Hi . so i flashed a rom belongs to galaxy mini (s5570) on my mini 2
and now when i power on the phone samsung logo shows up but i have white edges on two sides ( im guessing lower resolution )
and after 5 seconds it restart itself . and of course i cant go to recovery and download mode
any suggestion ?
UPDATE : i got my phone back but that was lucky so please do not try this

i tried with normal combination vol up + vol down + home + power for recovery and vol down + home + power for download
neither works
Not sure but i think you bricked your device... Sorry i cant help you
Pres " Home + Power " and keep pressing both for a few seconds untill you you enter Recovery Mode ,
Or " Vol up + Home + Power " to enter download Mode ..
if both ways did not work .. so you have to go to Custom Cares.

When you put your phone on charger, is the battery icon appears or not?
If it doesn't appear, you don't have a chance of recovery it.
Try buying USB jig and flash stock via Odin. That's how I unbricked my Mini 2

nope . but i taked it to a service center and it turns out i have messed the boot . they said its fixable and i hop the can ...

Do you tried removing your battery and get back to download mode?
yes and still not working as sooon as i press the power switch
th image comes up again

Hmm. in this case, i think you have to buy a custom usb cable to force phone to get back in download mode. i saw ebay have those cables for cheap price or you can make a custom usb cable your self. xda have a thread how to do that

hi,
did u try the below to get it back into download mode:
> pull the battery out and keep overnight,
> plugin the USB
> while holding volume up+down, insert the battery..
hopefully this will work (unless u've already tried this)

just for other people, DON'T USE ROM MANAGER to our Ace, because too many issues that it will brick our device, so be careful, and from other forum, also don't use Font Changer coz that can brick too

You must send it to Samsung Assistance. ROM MANAGER HARD BRICKS GALAXY ACE. No other solutions, sorry man.

Send it for service man..
If you have followed everything and you can't still revive, better send it to the service center.

1. prepare odin for flashing
2. connect your usb cable
3. insert the battery into your phone while pressing power + home + vol down
4. itll get into download mode
5. click start...
6. wait.............
7. enjoy
i suggest you flash mush69 rom
i used these settings in odin while my phine was hard bricked while flashing mush69
the .ops file as ops
apboot file as boot
modem file for phone
code file for pda
and csc file for csc
dont forget to hit the thanks button

It happened the same to me like 4 month ago... the phone didnt respond at all, rom manager fried my motherboard, so i send it to ASC but i told them that the phone just one day it tuned off and and never work again, after wait for 1 week they change it to me for a new one for free xD
Unfortunately if rom manager fried your motherboard too... it's the only solution.

But when that happends kies gives u a code, then u connect it again and u can do an emergency rescue or something like that :S
Then let's consider power failure and PC turn-off
Like someone already said just send it to samsung service and with an inocent face say "I dont know what happened, it just never turned back on " and they cant find out the real reason it bricked so they will fix it

Simple to unbrick ace
just press volume down home and power key and then insert battery. It will start with download mode then flash with ur favorite roms and use ur sexy galaxy ace as it was new

I really need help.
my galaxy note has blocked for some reason and I cannot go into download mode or recovry by using 3buttons (vol up/down + home + off)
apart of it everything is working (my curently rom is imilka v8)
how can I fix it ?

Maybe your phone is not totally off before you do 3 buttons. Try to remove and reinsert battery to ensure it is totally off then repeat the procedure. Hope this helps.

@kopitalk - Well you don't require to be off for using the 3 buttons combo for recovery. Anytime press the combo in any screen and keep them pressed till the time the Samsung GT N7000 logo comes up and leave all of them then. it will boot in recovery.
But since its not happening here with nowy57 so the best bet will be remove battery (as suggested by kopitalk). Leave for 2-3 mins and then insert and then try going to recovery mode!!
Use a jig to see if it helps

It should work if it is due to software error.

I install ones more time 3 files ROM + pit16

Does your all three button works separately? I mean it is not defective when you using as routine use?

I think, your bootloader is corrupted, which won't replace with 'PDA'.

then yesterday the phone stopped working!
Now he is in infinite loop, I can not go into recovery mode, and when I put in download mode the computer does not recognize the usb input.

Try getting it to recovery mode by pressing Home + power button..
And if it does, then format it!
If not, try download mode by home + power + vol down/up (I don't remember )
If it goes there flash it with a new firmware

WELL IF ITS NOT GOTTA GOIN TO RECOVERY OR DOWNLOAD MODE...THEN YOU MAY BE SURE THAT IT IS HARBRICKED...
IN THAT CASE I SUGGEST YOU SHOULD SAY BYE-BYE to YOU SGM..
There is something you can do...
I've got the same thing this morning... I went to a local service with it and they said that on Monday they will send it to another service to fix it.
If you do that, don't tell them you have root, etc. Just tell them the phone isn't booting anymore.
