Base : Jelly Bean 4.3.1 JLS36I : AOSP BASE FROM SOURCE.
It's Rockstable,Blazing fast.
and now Buttery Smooth too!
PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLEAR DALVIK/CACHE (AND FACTORY RESET AND SYSTEM IF YOU'RE USING THIS ROM FOR THE FIRST TIME OR IF YOU'VE NEVER FLASHED XENON 4.3 BEFORE) BEFORE FLASHING! Everything will run smoother for you that way If things still don't work as they should, wipe system and reflash. Remember, we don't support issues resulting from your having not wiped.
Also it is HIGHLY recommended to back up your apps with an app like Titanium or Carbon, perform a factory reset, flash the ROM, and restore. Reason: Data for Theme Manager needs to be wiped to work with this version.
This ROM is for unlocked devices only ... flashing with Safestrap will not work, as this uses a (close to) AOSP kernel!
Please use the latest 4.3 gapps with this ROM - nothing else will work as it should. This means the version found on goo.im

Recent changelog is at the bottom of post three thx!!

any posibility port to the xt925(gsm version)

I'll have to download this when I get home. I want to stay on 4.2.2 so bad, but every rom I've tried is great for like 3-4 days then just seems to get buggy out of the blue (even with cache wipes and reboots).

We will have to look into its variants. If it is possible then we will consider it. Keep up with us on our g+ or twitter pages to stay up to date.

Well give her a go and keep us posted on the outcome brother!!

Im guessing that because of this being 4.2 that the camcorder does not work right is that correct? Also does the Camera have HDR that works right (IE does not take over 3 seconds per frame)? How about voice search or text? Gonna try it later when I get home but figured id ask!!
Thanks!

Voice search: Yes
Camera: I'll see if HDR is working.. stuff is still being added to the camera.
Camcorder does not work correctly for the msm8960 based motos ... kernel still a WIP.
also there is no tethering att, I'm looking into it.
4g is working beautifully, connects fast.
I am going to start work on a version for XT925 soon - keep looking!

Thanks both for the response, I know on the last AOSP rom I tried the HDR mode took so long to snap all 3 images it was guaranteed to be blurry. Def not deal breakers though, just like to use HDR whenever I can because it makes low light shots sooo much better without using the flash. Thanks for the work!

I'm working on it now... hope to have a build by sometime tomorrow for testers.

Well, voice search works, voice to text works, HDR is not usable, but I think that is the same with all current 4.2 roms out now (took nearly 4 seconds to take all 3 pics, then another 3-4 secs to process, resulting in a blur). But otherwise, this seems very very fast, and have not experienced any bugs so far. GPS locked right away, and is tracking close. Good Job!

Changelog
Kernel Source: IllusionProject

Always follow the OP through and through.
The Emulated /0 folder is always going to be there, save all sdcard stuff on a PC or some where else before flashing.
If things are acting weird, or you have things going on and don't see too many people reporting it.
Redownload rom and gapps
Wipe data factory reset
Wipe dalvik and cache
Format System (upon flashing rom it will do this automatically)
Then flash rom and gapps then reboot system. (boot the rom and then go back and flash your kernel of choice, if that's what you choose to do).
Make sure your kernel choice is built after 4-19!! The Dev of the kernel should state that "3.4 linux kernel AOSP" as well in their post. :good:
Also if having issues, boot into safe mode and see if issues still persist. Boot into safe mode by hold power button and long press on reboot. This will boot you into no 3rd party apps mode, basically. To get out of it, just reboot normally
To enable Developer Options, go to; settings|about phone|tap build number 7/8 times
to enable reboot options,(recovery, download) enable advanced reboot in Developer options
Dual Panel mode will cause some weirdness in settings. Turn them of to set everything up and forget about it after.
All the tabletui settings work but nav colors reset after reboot
If you have the "tick" while playing music then disable "Screen lock sound" & "Touch sounds". Temporary work around for now
No PhotosPhere in this rom still...might get added but depends on stability and CyanogenMod
You must flash Gapps everytime you install the rom as it wipes system every time. Use the gapps in the original post, if you use other Gapps keep those errors to your self and adress the person that made those Gapps.
Facebook acts up and is weird?? Stop using the app.
Update system apps before saying things are broken. (Google Now)
If you decide to run a 3rd party kernel, take your issues about; speed, battery, and reboots to that thread, we cant change their kernel to make it better for you, they can. Thanks.
You will not have a 4g icon, it is an H+ when data is being retreived, when idle it is a 3g icon.
BUNCH OF THEME APKS
This is a work in progress, I'll update it as needed FAQ PART
What base is this
It is based off SlimRoms, with a lot of changes... It is it's own rom now
Which MMS app is built in?
A custom one, it has Themeable MMS and Popup. look in screenshots for my goofy face and pictures.
How to activate pie control?
settings>piecontrols>activate toggle. The trigger is at the bottom, slide your finger up slowly, and it will come up.
Where are the Touchwiz features?
In a Touchwiz rom.
How do I take a screenshot?
Volume down & power, OR... settings>powermenu>enable the screenshot.
Does this rom have Tablet mode and such things?
No, and there are no plans for adding it as of now.
Seperate Mods
Multi DPI Play Store- Inverted and normal play store with multi dpi hack.
Inverted Play Store- 4.0.2.6 New Inverted Play Store download, got from here
YouTube- YouTube app that allows Videos to play in HD over Cell Data, and allows screen off playback.
Apollo- Apollo music player. Install like a normal app.

@All
Please utilize the Q&A post by mt3g as once it evolves more, the more you will get out of it.
Also, itsmikeramsay and mt3g run pretty chill threads, please keep the discussion to the ROM and valid troubleshooting with proper bug reports.
Above all, if you can answer someone's question in 1 or 2 volleys, then do it. If anything beyond that threshold, then open a Q&A thread for your issue.

I'm redoing it... thats why the build is alpha for right now... There's certain bugs and nuisances that appeared after adding it, so I'll be redoing it. v2.0 is alpha solely because of it. But yeah it'll be back, more than likely next release. I just wanted to get everyone going on this new base. i9300 devices just know this as Xone's first release, but d2 devices know it as a rebase.
It'll definitely be back, but better than what it was before in terms of functionality...

I'm redoing it... th why the build is alpha for right now...

Okay, good luck and thanks for your effort
Aight folks, builds are now being pushed to "public" view! Give it 5-10 minutes to show in full. I strongly recommend a FULL WIPE/Factory Reset! Refer to mt3g's Q&A section if you have any questions, and refer to the changelog to know what's been changed! Remember peeps, it's "alpha" because Hybrid Settings isn't yet included!!
As always peeps, if you enjoy this ROM or like it, feel free to show some love. It's never taken for granted, and is very very much appreciated!!
Now I gotta get ready to take the wife to the doctor, might be able to find out the sex of my first "spawn of me" today! I'm stoked. Keep the threads cordial peeps, if any bugs are found, please politely inform us! Thanks again peeps!!

Hello! Can someone answer me please? I want to know is it possible to set wallpapers on notification drawer. Some of roms of the kind have that option some have not. I look at screenshots but there is no tips about that function. Thanks in advice!
I remember this Rom being by far the best for Galaxy nexus. Iceandfire is a great dev!
Is this a port for S3 or team horizon decided to provide us with their great Rom?
I will check and report seems promissing

Due to my job i think this is end of the line, i'm working at a indie game develop enterprise so, i think we will see each other again soon, cya
Introduction!
Hello everyone, this is my first rom and all i can say now is that i want to make a rom based on Beautiful Design. We have a lot of roms but it's always the same thing, stock or AOSP and this is not good. We have MIUI but it's not 4.2.2 and is very buged and have only english or chinese language. We have a theme engine on AOPS but it's just for system, not app, so i decided to make my own rom and it's called...Luna, a rom based on design, i'm actually theming all system and apps inside to my perspective of clean design, so i hope people enjoy. Expect Week builds but don't ask about when i will release cuz i'm not a big developer, i'm here to learn, i'm a pro designer not an developer as i said. I want to make a new ROM CATEGORY, based on design, based on your opinion, BE SOCIAL!
Your opinion is very important for me, you have the power to change things, this is a Social Development, so please, if you want to check my progress follow me on twitter and my Blog

Thanks pal, i'm actually theming all apks, i know it's not much now but i think i included nice features for the first release XD, so i'm progressing, so expect more things coming in the end of july 2.
installed this and so far so good, No problems. No lags which is something I have found to happen on some CM based roms. Battery seems quite good so far but will give it a couple of charge cycles before I confirm how good it is
only query I have is do you know on the camera if there is a way to save your pictures to the external sd rather than internal as I cannot find that setting.
very nice ! I'll try it right now ! but the link is off ?!

As you know Google Edition phones don't have option to save on external SD card, so i'm waiting until the user TheUnkn0wn that ported AOPS camera to SIII to release new 4.3 update and i will include that and replace the one leaked from S4.

Why do you have to use superwipe, isn't just "clean to install a new ROM" in Philz recovery enough like in everyone else's ROMs?
And are the Gapps posted here themed or just like the others, because I'd rather flash my own light gapps but I don't want to loose anything that you've done

As i said, i begin theming but it's not released, this is like others from Cyanogemod and about Super-Wipe script, if you are an advance user you can wipe in your way, i just trying to help people newbie and preventing problems that people with super-wipe don't have. You know, Wipe everything and you will not get error!
I will add to Q&A, thanks pal

I'm thinking about include AWESOMENESS Motorola CAMERA, but i'm not quite sure if people like it. can you feed back me with some camera compatible with AOSP and that have SD card option?

For all: i'm testing a new launcher with quick settings and circlewidget, yes, from Motorola Razr M

Oka good, just flashed. So far so good, no lagging and you don't have that bug that makes settings crash when uninstalling apps like some other CM based roms! Would you want to consider compiling this ROM with Linaro for extra performance boost? :fingers-crossed:

I'm not a pro developer XD, BUT i'm here to learn, i will read about linaro and i will see what it is but i'm sure that i won't add undervolt or overclock, you can do this taping 7 times on build number, developer menu appears as well as overclock and performance menu, but i want to say that my rom is for newbie people, that drive crazy when the rom have a lot of options and settings and they don't know what to do. I want to make things simple and beautiful
As much as i know about Linaro, it is ARM optimization? I will learn more about and see what i can do
do you have other download links, mega just don't work for me. I want to try your rom too. thanks.
