Its a cwm backup, not a flashable zip. Im downloading it in order to see if works, seems a nice theming there.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, today I will release the stock Jelly Bean with everything working. I was able to finish it today.
I will also like to let you know that some of my team members such as Scamus no longer have note 1.
Followed by me, this is because I will receive my Samsung Galaxy Note II on Wednesday of the next week, and so the rest of my team...
As I mentioned before, my Note 1 will remain in my family with my 16 year old son.
I would continue cooking on both devices, but humanly it is not possible for me, as you know I have a family, work and bills to attend.
This hobby is a passion for me but if it takes a lot of my time in a single device, imagine my problems if I keep cooking for both of them.
Even though my wife is very supportive, in this case she clearly told me: “2 kitchens, no way!!!”
Due to the latter, I have to tell you that the ROM I am releasing tomorrow will be my last ROM for Note 1. It is not modified but it is completely working and very fluid. My team members Ferwalnante and jaraya13 are testing it with awesome results!
From my side, it has been a great pleasure to have shared my ROMs with you, and to the ones that are moving to Note 2, you’ll be more than welcome to my ROM thread, I will be looking forward to see you there.
And when you need help that is within my scope, with great pleasure I will be willing to help you all.

it is 5*5 and also modded for note with equal spaces and you can observe in wetaher widget, which is clearly aligned to the last of the screen which was not available with earlier mods...in conclusion: the mod has been done, so that widgets and apps are spaced properly for the note

This is my rom for the P51XX which I have made available on the P31XX due to a request for more roms for this device and being just a smaller version of the 51XX thought might not be too different. Rom does not include a modem in the flash as saw there is more varients for the 3100 so don't want to affect anyones mobile data

Instructions
Download and Place Rom on SdCard
Boot into Custom Recovery
If coming from any non TW rom a full wipe is required
Flash Rom in Recovery
Reboot
Notes
1. If you have the multi coloured screen at boot then you will need to flash a stock 4.1.2 rom with PC odin and gain root access again to rectify that issue
2. After first flashing the ROM let the phone settle for about 5 minutes while it sets up then should be ok

I don't have any pics of it on a 31XX but title pic has 3 screenshots of what it looks like on the 51XX. if anyone using it can post some pics that would be great. Basically stock themed with green circle battery mod.
Mobile network should be working as it is a 3100 base. The add on for the 3110/3 removes the mobile data stuff

I am using sungsonic hd currently and found it to be very smooth so if u say its better than any stock based rom then i might try it.

LMT, xda app, super backup, etc. If i opened 3 or 4 apps, one of them always force closed, mostly LMT app.

Swipe to remove keyboard? What do you mean? Do you mean Swipe to remove notification? Yes. Do you mean swipe to kill app? No.

Oh, it doesn't. It's just regular GB recent apps themed. To see task manager, go to settings and then task manager.

Yes and better take care of IMEI no....mine is gone+Superuser permissions are denied everytime

IMEI issues usually arise due to kernel. Go back to stock, reflash biel's kernel, wipe data, mount all and flash cm roms.

may be the porter forgot to edit build.prop
that is why device id is 5830
it's not big issue..
try galaxy toolbox for imei issue or hex editor..
