Thanks iquit040 for posting this link to a compatible apk for the AOSP Keyboard - it works great

Believe there is one in the market if I find it I'll post link to it.

I've seen it in Vipers ROM, but don't know if anyone has a flashable zip of just the keyboard? I've flashed other AOSP keyboards for other devices, but I am not sure if they scale out appropriately? Will one made for the DNA work?
Thanks!

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but I've had this and used it on the One today to test it still works.
It's the google android keyboard with their version of swipe

can't post links due to lack of posts... ugh... just add the typical www before the period

Anytime. I have been on the xda boards since the first android phones came out. Have been a rooter/flasher forever. Gotta get some more posts in so I can finally post in the Development sections lol. I have had everything evo that sprint has pushed out and I have to say by far this is my favorite one. I am going to learn to use the kitchen just because of this phone!

[App] Gummy Power Manager 1.3.0

A lot of the people running GummyNex on their NS4G were trying to track this down so here it is. Can be used on other roms as far as i know as well. This is a very great and useful app. It let's you know you're estimated battery time left as well as has different modes that turn on/off certain things to improve battery life as well as the option to create your own mode. It had some other great features as well, such as the optimization which kills background apps and prolongs battery life. It's pretty sweet. Anyways. Follow link to download and check it out of you wish.
Read down to about post 10 for screenshots.

This was originally included in Elite Mod ICS by mobile_sensei and the app was developed by him as well. All thanks goes to him for this. If you have an NS4G please follow the link below to the elite mod ics done by mobile_sensei. If you enjoy this hit the thanks button for him.

Is the dx battery app the same as this? I had this before and then it said to update and I did. But the name got changed to dx batteryboost.
It is relatively the same app, however when I updated to it, it wasn't working properly so I just went back to 1.3.0. My advice, don't update until it's fixed.

Looking for a couple of Testers

Hello,
I've recently started working on Slim Beam and have the standard HTC One release up already, I have also done some builds for the sprint revision, I'm looking for a few testers to give it the once over before doing a release.
If you want to help shoot me a pm and I'll send you a link.
technically everything should work
Thanks,
Nick.

I got it downloaded and running. Camera works, video playback is not working. Not sure about Bluetooth haven't had a chance to test it yet. Seems to be running well and no issues so far. I am still playing with it but having a hard time as its very small and my old eyes aren't what they use to be so I'm trying to find how to change it. Outside of that very smooth so far and I'll report back anymore findings.

OK the option for the HTC One isn't there in the LCD settings. Isn't it 460 or something like that? In the settings 320 is the highest. Do you know of a manual input that could help?

Rom Port Request Thread

Hey, guys! I'm making this thread because I will continue to port roms, but only if it is requested. As you can see I've been on a porting spree but now I want you guys to let me know what rom to port (if any). My ports are solely made to provide the experience of a rom until the owner/dev team of that rom officially supports us. All requests that I post will now be permitted by the owner/s. If I am not allowed, i will let you know here.
So if there is a rom you would like ported, leave a comment and I (and perhaps xcoNjA) will do my best to bring it for you. Thanks guys - Michael
****The rom needs to have the same resolution as the S4 and also an arm7 processor...might be able to do it with an arm6 but yeah (so basically, any rom that works on a different S4 I can almost guarantee it can be ported****

Just ran it... I installed it and restored apn's and its good to go. I flashed ktoonsez new TW kernel with it. Man this rom flies.
Edit: One thing though, you lose lte with a reboot and cant get it back until you on a Sprint rom and update prl and profile.

Thanks again for all the ports. I think I'm less interested in new ports and more interested in the stability of the ones we already have, And don't get me wrong. They're running great already. At this point, if we're able to get 3g and 4g, along with mms working like a stock rom, then I will definitely use them as daily drivers.
Thanks again for bringing some fun to the Sprint forum in the last week.

Josh will never let that one fly.
I know this is asking a TON, but Firefox OS would be absolutely awesome to try on this phone. Mozilla has some documentation on how to build it, but I am not advanced enough quite yet.
Not really expecting data to work, of course. Just a proof of concept and actually trying it on phone software would be awesome.
Then again, I could be completely off base and it could be impossible to flash like you would an android ROM. Who knows.

Vanir Rom 4.4.2

So I was updating my brothers nexus 7 and came across another ROM that supports are phone yet has no thread here idk if its OK with them but here's a link to their downloads
