For the Diehard Rotary & Performance car nuts - Mad Mike Drift Boot Animation+Sound
For those of you who don't know who this guy is or who have been living under a rock, Mike Whiddett is one of the world's best drifters. He may not be THE best, but he goes down in history as being possibly the greatest show man of them all. He has a hand built Quad Rotar Naturally Aspirated Mazda RX7 generating in excess of 580hp at the wheels (pretty decent for an NA 2.6 litre engine don't you think?) soon to be running 200+HP shot of nitrous oxide! He also runs in competition a 20B Triple Rotar Turbo Mazda RX8 in it's current form generates in excess of 850hp. The RX7 is by far the most popular due to the atmosphere it brings and the intimidation it creates amongst his peers and fellow competitors

Note: Apologies for it being landscape, I had no other choice as the footage is from YouTube not my own, I had issues trying to keep the car in frame when cropping the video....resulting in either too much black space and/or car out of scene. The GIF is much larger than the animation.

You know I hadn't even thought of it. But now that you mention the idea, it probably wouldn't be too hard as I have already collected all the images and sounds (which took quite a long time to collect, edit, compress, resize, etc.).
Would you be willing to pay $0.99 USD for it?
(If so, hopefully Microsoft Skymarket will come out [fully] pretty soon).

" Basically this is a time based game and the concept and goal is to tap as many zombies without hitting the grenades as the pop up, on the certain amount of time given." More info to come.
#2 Shattered Lights -- " Ok the general idea of this game is to just shatter as many light bulbs as you can before timer hits zero, levels get increasingly harder each level.
#3 Candy Sorter -- We all have those pesky weirdo's who only like certain colors of cant and amount, well in this game you get 1-5 orders each level from pesky custormers and have a time based performance to sort through a pile of cant of all sorts shapes and colors and get there order filled with the time provided."
#4 -- Hardy Boys -- Knockoff clone. "Pretty self explanatory if you know who there are.. etc book serious would be picture based mystery game.
#5 Bone Collecter -- Information to come...
anybody have any response or suggestions?

[game] Vlak (Train) - classic snake-like game with oldschool DOS graphics :)

Hi, I just submitted my first WP7 game and also the very first Czech game on Windows Phone Marketplace.
It's a remake of original Czech snake-like puzzle game Vlak (Train) from year 1993 - DOS FTW
Your goal is simple - pick up all the cargo in each level and reach the gate. Can you beat all 50 levels?
Beware, the game is pretty addictive! I remember how I spent lot of days playing this piece on our first 386 machine at home
Game is available in English and Czech, but there is not much text at all, so don't worry about the language barrier.
Trial is full-featured and ad-free, the only difference from full game is occasional popup with Trial notice.

How to play - If train is moving horizontally, tap over or under the train; if it's moving vertically, tap on the left or right of the train to change the direction, pretty simple.
But that's not all folks, the development is still not over - I plan to add several new features:
better level select page with level statistics and replay option; better 'help' screen with pictures 'how to play' and also online stats showing best players with least steps, stay tuned!
Impressive use of the old school graphics on such a new device, I'll have to give it a try

DESCRIPTION:
A while ago we decided to tackle an old classic called Achtung die Kurve. This game has received quite some cult fame as a multiplayer game under students to release some stress during study breaks, and that is exactly how the idea started to revive this classic. Our initial plan was to design an AI for this game so that it could be enjoyable to play on a mobile phone. The problem with other Achtung games out there is that the AI is very simple and easy to beat or even non existant.
To design this AI we could not use a standard predefined algorithm, but instead had to combine various methods to make the AI more intelligent and harder to beat. And what started off as a challenge for ourselves ended up better than expected so we decided to turn it into a full game. We have worked hard to make the algorithm as efficient as possible and push the boundaries of the devices to achieve great performance, yet keep the gameplay challenging and fun.
To top it off we gave it a nice chalkboard design and composed a catchy theme song.
The game is completely free, please check it out and let us know what you think! If you like the game, please rate or review it.

We hope you like it! We had fun making it and are currently planning a Windows 8 port as well.
