[Q] Removing theme

This has been my curiousity for quite some time. If I'm to flash in a stock ROM or any other ROM will it remove the theme I installed to my phone? By theme I mean themes in themes and app section where you install them through CWM.

Question regarding Alliance rom

Does any of you guys know why the side menu of this rom contains only a very few apps out if all the installed apps on my phone? The menu what I'm talking about is the one that you can activate by pushing the back button a few times. Thanks

Hes telling you to flash the following mod
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2024682
which leak based rom are you on XXLSA or XXLSC? If LSC then the above one, if not, check the permissions of the flashed files.
How can one get OTA updates for the Alliance rom?

There are some things you can do:
-reflash ROM
-flash another baseband with odin and then flash cm7.
Also check if you are using cwm recovery and you are rooted.
