I will try to do it in BUILD2.

freezenook,
Nice to see another rom, Im trying now.. looks good
TrOjAn

Thanks for this rom. Love the modded graphics. The settings app looks cool. Also the transparent menus and the borders look awesome. However I don't like the busy/loading animation (those 2 snakes orbiting each other - a bit much) and the text selectors (they are too big and look... idk... cheap and out of place) and I do believe the "3G stick" icon in the settings app is not modded and it also look out of place. Also the notification switches don't fit quite right in the notification popup (I think this was also present in stock, not sure though, but maybe it could be fixed).
Thanks again and great work!

so far so good with this rom
things i want from and verdit on:
wifi : works absolutely fine
video : fine (not tried netflix yet but so far so good on vid front)
lagging up: not happened yet
i have no boot animation, the tablet when powering up, looks dead, then the archos logo flashes up for a second then tablet is booted. works but is a bit scary in the "is it broken?" way
had a scare with charging, but hope that was only from 1st boot (no full charge since) and it struggled to take a charge, but hoping that was one of my chargers, not the rom
bar the small ironable niggles, loving this rom

Is it a stock video player from archos? If yes, this is the only way to watch videos from the tablet on TV through HDMI in a correct aspect ratio and screen resolution.

I found some bugs:
1. Then connect charger - show slow charge warning.
2. After disconnect from computer don't disappearing USB debugging, connection type and slow charge icons.

Ok. I found this problem too, but after first boot (after install) you must reboot tablet. This bug will disappear.

freezenook,
Would it be possible to get the jellybean keyboard on this rom? the one that lets you slide across keyboard like swype? think its called gesture input.
Good work, TrOjAn

[THEME][EB13][3/9/11]Android 2.3 Gingerbread v2.1/addons/SRF/Bonsai compatible!

What it is:
This is a port of the stock Android 2.3 Gingerbread Theme. Theme includes a 1% battery modification, the numbers are a bit larger in the current version and should be easily readable. Version 2.0 is updated for EB13. MUST BE ON A DEODEXED EB13 ROM TO FLASH THIS!!!
README: As of 2.1, both AOSP and TW versions of this theme are natively compatible with ROMs with CarrierIQ removed (ACS SyndicateROM Frozen and Bonsai 3.0.1). The versions indicate which lockscreen is included since that file is needed for the reboot mod. It does not matter what lockscreen you currently have, the theme will give you whichever one is indicated.
Coming Soon: A new pulldown is being worked on and also an addon to remove the battery % numbers. Also, addon for haptic feedback removed on AOSP lockscreen for no-CIQ ROMs. GB themed market notifications!
Android Customization Suite: I have also now fully integrated the ACS Tool so check it out. As of 3/2/11, V2.0 is not in there yet but watch for it soon.
Apps themed:
framework-res.apk
twframework-res.apk
MediaProvider.apk
settings.apk
dialertabactivity.apk

*Install Notes for 2.1: Check /data/app for com.google.android.gm-1.apk, delete it if you see it (root explorer). Then flash the theme. Not necessary for Bonsai 3.0.1, unsure about other ROMs. 2.1 contains updated Gmail: 2.3.4.1.

I've replaced the previous modded services.jar with this one, it prevents battery pull popup also but no longer contains the data governor killer as I have read it is not recommended.
README: Lots of changes coming to you in v1.9! First, I've removed Browser, Gallery, Email and Mms from the base theme due to different versions across ROMs. I have created ONE (and i'm not going to create any more, lol!) App addon zip with a custom mix of these 4 apps. To maintain compatibility with Bonsai v2.0.1 I've included the Reboot mod in each of 2 versions of the base theme, one for the TouchWiz lockscreen and one for the AOSP lockscreen.

Kill battery full popup
Remove AM/PM from statusbar clock
Both mods together

zip worked just fine for me. love the theme thank you very much!
some possible input from me, it must be possible to change the text on the notification menu, check droid-lifes "Apex 1.3.0 With Gingerbread By Fabolous" post (can't post links yet)
if you were able to get it to look like this, that would be sweet.
also another thing that needs improvement, is the quick toggles on the notification bar when they are highlighted they look pixelated around their borders.
other than that, sweet theme!
Working great for me so far. Thanks!
Got it working for me now just needed to redownload it thank you very much and like the post above me said making he text in the notification darker or at least readable would be sweet but very nice theme
Sent from my Epic 4G
Any time I try to install this, I get a whole stream of force closes on boot. Any ideas why this would be?
I'm running ACS's DK28 build. Wiped 3x like instructions said.
Yeah the 3d app drawer is just lp, not a theme. I can switch out the icons on the quick panel toggle area but those are actually from the captivate theme, I think they are beveled, not supposed to be pixelated. not quite sure how to change the light text in the notification drawer just yet either, trying to figure that out

Yea I got it set but the new gingerbread browser gives you the 3D affect in landscape mode as well while LP does not.
For anyone interested in what I'm talking about and to see the text before they install to see if they would mind it or not I'll post a screenshot I do like this theme and look forward to improvements made in the future!
Around the icons themselves inside the toggles it doesn't look "smooth" to me either, as I stated earlier.
I believe the ongoing text color is coming from each individual app that reports there. For market and browser downloads try downloadprovider.apk(it takes a decompile and xml and/or smali edits if I remember right). The music player also had its own ongoing text color reporting. This is just from memory when I did this for the androdena port on eclair but its probably the same for froyo. If you haven't figured it out by the time I get home later tonight I'll see if I can get you the exact edits I did.

Thanks a lot guys, yeah I'll look into the icons and I still done know which xmls to edit to get three notification text to look better. You might be right, might be each app cause aerobic looks fine everything else is white, I might just go darker on those backgrounds, we'll see

A softer/more shallow bevel should fix that (starting from the original).

Notes & Comments
-You can sign up for Swype beta at their site. You can also get stock Swype back from ACS.
-Launcher Pro is uninstallable, so please be careful you have another launcher installed before you go breaking things. If this does happen to anyone, please contact me and I will provide you with a flashable fix (hopefully it won't)
-I highly recommend leaving the rom alone for 10 minutes. There's a reason people say that. Even after it's done media scanning, there are still things going on. After 10m, reboot.
-find the default wallpaper here
-link to stock voodoo injected kernels
-you don't have to disable voodoo to flash this
Tips if you're having issues
-phone running unusually slow? try disabling voodoo. reboot. enable voodoo. really clears things up sometimes!
-Do not restore apps already present on the system via Titanium.
-If your phone is acting funny, delete cache/dalvik cache/restore permissions in recovery
-Market issues? Clear market data, run market doctor in titanium!
-Mms Issues?
Installation Instructions

Great work as usual Jellette. I was wondering if there was any particular reasons that the meizu clock widgets were left out, and wondering if you could post the files that would cause the menus to be black like in the prior M roms? Thanks once again for a smooth work of art so far!
Cool going to check it out. =D
There seems to be a bug with themed market. The blue theme vanished once I rebooted the phone. Its currently green color and no longer blue. Is there a quick fix to this as I really liked the blue. Not a complaint and certainly not a deal breaker Thanks!

Here you have my second rom (following in the footsteps of McSense, my first one). To my knowledge this is the first custom rom based off of the 605.3 GB OTA leak for the Incredible. It is extremely stock and streamlined, with a rom size of exactly 100mb (!!). This is about as close as Sense can get to AOSP folks, so if that is what you are looking for you have come to the right place.
CREDITS
-As always a huge credit to Jermaine151 for getting me on my feet with all this stuff and answering my questions.
-Big thanks to Wildstang for being a helpful guy and letting me use his port.
-Thanks to Sk806 for being a coding master and giving us quick settings.
-Thanks to Wdfowty for the advanced power menu.
-HUGE thanks to Google, for not being douches like Apple and giving us this great, open OS. Eternal thanks.
-All the great members of XDA.
Normal disclaimer about how flashing a rom can be dangerous for your phone and such. Please always perform a backup before flashing any of my work (or anything really). If you some how mess up your phone it's your fault, not mine. You are not allowed to sue me, all you'd get would be student loans anyways.
*Note: this ROM does not include a Setup Wizard. Simply sign into the Android Market to start contact and account sync.

If you're not a fan of Sense then I would definitely recommend it. This thing flies! Plus I love the AOSP app icons over the Sense ones and the MIUI music player is nice. I just plain think it's better lol.

Haha so did I, that's why I made this. And yeah I think it is even faster. It is much smaller/lighter and doesn't have Sense bogging it down. I am loving it so far.

Well you can probably pull that launcher apk pretty easily and push it in this rom if you really want to run it lol but all your decision. To each his own.

I find boot times can be greatly reduced by not rebooting your phone
Can anyone test HDMI landscape and report if it works?
Sounds interesting...will give it a shot!
Why do you guys need screenshots?...weird. can't you see its literally cm7 with one theme tweak?
Sent from my unlocked Motorola Atrix.
Basically cm7 with 4G icon
For what its worth, removing a standard bootanimation wont speed up bootup at all, and I've yet to see any proof that increasing dalvik heap beyond 80 has any quantifiable positive impact (in fact most would agree 64 is the golden point). In fact, you may experience negative impact.

It does a little bit, under my tests, the stock bootanimation is quite large (almost 2MB and the empty one i have here is only less than 4KB), it needs to load and play that.
Increasing heap is just placebo, everything is smooth for me
Would people prefer Launcher Pro or ADW Launcher? I prefer Launcher Pro, thinking about making it as the default. what do you guys think?
I find Launcher Pro to be the fastest launcher with CM7. I used to use go launcher ex and have repeatedly given it more chances but it has become so bloated and it is noticeably slower than LP. Also used ADW for a bit, but always come back to LP for its blistering speed (currently with weekly #5 and faux's 1.3 kernal...).

You sound exactly like me! However, have you tried ADW Launcher EX? it is more optimized and uses hardware acceleration on the ICS ROMS - I caught myself a copy during the $0.10 sale google had during the holidays. Still came back to Launcher Pro lol

Another issue is that Launcher Pro seems to seize advancement, I think it is abandoned?
I use ADW launcher EX, can't seem to get used to another one.
Loving the ROM, however there's only one issue I'm having, sometimes the status bar gets stuck when dismissing notifications individually; tried to remove one by sweeping it to the side and it just sticks midway through, after that the statusbar buttons and of course notifications don't work. It has happened twice already.

Launcher pro is way better than adw even if its hasn't been updated. So smooth. He occassiobally updates. I don't know why people love go launcher so much. What a childish launcher.

Not sure, does always do that when you dismiss one by one? I don't usually do that but I will have to test it. Probably CM7.2 issue?

Id love to test this Leo!
Are you possibly able to put up any screenshots??
What part of ADB is not working??
Ill see what I can do!
And I think you should look into making a tablet rom out of the new CNA build!!
That would bring some life to my atrix!!

Glad to hear that your not giving up!!
But dont let people on xda rule your life!!
Take some time to study, and LIVE!! lol
We can wait a little bit inbetween this awesome releases.
Im gonna put this rom on my phone now and I will report back with any findings I come across.
Thanks LEO!!
Hey Leo.
Had this up and running for a little bit now.
So far so good.
Im coming from CNA/ICS, and when I flashed the rom I only wiped dalvik and cash partition, and everything worked out great!
Still gonna see if I can figure out about the usb storage problem. Will let you know!
Tnx for the rom, keep the good work, is glad to see a new rom to try
One quick thing.
This rom comes with the DPI set to 220.
But the Atrix was designed for 240.
I changed it in the Rom control settings.
240 looks much better, and everything fits properly.
Gonna play around with other dimensions and see what looks the best!
I liked the initiative
good luck, then I download to test = D
you need the correct usb.apk from cm9 for usb mounts.
video wont work until cm9 fixes it.
adb, you need the correct adb /bin/ file
So I flashed one of Jokersax's new CM9 kenerls, 1.3 to be exact, and all I did was wipe the dalvik and it worked great.
I can't get into performance settings in the ROM control menu, it "unfortunately has stopped" on me. I dont know if its because of the kernel or not tho, because I didnt go to performance until after i flashed the new kernel. I think stevendeb25 is right about the usb.apk files and ADB bins.
I also changed my DPI to 260, up from native 240, and THIS IS HOW THE ATRIX SHOULD HAVE ALWAYS LOOKED! The icons fit PERFECT!
As always will report info as it comes
so far the best ics rom..thank you very much.
Sent from my MB860 using XDA App
Dl now. Peace
Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
Definitely will try it out!
Sent from the skies...
downloading now !!
do hw accelerated videos work, and is the multitouch issue addressed !
thanks...
and i think that replacing the usb.apk from any other cm9 rom should work for usb mounting or any usb mount market app !!
will try every possible option !!
I keep hearing great things about AOPK via twitter. Is this just a port?

It's actually AOKP .. not AOPK ... Android Open Kang Project..
the rom is quite buggy atm (like all other cm9/ics roms)
but much smoother than previous ics ones i tried !
when i open the browser, the notification bar gets corrupted !
also i cant enter the performance settings (it gives settings fc) !!
camera was good and didnt fc a single time !!
back to nottachtrix 1.3.0 for now !!
thanks for the rom !
Hey Leo I am willing to do some testing on this if you are going to be developing. For some insane reason this is the only ICS rom I can manage to load. Rom is nice an fast. Could test anything like the cam without getting the USB mounting to work.
