I would call it a fusion but its mainly based on stock firmware.

Me and a couple of friends want to start build a ROM,
but we don't know from where to start, can someone please help me.
Some of us know to design, some of us have some knowledge in some programming languages.
But we don't know from where to start.

Okay then you can start with downloading the source code make some tweaks and changes ..compile the rom...find and remove bugs ..
You want to build a rom on what base?AOKP/CM9/AOSP/Port from Galaxy Nexus?

No progress so far and i don't think there would be any. I have bought a new device now and stopped working on and using Galaxy Pocket.

Please guys i need help. i did the initial port but the rom is not booting. Now i need help. If there is no support how can anybody will learn.
Maybe if you post a boot log some may be able to help you.
Also post some info about how the phone behave.

Was waiting for somebody to come up for help and i tried it once again and My cute ZR got bricked. But thanks to XDA i have recovered it. I will wait for official port to come up.

Maybe sijav can invite you to take part in his dev for miui 6. Afterall, he has been working with miui 5 for quite some time. You can send him a PM for starters

hello friends!
i know that no one yet started to "build" a MIUI rom, me as a MIUI fan i really want to see that rom on our GREAT phone.
it can be done, i think. it did on the NOTE 4 and his brothers.
yesterday i almost bought a xiaomi mi note pro just beacuase i wanted the rom but its too difficult for me to sell my N920C.
so whos up for this? i dont know much in BUILDING a rom but i do have some technical knowledge..
if someone wants to start this "project" please commet in this Theard.

I don't have much knowledge on development of ROMS, but I know that all of the MIUI roms released for the Note 4,3 etc are based off of TouchWiz meaning it must not be hard to 'port' MIUI to our device. I think the reason no one has developed it as there isn't much interest in MIUI/Chinese OS's.
Hope someone could create an amazing MIUI Rom for us ^_^!
