I unlocked the bootloader, on V20 and by accident flashed 2 recoveries,,:crying:, now stuck on LG flashing Logo. Tried everything from Firmware upg, LG tools, L3 recovery, almost everything... phone would not connect and lg pc suite keeps on installing the drivers on and on..it connects and when it goes to next stage pc suite says not connected..
I am in the UK and would appreciate if anyone would be kind enough to sort my phone out..I am willing to send it out to you as long as you are in the UK.. Please

I can get to Software upgrade mode and L3 but phone doesn't connect, tried different pc and ports too....:crying:
Need help friends Im coming from htc desire hd I. Need help as far as telling how LG works like the all in one tool what should i do?flash wich recovery what options are usefull or flash all of them...thanks

what is the status of phone when you bring it in S/W Upgrade Mode and is connected to PC? on PC in Device Manager what appear on that USB port?
On phone i presume it display <Bootloader state: unlocked>...

As I see u can enter to the SW mode, so where is problem? You can reflash with KDZ official firmware when your PC recognized your phone.

U should look in threads first, as the video said, "you are not special there are 4million users and someone has proberly asked the q before u" you like the 10th person this week who I have helped with this prob, here is the link u need.

I have same problem, Odin does not pick up my phone and my three xp machines and one win 7, none of them work, the error was unknown device detected and installed. Tried reinstall all drivers Google can find still no luck. tried a jig , didn't help as I am able to get into download mode anyways, tried ADB to the phone no go, it says couldn't detect device.... I ran out if ideas......:banghead:

yes , but all it does is to put the phone in download mode which it can already done by the regular 3 button combo...problem is computer not detecting the phone so cant flash with odin..

Hello everyone. As the title says I have rooting problem on my X8 device.
My x8 was already rooted before and i had had custom rom on it.
Few days back I wanted to put another rom, while doing that X8 got bricked.
I fixed it via PC Companion and everything is alright until i try to root it.
(Following links are in text form, I just made this account and can't make links jet.)

I'm pretty sure I am using X8.
I know about usb debugging, it's enabled. Flashtool won't work either.

Yeah, I'm using Windows 8. It may be the problem, becouse before I returned him back to normal via PCC, I had Windows 7 installed and it worked.

Hello, when I installed 4.1.2 JB LQB during mid-installation is interrupted, so I thought to restart the phone and start the download again the mod, but the phone did not want to turn now, can you fix it?

Can you start your phone in download mode. If yes connect to pc and try to reinstall rom with odin. Then it hopefully continuing with the procedure.

See the brick bug of 4.0.4 with the S2, you claim it and they can't say sh*t because it's samsung fault.

Please please help, cyanogen mod is for me. I unlocked the bootloader and now no warranty. I feel so guilty. Please I beg, tell me how to install stock with kdz? I didn't make backup before installing cm. Now when I connect my phone to pc it dosen't recognize my phone. It is just mtp only. Kdz updater says phone not found. LGFlashTool don't even work. Now when I connect my phone to pc (win 7) it show up bluescreen and reboots. Please help, I wount forget ever, please somebody help, I beg.

I solved the problem before you said. I thanked you because you suggested right thread, it worked for me. LGFlashTool didn't work in this case.

i am now running cm 10.2 and every time trying to connect to pc for tethering no thin g happened, so i tried to search the forum about some new drivers for pc or anything else but find nothing !!!! same problem happened with me in the past when flashing vanir.. So, Any one have some ideas ?!

USB tethering .. not" wifi tethering" and i think that this because the drivers on the pc "stock" are for JB 4.0.1 " the last update ". In stock rom when i connect usb with phone and PC and choose usb tethering . from the phone it install driver. and then connect. but in custom rom, after choosing usb tethering >> NOTHING happened !! but wifi tethering is working fine with my laptop also portable hot spot " it is another case that has no problem

Actually i was enabling debugging mode
Also i have the same driver setup in my PC
so i redownloaded it and re-install , Nothing happend
But, after that you have connected the Phone, if you go in settings, other, theatering; under USB it says usb connected? ..and if you check theater what happen?
