Hi everyone,
Does anyone know where to get an iphone like lockscreen for cm 7.2?
Well, it doesn't need to look exactly like the one from ios, but i'd love to have the feature to directly unlock to new messages etc. You know, these tiny unlock bars that appear if u have for example a new sms, whatsapp message etc. Is there any lockscreen app/ mod?

If you buy widgetlocker, you can have iphone sliders to any apps, but it won't give you the slide to... text.

@jimminez - if you're not really too techie (like me) with android perhaps a new launcher from the market?
I've installed Go launcher EX. It gives you a lot more editing options such as what goes in the app drawer at the bottom and also enabling you to change the icon pictures etc.
Also has the benefit that there are a few themes for the launcher that are free as well. Quick easy way of making the phone look different.
If you put in some time you can really change the look and feel of your phone.
I've attached a screen shot of what I made with a few apps and pics (apps used are in the post your screen shot thread), alot of people use these and other apps / widgets without installing a new rom to completely change how their phone looks and is used.

Looks good, I downloaded fancy widget (the free one) for the clock. Does everything I want of it.
Though am considering getting fancy widgets as they have different styles and can be themed

And now I'm wondering if there is possible to make my android phone (CM7) to look just like an iPhone?
Can you guys help me to collect all apps (SMS, Caller, lockscreen, bootscreen and so on) and maybe some cm7 themes that looks like iOS/iPhone so that I (and you guys) can make our android phones to look like an iPhone!

Widget locker for the lock screen. Minimalistic Text for the lock screen clock. And finally using Launcher pro with custom dock and iPhone icons off the web.

People do hate iPhones round these parts.
I have personally used all of them, don't care for them next to a properly equipped android device.
Though my unlocked iPhones never did drop a call on the USA T-Mobile netwrok.
Was gonna post about MIUI, saw that someone had mentioned already.

I like slide up unlocker which is come with Lg 2x as default. On the other hand I am using custom roms and think that they are very efficient. However, all of them have different unlocking styles. Mostly, you pull the lock from left to right...
Is it possible to use default lg slide up unlocker while using custom roms ? I would appriciate if anyone can help _

sure I will look but I am using slick v4.1 based on froyo 2.2. Unfortunately, there is no such option on that rom
Not sure if the slide-up lock screen is available but try WidgetLocker Lockscreen app
Use the elegance theme lockscreen. The htc look a like lockscreen works like the stock one.

If you are drooling over fancy lockscreen themes for MIUI but you don't have a MIUI rom, here u r. Now we've extracted the MIUI lockscreen as an app, you can install it on any Android rom(only 2.3 for now), enjoy.
search MiLocker in android market.

did you mean the app UI or theme?
I find a bug. when you listen music you can't use that commands on stock hands free like double tab etc.
When you click 1 time on handsfree music stop and display wake up.

Boring on sense rom..... Uncustomizable.....widgetlocker is way smoother.
Runs good, but no option to use a custom wallpaper kinda sucks. Plus on most it displays chinese characters, which I don't know how to get rid of. Other than that, it's pretty nice.

Seriously? I installed it on mine and it was laggy as h$*l. Could hardly go into settings and the theme downloader was just beyond slow.
I doubt it is my rom (Eclipse 2) but since Liberty isn't on 2.3.5 yet I can't try it out
Hi developpers ! I don't have any skills in developping apps or whatever, but I was just wondering if it was possible to theme a lockscreen like the "minimal Android Lockscreen" by bblake on deviantart (sorry i'm not able to post links already)
We would be able to see our dock's icons and it would be a windows phone-like lockscreen, wich you slide up to unlock, and it would reveal progressively our homescreen.
I'm just asking if it's possible, and if it is, how?
