But I want to have this on stock Rom. I don't want modified Rom. So... if that modified Roms have this statusbar can be ported? Dose sonebody can port these quckpannels for stock?

Then what you wish for is close to impossible.. it cant be done by just apk or update installation. the closest you can have is More ROM by godell which has this quickpanel. It also has a stock ui but with OC, and whole lot of tweaks.. So check it out in the dev section..

I want to make my modified Rom and I want to add quickpannel... Can you port for me this? Or maybe I can use emanoN to build my Rom? But... I want to build him from the stock rom. Can somebody help me?

Stock roms are odexed so they cant be modified fully..if u want a fully customized rom with stock look ..emanon is suggested. It also has many custom themes whch r superb to use..give it a try i m sure u'll like it..
quick panel belongs to galaxy mini accesories? well if thats the case then i want to buy a quick panel for my mini. price plz.

But i have rooted and deodexed Stock. I want to make my rom. Somebody help me? I modyfies Stock Rom from basic... So is it possible to port Quickpanel for my rom?

Use emanon as base, as it is already cooked wit many features, quickpanel included...use android kitchen for makin new or modified roms..

You need a DEODEXED stock ROM. Odexed (original) stock ROMs dont work. So deodex ur on your own, or take a deodexed one and everything will be fin

check the rom thread for eybee's rom XXLSZ.. there is a mod for all apps in multiwindow.. but it may only work on deodexed roms..

yes...i want a method that work with stock rom...no deodexed roms...
I recommend you the multiwindow mod based on xposed framework. You will find everything you need in this thread.

First of all I had mentioned this works on stock deodexed ROMs. Tested on stock DDULP8 LQB and LQ4 deodexed
I myself tried this on Turbostock/light jb. Both these ROMs have some kind of issue that no Mod is working, not even Advanced Galaxy VRT
Did you wipe dalvik after flashing?
I'm going to flash light JB myself and try this
