that works i have got loads of people to flash that
edit: i made it so its s self extract version then there is a FTF file for flashtool

found an nordic one ^^,
Xperia Z C6603_10.1.A.1.434_Nordic 1270-7280_Generic.ftf

I need help to find android 4.0.4 for xperia T

So, i checked many roms... and i cant seems to find a rom that is good for Xperia T and is android 4.0.4
Why I need that version?
I bought a Appradio 3 pioneer car radio.
My phone sony xperia T is on the list of compatible device but it must be on android 4.0.4 ... i am trying to find a 4.0.4 rom but i cant seems to find any o.o
Anyone can help me?

I am reading it, but everyone tell their rom with number like 9.1.A.1.X.X.X
I dont understand which one is android 4.0.4
Can you tell me which model is Android 4.0.4 so i can find better a rom?

Yes, for e.g I'm from Indonesia and I'm using Russian ftf
It doesn't matter btw =)
The different is only "Bloatware" app from Sony
As long you flash correct ftf for your phone

I imagine if it says 404 then it will work on that version and any higher version, just update via pccompanion and see if it works

[Q] Site/Source to download .FTF Stock Roms

Actually i asked this question in the ZR forum but unfortunately i got no answer ( low activity device :/ ) ,so i hope to get answer here
I'm new user to Sony ,What i'm used to do for my Samsung Galaxy W is that i download Stock ROMs from SamMobile.com and flash it via ODIN ,but i'm going to buy the Xperia ZR.
So now i understand everything about flashing FTF Stock ROMs for Sony from this Thread ,While i want to know if there is an alternative to SamMobile for Sony Devices ?
I mean from where can i download Stock ROMs for Sony devices for my country ?

i like the idea but unfortunately the customization numbers in this Thread are only for Xperia Z not ZR :/
but it's okay since i can check the customization number by dialing *#*#7378423#*#* :good:
one other question
if my device got soft bricked/bootloop..etc ,can i reflash the Stock ROM via Sony PC Companion ?! is it that easy ?

Yes, if your bootloader is locked. I suggest read stickies in general section. Look for Doomlord's and XperienceD's threads.

to root it you would need to unlock the bootloader.. use advanced stock kernel by doomlord and then flash the supersu_fixed file... then flash the stock kernel again and relock the bootloader if you love the "Bravia Engine"

I need help. Z1 SOL23 - KDDI AU - Japan.

Hi everybody. I'm living in Japan. I was bought an AU/KDDI branded Z1. The model is a SOL23. Today, i was try to flash it. But, after flash, it has soft brick. My phone is not root yet. i was try to reboot it but can not. i think i have to flash the rom stock. but, i don't have Z1 SOL23's rom stock. So i hope anybody can help me about rom stock of SOL23, please. Thank all so much.!

I just bought one of these to use here in Canada on Rogers.
SIM won't recognize so I assume I need a SIM unlock to use it?

Hi ,
Today ,and after i've downgraded my phone(Xperia z1 c 6903) back to kitkat 4.4.4 , i noticed that my phone cannot detect my sim card and i also noticed that my baseband and imei is unknown and i cannot active my wifi .
i installed 14.4.A.0.157

How did you downgrade to KK? Maybe flashtool helps with correct baseband from .ftf...

There is a flashtool thread here on xda, for .ftf flashing too... Search for it, and read instructions. In flashtool you can exclude all partitions except baseband before flashing...

Use xperifirm to find the .157 firmware with the proper baseband for your region.

I fixed my phone by changing the motherboard
What?! You really went that far that you had to change tour motherboard(BTW, how much that cost for you? Did you tried flashing stock firmware downloaded from xperifirm with your customization version (eg. Generic DE).
Also when creating ftf tutorials say to exclude .ta files the same said when to flashing them
I tried everything and the problem remained the phone also got hot in 10 seconds and yeah I changed the motherboard
