Original OP

Thank you Sir

I've been using this dor about 18 hours or so and I have already noticed a few problems.
First, while in Phablet UI if I swipe down right from cennter on my status bar it opens the quick settings menu. The problem being that I have both quick pulldown and quick settings disabled. Notification menu opens as expected if I swipe down left from center.
I need to copmetely disable the quick settings menu, It's useless if I'm going to use the power toggles in the notification tray.
Second, if I even attempt to use Phone UI after using Tablet or Phablet UI, I get an error almost immediately, and the system UI forcecloses.

Why is this in a Sprint forum?

Because there's no subforum for us cellular and after speaking to two of the moderators for this area it was decided that it should go here.

Ah that makes sense. My bad.

Sorry but it's in the title and multiple times around the download link plus at the very top of the op that this is for us cellular. I would hope the user base of xda after being able to root their phones and flash custom software, that they could tell what carrier this is for.

Oh believe me development won't stop due to some people. It doesn't discourage us one bit.

I'm running it now and it's pretty nice! GPS doesn't work for me, but it hasn't on any aosp ROM on the S4. But hopefully that can be resolved soon by CM or someone. Keep up the great work!

UPDATED:

Charging up my kindle fire again! Can't wait to try it out. Does it have the home screen flip problem? When you try to move an icon, the screen flips. You have to move home screens in portrait mode.
Issues
Hi, I have been trying this ROM for about hour and here are my thoughts/issues:
1) system is fast same as normal CM10.1 from hashcode
2) it has flipscreen problem
3) ______the biggest issue is for me DPI (I cannot change it for all application and system easily), everything is really small
That is all for now
But thanks for this port

It's a ROM issue ATM. The DPI doesn't stick unless you manually change the app DPI pa. Prefs.

Well, I dont have kindle here now, but I will try to explain my issue:
Quick setting (I dont know correct name) offers me: Tablet UI (1000p/89(?) or 1000p/100(?)) - that doesnt help much (still small)
In advanced setting I can change all to 1000p (but when I restart device, apps are still in 360p and some of them I cannot change to more than 360p)
In advanced when I am moving with DPI, the number doesnt change (still 160)
And so on, and so on. If you know how to use it and you are using it on Kindle Fire HD 8,9 without issues, I will do research and I will try to learn, how to use it.
In the PAPrefs, I cannot set the global DPI and it is showing 160 DPI no matter how I adjust the slider.
Per-app setting works fine, but it is very difficult for me to get to PAPrefs at first because the DPI is too small (I suppose it was 160, KFHD 8.9 should be 256 in quick calculation).

changes?
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I have to ask: Is the battery in this ROM better than the other 4.3 ROMs. I loved the ones i tried, but the 4.2.2 roms have far superior battery life. An outdated phone is far better than a dead one!
Multi window?
Is this a port of the touchwiz feature or something similar to Halo

I would have to agree. I was averaging about 4.5 hours of screen-on time and I've been plugging the phone in at about 20-30%. This was only on WiFi, with no cell signal since I'm out of country.

I'm giving this beast a flash now, I'll report back later today with my findings with both the included kernel, Woot's kernel, and with/without the QuickRemote file in case that borks something up.
First thing noticed: There are no navigation buttons and I can't seem to enable them. I'm stuck using Pie. I changed the DPI settings and cannot get them to go back to their defaults.

The ROM looks amazing I just with that 4.3 wasn't such a wasted effort now that 4.4 is out and should take much less effort considering the Nexus 5 and Flex would be easy enough to KANG from.
Here's Hopes that the official 4.4 comes out as promised form the frency carrier leak.

Well for now until pacman updates to 4.4 we can still use the new Google launcher that is preinstalled in this ROM. However, saying "okay Google" does not work for me

Using CWM - doing a full clean install, I keep getting a gapps error. I've tried the gapps provided in the OP as well as the full 4.3 PA gapps, but no dice on either. Anyone else have this issue? I'm wondering if I should switch to TWRP?
I've also attempted both the 11.24 and 11.25 builds with the same result.
im about to flash this when it gets done downloading. But i'd like to use a custom kernal since i haven't used one in 3 months does anyone have a recommendation?
Thank you for this. This is my standard go to Rom. Just waiting for cm to get Debugged and I'll flash this

Please let me know of any bug so I can either work on them or pass it on to the devs.

4.4 Pac is in development, trust me...it's not the easiest thing to get fully functional on so many devices.

Thank you for this, I will have a nice long weekend to test and try to fix.
I was able to get a GPS lock, no SOD's yet and no reboots yet. The hybrid settings seem to have some quirks. I set it to the recommended setting and the top of the settings were cut off and the quick settings are on the left side (slightly) and the notification panel to the right. One question I have is that it seems that most cm themes don't theme the "LTE" in the status bar and quick settings. When it was a 4G icon it would always get themed. Thank you for bringing us PAC!

This Rom seems very smooth and responsive, very nice work so far. The only thing I can report is that I couldn't seem to get the nav bar to show up...can't stand pie control, personally. I'll admit that I haven't run pacman before so maybe I missed something? Anyway, thanks for adding another ROM to our device!

Settings->Hybrid Properties then select the arrow at the top left. Choose Interface from the list and increase the slider for navbar to whatever size you like.

I'll be the maintainer for the device. If you have any issues, no logcat.. it never happened.
One small issue that presented itself when testing was that MP-Decision was locking the Minimum frequency to 1026 MHz. I used TricksterMod to disable Mp-Decision and re set the Minimum Frequency to 384 MHz. It should stay after that.
Thanks guys and gals, enjoy!

ok thank you
Awake issue. Was using a different kernel (arkenstone) since it suited me on all other roms. Is this just a cosmetic bug? Because battery is just fine. 1.5h SOT so far.
And as i mentioned on Google+, multi window is causing problems with omni switch and switchr both. Please refer this issue. Perhaps the exclusion of multi window would be better off.

7-30 is unofficial.. I'm using it now so I'll try enabling Omni and check it out.. Churchy I should give you credit too. Used your thread as a template! Lol.
Maybe a dumb question but what is quickboot mode. This is the first I've seen it in any ROMs dev options.
Thanks this rom runs really good, and has a lot of features . usually I hear about a dozen times a day complaints my gf has about not enough features or something is not working. But haven't had any yet... So thanks for releving the headache lol
Thanks for this rom. It's running great. Fast, smooth..... :good::laugh:
Does ART work?
Samsung Galaxy SIV I337
Open Source Evolution OSE
PoKernel 1.7
Tried enabling ART, it goes through the upgrade and app conversion, but after that, I get continuous 'unfortunately, <app> cannot start', where <app> is a fairly long list (incallui, weather, and so on...)
Anybody else screen come on when you pick up your phone? I'm on the official 7-30 Build and can't find where to turn that option off.

That's pocket mode. I'm not on this ROM right now so I'm not entirely sure where the option is. Look in the lock screen settings and un check pocket mode.

IR doesn't work in most AOSP roms.
Secondly, I've been trying to build but with error. I messaged Tim on hangouts and he's gonna look into it.
Don't rush people. No one is doing **** specifically for you. No one gets paid for this so chill the **** lax.
