In this case you can use the deodexed version with the delete recursive command in updater-script as provided by OP...this only works with apps but not with jars used for other mods, cause in framework there is no hybrid possible between odexed and deodexed files.
But it is possible to.odex back all deodexed files and so provide them for odexed ROMs...i will do that for some of the mods next days and open extra thread for 'Odexed Mods'

Im new to Xperia T so please be patient. My earlier phone was xperia X10 so Ii have some experience but still learn how to use it in Xperia T.
I use Docomo Status bar + Brightness bar + Power button on Status bar expanded mod. I really like brightness bar at status bar, but don't need power button and I want to reduce number of buttons at status bar. Can someone explain me how can i do it? Or offer any help. I want something like quickpanel posted below, but only with Wifi, mobile data, flashlight, autorotation and sound profile button.

1) your file firmware
2) if this file contains MOD (like reboot option in power menu)
3) if it's an STOCK or CUSTOM ROM file and witch version of the CUSTOM ROM
Like that people who want the MOD can take it if I have already make the MOD for this one

This is a small mod of the New Experience Stock Final 2 rom status bar.
in the first i just move the SoftButton to right, because i find it easier to use, and in the second mod also removed the brightness bar because it is not useful to me, in the third i kept the soft buttons on left and remove brightness slider, the fourth mod soft buttons on right and slide on the clock to show the brightness slider (thanks to san122 for this guide), and i am sharing with you.

I had done this in an older version, not the final 2 ... And i just took the pictures of this theme (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2197419) and replaces the original in New Exp Stock for my personal use. As it was not me who did the theme i can not share it without permission... Sorry

Welcome.
Present modify SystemUI.apk file for your Sony Xperia V.
Modification will probably work well on other phones such as the Xperia T, TL, TX.
Tested on ROMs 9.1.A.1.140/145 LT25i Xperia V.
Installation:
Put SystemUI.apk file to the root directory of the directory> / system / app / .. check to see if the remaining 644 file permissions Restart the phone.
