Hi all !
I realy need a WORKING call (and sms maybe) blocker. Don't care if it's free or paid app, i'm ready to spend some money.
I just want that the app redirect unwanted calls directly to my voicemail without ANY ringing.
Can you suggest me some apps ?

If the phone is rooted, any Root call blocker app will work. It's is not rooted, "Droid call blocker Xtreme" works, just go to settings and change to LG mode.
Thx for your reply, but i've already tried a lot of apps (for root or non-root), but they all let the caller ear t least one ringing before go to voicemail or block... I don't want that ringing at all... but don't know if it's possible
That is possible. I've tried Xtreme Call Blocker in boypes modded cm7, worked flawlessly without root. Just try 2-3 apps, play with the block settings.

Im using HTC hero F.V 1.7.1
I am looking for a call & sms blocker app like Mcleaner. before upgrade to FV, I was using SPC. But at FV thats not working. I have used "Easy Call & SMS Filter" that worked fine in FV. But day before yesterday i tried TF then I again rolled back to FV. But now I am not getting Easy Call & SMS Filter in the market. I tried couple other sites too but not getting it anymore!
Can anyone suggest a similer working app like MCLEANER (Block mode:Busy/voice mail with No Ring and hide the logs )for Froyo ?

Does anyone know of any Android apps which can block incoming calls. I need to know a decent one as I have heard that some apps out there actually block calls which you DO NOT want to block!

anyways ive tried EVERY single call blocker and only one blocks at the root level faster than any other blocker
but its not free but well worth it

I have a nexus 6 with Afirewall blocker installed with lollipo 5.1 .Before the update when i was on 5.01 i used to be able to type in a code to get to the firewall and see my text and calls that were blocked etc. Now with the update if i have a normal sms come through, once i put the code in , it just takes me to the sms screen and not the Afirewall blocker.
Is there another way to block sms and calls on 5.1?

I haven't found any decent working SMS blocker for Android 5.x... they all need to be your default SMS app which kinda sucks. The only SMS app with a usefull blocking feature is Handcent SMS but it is way too big for a simple SMS app. Textra's blocking feature is really bad and hard to use. Especially when you want to add e.g. 60 numbers to the blacklist.. it will take you.. 1 hour?

Actually I am not sure but I would guess so. The description says it works at system level for better performance.

I have flash cynoigenmod on androidone. cynogenmod has inbuilt call blocker but it just keep silent the device, not drop the call. I have tried with some call blocker from market and those also don't drop the call , simply send busy signal. Tried with RCB which make the set hang.
Any call blocker which actually drop the call immediately ?

I've been using the Asus Zenfone Max M! Pro for almost a year now and there is one common problem that almost every Zenfone owner I knew has come across - the absence of call recording in the default phone app. This can be a serious annoyance especially if you're a person like me who tends to zone out during calls (or if you're super paranoid).
I tried a lot of apps from the play store, read multiple guides online =, bothered a lot of people with testing calls to FINALLY come up with this guide. Here, I now disclose the one app that worked for me, on my Zenfone Max M1 Pro (Stock ROM, no modifications).
If you want to enable call recording on your phone, download ACR (even the free version works) and grant it the necessary permissions to run. Then, simply start making calls and Voila!
All of the recordings will be saved in a folder of your choice. I'm recommending this app because it's the only one that worked (in my case at least). Other apps I tried were - Call recorder by Skyvalex, Automatic Call Recorder Pro (Similar name to this app, but doesn't work ), auto call recorder, cube call recorder and a couple others.
If there's any other app that worked for you, mention it's name in the thread below and I'll verify and include that in the post as well (with credits).

It does NOT work as intended after the update to 'Pie'.
Please do let me know if any workaround to make 'ACR' to record voice of other party on a device running 'Android Pie'.
I use asus contacts + tel app instead of the stock (google-branded) dialer & contact app. It has built-in tecording (through the asus recorder app), but seems to record line audio in call....

Could you please share the screenshot?
Android Pie and above call recording feature will not work unless the rom is rooted or it is custom built.
