We deleted some false options on the rom like the bugged DOWNLOAD MODE OPTION on Lidroid Restart options , and Power Menu Mod
We Modified the 6 Lockscreen Mod clocks to become Center in gravity and layout for designing purposes
Added EDT Tweaks inside so you can manage your statusbar icons
Added CarrierName.apk so you can rename your Provider name any name you want

As I have said earlier , I was able to modify the rom to acquire the "Sweep To Unlock" lockscreen .. Wasted almost a week of my life just to have it .. but its really worth it

The Swipe To Remove Mod is also Active for those who are lazy to read their notifications :laugh:
The Extended Power Menu was also modified to have Screenshot, Reboot, and Recovery Optons so you can manage to take screenshots, reboot, or go to recovery easily by just pressing the power button

HOW TO FLASH???
We deleted the applications and files that will make firmware compatibilities .. This means that you can flash the rom on any firmware you want ..
Reflash your current firmware via ODIN Software ..
Take a Reset Factory Settings - This is optional .. but will have you the best of HydroPeria
After Media Scanning Completed , Go to RECOVERY MODE
Then flash the Rom on it .. (NOT ON CWM .. but i think you can) I just used Recovery mode whenever i flash the rom
After Recovery Says, "Complete" , wipe your data and cache ..
Then Restart
Enjoy!

im brand new
been running with my beloved galaxy note for 2 years now. it finally got stolen(living in south africa and all) and now i downgraded to the pocket. so far i think this is the best rom ive seen for the pocket. flashing right now! do u guys have some sort of a list or something of all the roms seeing as theres no dedicated thread? (WEAK!!)
i love it! okay just a few things.
i struggled to add more thatn one google account. had to restart the phone after each account in order to get the add account button to respond in settings
i seem to have extremely bad reception, was on HYPERION1 before this and signal quality was superb. now after flashing and upgrading to this rom(v2) i have very weak signal. is there a radio change of some sorts between the 2 roms?

Guys this is my second rom for the HTC Incredible S im still in the learning phase but i made this rom for myself for my convienience and i am sharing it with you all. This rom is built by me alone with a hell lot of time spent so if you dont like the rom please switch over to other rom .. share your reviews and we'll try to make it better.My first rom was built in collaboration with newtoroot on the MikRomsforum but was removed due to discontinued Incs development by newtoroot . Auto Brightness has been tweaked by me to work correctly as possible but still the feature is not fully available as there is a problem with the Services.jar if you notice a battery drain with auto brightness , try with the normal brightness and report
CRT not added as it disables Keyboard lights
Burst mode in Camera not working needs stock kernel ZSL ( Zero Shutter Lag issue )
When camera is held in landscape mode buttons dont rotate only rotate when panorama activated
I have observed that updating the su binary is causing a lot of force closes as reported on xda by many members so please dont update your su binary in SuperUser apk
This rom is bugfree except these mentioned bugs. i have atleast tried to make it bugfree but if you find any bugs please let me know . i will try and clear them as soon as possible
For now i advise you please dont flash any patches provided in some other runnymede roms . if any bugs persists after flashing a particular patch please dont report . i will be making patches for various mods myself and will posting them. If you try any themes or mods and find them working perfectly report in the thread i will post it in the mods post after me myself trying it .
Installation Instructions :
I RECOMMEND A FULL WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET & WIPE DALVIK Cache.
1.Enter ClockworkMod Recovery ( Recommended ) or 4ext
2.Perform a Nandroid backup for safety ( personal decision whether to backup or not )
3.Perform Full Wipe Data / Factory Reset
4.Perform Wipe Dalvik Cache
5.Make sure you place the ROM .zip file at the root of your sd card before you start the flashing process.Perform Install by zip and choose the Rom zip
6.Njoy the Rom
NOTE :
The first boot may take a while so please wait and dont start restarting the phone or remove battery or anything
After rom has booted up give the rom time to settle down like go into different menus and submenus till the rom settles down and you feel the speed
Go to Settings ---> Privacy ----> Tick Backup my settings --> Untick Automatic Restore & then untick Backup my Settings
Feel the difference & enjoy the rom .. Do tell me your review and click the Thanks button if you like my rom

THIS IS THE ULTIMATE NOOB GUIDE TO GET THEMES WORKING ON THIS ROM
1.download this
2.open it
3.click no thanks.
4.click my files
5.click "phone internal storage"
6.hit menu button(the left most hardware button on your phone)
7.select more
8.select settings
9.select the second option i.e. file explorer settings.(if u see black text on black background then just try to pree the options to get them highlighted and visible)
10.check the root explorer option
11.click allow in the box that comes
12.hit back button two times such that u are in phone internal storage
13.find data and click it
14.find system and click it
15.press the menu button(the left most hardware botton)
16.select new
17.select "create new folder"
18 this is the most important step so follow it word to word
19.give the folder name "theme"(without quotes)
20.remember---> the folder name should be theme not themes,Theme etc...i mean all the alphabets should be small and write only theme not themes
21.click okay.
22.this should make themes working.if it still dont work then read the above steps again and try again.if u did everything same and still dont have themes working then i cant help u anymore.
23.IF themes work then go to themes and apply the one you like but uncheck the lockscreen because it wont fit our screen.use milocker to use that lockscreen.
24.if by any chance u are stuck at a huge lockscreen which u cant unlock then press back button and volume up button together at the lockscreen to unlock.change the lockscreen to default one as soon as possible to avoid that in future(to be done in themes not in milocker).

[8 OCT 2012] [RoM] X POWER [XXDLIB] 4.0.0 -XL BATTERY & "UNPRECEDENTED" SMOOTH
Finally X Power is here, the ROM is all about battery and smoothness, not hottest mods, beta releases etc.
This ROM is stock like, no theaming. just small mods. I'll always try to get out the best battery life with phone running smooth as silk.
I'll will not be first to release new roms as battery optimize & smoothness takes a bit of time.

There is something wrong in the OTA.APK, and there will be a fix for it says the developer.
in the meantime, after downloading the OTA and choosing to flash it, in CWM choose flash zip from internal SD
then goto OTA-updater/download/xxxxxx.zip
flash it and your done.

Installation Guide:
1. Connect device to computer and copy rom or update package to internal memory.
2. Reboot into custom recovery.
3. Flash Rom and select setup type
4.Select Kernel, Modem Apps and Mods etc
5. Your Done! Easy
Note: If device doesn't boot or you get errors. Reboot into Recovery and do Data Wipe/Factory Reset.

Hey buddy. To be honest mate im new to posting in forums so i thought when a new version come out you made a thread. Maybe some one can pm with with the proper way.
As for diffreces My vision for this rom is to give the end user as many ways to customize during install. So they can have it looking and working the way they want it! I have not been modding Android firmware for long. But I am into it big now so i will keep going and keep tring to bring more features.
I am despirate to take this rom so much further so if any one has suggestion of can help me in some way please pm.

To be honest there aren't many diffs between ROM's. Every mod you find can be flashed to any rom, I mean, ROM A can easily be as ROM B. It's just a matter of getting a ROM that is as YOU want out of the box, since many people don't want/can/have the time to mess around on their own.
Of course, flash a theme ain't that tricky, and most people do. But all other things. I guess thats when your choice of ROM has effect.
Stuff like remove bloat/apps, if you think it's too much, just delete what you don't want in /system/app before you flash it.
Thats what I think anyway.

You are part right. But not every mod can be flashed to every rom. In most cases the mod needs to be from the same firmware. Also every rom will be modded and tweaked diffrently and have diffrent look and feel so yes it is a case of finding one you like. With this rom however in time i hope to cater for every one just choose your setup at installation and your done

FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ROOTED.
Download V1.5 GL_NOTECORE_HYDRACORE_v4-3b_STD.tar
Flash the file over Odin 1.85 (Click PDA, choose hydracore and press Start)
Your phone will be rooted. Restart and check if Hydracore is installed correctly.
Vol Up, Home & Lock to go to CWM and flash the ROM.

Welcome Natashaa, Nice ROM, but have come across a small problem. After I setup my Google account in settings, accounts, I now can't set up any other account, it keeps asking me to set up a Google account, which is already done. Anyone else got this problem?
