This has been around for a while nothing new... Even got rid of the nav bar
Sent from my MB886 using xda app-developers app

How did you go about removing the navbar? When I add qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 to my build.prop I get SystemUI FCs...
You know what they say... Once you go Android, you don't go back. Flashaholic for sure.

I did to. I just took the line out and re did it and it worked. There is also a flash on the droidrzr forums in the rage rom for the RAZR HD that does it for you also.

Ok so how did you keep the notification bar? It always disappears with the navbar...

Mine never went away.

I can' get the recent apps button to work. Anyone else have this?
Edit: It happens when I hide the navbar, with qemu.how or with full!screen.

Yeah, that sounds about right...
Remember that this is an alternative to the actual PIE+Fullscreen Options in an actual PA Rom...
If you also notice... You'll see certain dialog boxes and menus malfunction...
So yeah...

I used an app called full screen toggle.

Does it let you use the app switcher?
Is that possible?

All it does is remove the navigation bar at the bottom. I used LMT to setup pie navigation buttons and it has recent apps button if that's what you're asking.

Works great

True Honeycomb Lockscreen

I had an idea on how to do a "true" honeycomb lockscreen. At http://j.mp/dXw49d (XDA forum) you must drag down to unlock. What about making the gesture "trail" the honeycomb unlock icon and then creating gestures for every direction? What I mean is making everything gone (hide unlock slider) then making the gesture trails look like the unlock icon. Then after creating the gestures in every direction then dragging the dot anywhere you can unlock. Also maybe restrict the starting point for the gestures to where the icon is. I can give you screenshots to show you what I mean.
Do you think it would work?
I think it's a good idea!
It will be comfortable to use it and it looks nice.
you talking about something like this?

Haha ya I just edited the picture. Its my idea for a sweet lockscreen. In no way is it a reality, and unless a dev takes on the idea it never will be
holy crap that's awesome. Also probably easily feasible. I unfortunately lack the ability to make this but i might shoot it over to a couple of devs and see who wants to work on this.

[Q] Anyone understand this Gesture?

Anyone that understand how to use this text-field gesture? Have been tapping all over the phone, but nothing happens
I'm used to the trackball from HTC Hero and Desire, that is a missing feature in this phone, and was so exited when I found this gesture.
But my happiness didn't last for long. Haha.
(Yeah, I know the mentioned gesture is disabled in the picture.........)

Okei. This is a LG Keyboard feature. When uninstalled the Gingerbread keyboard, it suddenly works.

really? :-( So it means that we have to chose between voiceimput ability of android keyboard and gesture ability of LGs one? :-( Sad
I hope that I would be able to move cursor quickly with my fingertips...
What gesture do you mean? The first one?
Just tap on the sides of your phone, not screen.

Aka its solved.
When it comes to that its also working on Swiftkey; Maybe it was the Gingerbread Keyboard only that ****ed up this feature?

No way to fix it that I know of, other than uninstalling LCD density. I found it screwed up my lockscreen, too. This app doesn't actually increase resolution, so I find its usefulness very shallow.

I can't say that I have that same problem, and I have my density set to 200. But I did find that other people had this problem and recommended downloading the "spare parts" app and unchecking "compatibility mode". I did that before I even downloaded LCD density so I can't say if that will fix it or not, but I never had that problem so it might.
What app did you use to change it, the free one from market? I did mine manually so maybe that's why its not working. But that did fix my apps that were not filling the screen, thanks

Yes, I used "LCDDensity for Root". It works perfectly!

Go launcher?

I have used go launcher for the past few years. So naturally I installed that fist thing when I got my turbo today. But the menu button the the 3 dots stays on the screen at all times. So it blocks the bottom icons and app drawer. Anyone else have this issue. Is there a way to fix this?

Should, but I don't have that option in my go launcher. Do we have different versions? I'm on v5.09.
That was the trick it worked fine. It's not in the go launcher settings its in the system settings.
