[Request] How to add abyssplug governor to CM9

I'm looking for a way to add the abyssplug governor into CM9 . Is it possible? Hotplug isn't as great as abyssplug for me
well iXanza
to add a new governor such as abyssplug, you need to modify the kernel.it is really difficult. So try requesting codeworkx for this.

Best kernel, I/O Scheduler and cpu governor for Jellybean?

I flashed the http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2159519 SuperNexus kernel which is on version 4.2.2 Jellybean, and I'm liking it ^.^
Now, I was on ICS for quite a long time (too many unstable JB roms) and of course, the kernel I should use and the i/o scheduler and cpu governor changed, as I'm on jellybean now. I was using Devil with Smartassv2 and noop on ICS and it seemed to be working great. What kernel shall i flash for the supernexus? It comes with a cyanogen mod one which i don't like, and which i/o scheduler and cpu governor shall I use? Write below, with a reason.
Thanks!
No one, seriously?
You can try this. I'm using it and it's amazing:

I'll give it a shot! Oh, by the way, what I/O scheduler are you using and what CPU governor?

[Q] How to flash/Install new Governors and I/O Schedulers

Hi. I want to know if there's any way to flash new governors and I/O schedulers to my phone. I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia W8 (same as X8). I tried searching XDA as well googled it but couldn't find anything on this topic.
I am running Alfs kernel v09c with MiniCM7 2.2.2. It doesn't have Smartass H3 governor and Deadline Scheduler. Both are my favorites. I like this kernel as its very fast but doesn't have this governor and scheduler.
If there's a way to install/flash them kindly tell me and also provide the necessary links.
Thanks a lot

[Q] Adding CPU Governor

Hello everyone. I just wanted to ask if there's a way to add a new CPU Governor on a certain custom kernel. As of now, I'm using Forest-HelloWorld-Make-II kernel V1.9.0 AM1, and for some reason, the available governors are only smartassV2, ondemand, and pegasusq. I wanted to have the powersave and performance governor for other purposes, is there a step-by-step/ newbie-friendly tutorial on how to add additional governors? I've searched a lot on this forum, yet I can't find one. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

Needs to be done at compiling level using "make menuconfig" command.

Semaphore Kernel - Reboot

Hi everyone in the i9000 forum.
I have been in kernel development for about 2 weeks now and I would like to know about some thoughts on some features you guys want.
Here are some things I might add:
- I/O schedulers: Add Tripndroid, ZEN, BFQ and FIFO
- Allow changing of TCP algorithms
- Add new CPU governors
- Overclocking improved - not sure about this one
- Use latest linaro 4.7.x toolchain or UBER 4.9 toolchain
- Upstream updates from CM
Please note that I maintain a kernel in i9100 thread, plus the i9100 is my daily driver! Right now, my i9000 is an inactive device.
When I start making some builds, I will make a thread in the development section for all of you guys to download.
Stay tuned
It will be good if you are add more normal OC steps, e.g. 1200,1300,1400MHz. Good luck!
It seems that the kernel doesn't like my build environment. It's weird because it should work without problems.
I'll try building it again.
How is battery life??
