Custom Fonts

Instructions
Search the web for a font you wish to use. (tff type)

Open up the new folder called Fonts

You now have custom fonts for your gear.
Creating Widget(s) with UCCW
Creating Widget(s) with UCCW
Now that you have everything set you can start creating your own custom UCCW widgets.
Open UCCW to start creating them.
After your done creating your widget, Press and hold on the Nova desktop and select Widgets and the select the UCCW 4x4, select the widget you made from the list, be sure to resize it to use the full screen once you’re done (Prior to locking the widgets)
Now UCCW will open, have fun. Trial and error.
Im not going to go into detail about how to create widgets using UCCW. as there are many, many things you can do with it.
However please note that items such as weather, events, contacts ect.. most likely will not work. (I have yet to find out how)
I would say install UCCW on your phone and play around on it and get use to how things work. (You can even create the widget on your phone and then save it and share it out and push it to your watch.
.
Once you have what you want Activate Pie by sliding from bottom of the screen up. And click the menu button. You can now save, give it a name (Using the new keyboard from earlier).
.
I played around with my Widget Creation for about 2+ hours to get it just the way I wanted. (All on the Gear, really should have used my phone to do this)
Once you’re done and everything looks good. Lock the widgets / activate hotspots
Activate Pie, select the Menu button, and select Lock Widgets
.
I have attached my version if you want it and then you can mod it as you see fit. (You can also save and distribute your own) Or open one that was shared to you.
(rename the extention from zip to uzip.)
.
I also used UCCW to create a background widget for my other screens.
Incredible work, thanks for doing it. If you have time, can you post instructions to install asks through adb on a Mac.
Tia,
Ian B
Very nice. I've done some of these, but this really makes it a lot simpler. I really like all the links to the apps/etc. Definately a good guide for all of us.

Don't have a MAC, but you should still be able to use Wondershare as there is a Mac version.

Ok, thanks but already used my wondershare trial and clearing cache and cookies does not give me another trial. Like it but, can't justify $40 purchase price.

How to Install Trebuchet (CM11) on the Galaxy S5

Update: I have attached a file to make this process easier. Just flash and enjoy! (AT&T &VZW users will need to use SafeStrap.)
If flashing fails, simply extract Trebuchet.apk from the zip and follow the instructions below, starting with step 2.
Hello people. If you're like me, then you're probably itching for a bootloader unlock or SafeStrap.
While we wait, here is an easy mod that will give us the CyanogenMod app/system launcher called Trebuchet.
1) Download Trebuchet:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2687366
2) Copy it to /system/priv-app
3) Set permissions. Really, you can set it to whatever you want. But I set mine to "rw-r--r--" as this is the default for touchwiz.
4) Reboot. Upon the restart, the "Apps Starting" dialog will pop up and you will be prompted to choose which launcher you want. If you miss this opportunity, just unlock your phone and tap the home button. You can then select from there.
5) Enjoy
Hit thanks if you found this useful!
Good find

This way is better! Lol, only kidding. The one on the play store had some issues, and had some lag to it. The version listed here better suits this rom. But to each their own.

[Guide] Install ANY CUSTOM FONT! - Works in One UI 4.1 and older versions.

In this updated guide I'm gonna show you how to install any custom fonts you like in your Samsung Galaxy device WITHOUT ROOT. It works in all One UI (Android) versions; even in One UI 3.1!
ALL CREDITS TO @sathishtony 's #mono_ app and @__TrungDK__ 's method!
• #mono_ version 2.1 [NO-ROOT] ➜ https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...v2-1-for-samsung-oneui-1-2-3-no-root.4195613/
• __TrungDK__'s thread ➜ https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...r-android-10-oneui-2-5-samsung-phone.4203153/
Video tutorial:
Steps to follow (updated in 2021):
1. Make sure you are signed in into your Samsung Account.
2. Download and install #mono_ v2.1.
3. Launch #mono_ and allow the permissions it asks.
4. Install Samsung Sans through the #mono_ app.
5. Change your device's font to Samsung Sans.
6. At your phone's Settings, go to "Accounts and backup" and then to "Back up data" under Samsung Cloud.
──
6.5. If you can't find the Back up/Restore options due to carriers hiding them:
I. Download Activity Launcher from the Play Store.
II. In the search field you type "Cloud".
III. In the Samsung Cloud submenu you will find the Back up/Restore options.
──
7. Select only "Settings" and back them up.
8. Move your custom fonts to the "ttf" subfolder inside the "monofonts" folder (Internal Storage►monofonts►ttf).
8.5. If your font is not a ".ttf" font, then you may convert it using any online tool.
9. Go back to #mono_ and tap on "Load TTF". Select the font you want to change to.
10. Under the "Load TTF" button, tap on "Install". Uninstall Samsung Sans.
11. Tap again on the same "Install" button. Install the "fake" Samsung Sans.
12. At your phone's Settings, go to "Accounts and backup" and then to "Restore data" under Samsung Cloud.
13. Select only "Settings" and restore it. Don't delete the backup.
14. Android will be tricked into thinking that it's applying again Samsung Sans but it will actually apply your custom font!
15. You may repeat this process from step 8 or 9, for every other font, now.
