone. You can pick them up for $10 on eBay.

I find the Ringke Slim case adds a nice level of grip, or rather adds a non slippery surface that's grippy enough. It still slips effortlessly in and out of my pocket. Also it really doesn't add any bulk at all. Try a search and I'm sure you'll see some photos.

Scotch Brite scouring pad might do it.
I recall people using that method to give a 'matte' appearance to the GS2 plastic bezel.
