If you are running the latest CM stable (7.1.0), it is actually ahead of stock N1s. It is currently based on Android 2.3.7.

[Q] Downgrading to MIUI from CM 10.1 NIGHTLY

Hello, i wondered if there was something i have to do to be able to flash MIUI over CM 10.1 NIGHTLY ?
And waht is the newest verison of MIUI ?
:good:
Just go here. Final version of MIUI by Gerrett... As we only got recent update to 4.1.2. You need to wait for the Official and old one is outdated. There are fully working two versions.

[Q] Which Rom is most like plain old android jellybean?

Hi - I want to have a rom most like the standard android jellybean seen on the Google Nexus 7 for example.
Which Rom should I go for?
many thanks
This one:

on Galaxy Note?!
You'll want something AOSP based so for example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1796217
That is cyanogenmod 10.1 (Jelly Bean 4.2.2) - they are nightly builds as they are not entirely stable.
whats the most stable one? For example I have used PA which is great but would slim bean be more stable?
What I mean by stable is that they claim they are unstable - sometimes something isn't working with cyanogenmod but then it is working the next day with the new nightly, they can all be use as a daylt build though. As for slim bean - they usually have the odd bug in each of their builds, I haven't checked out their 4.2.2 build 1 or 2 however.
In short words - don't worry about the stability.

Click to collapse
For the last couple of weeks I've been using SlimBean 4.2.2 and Carbon 4.2.2.
Both are clean, pure and stable.

AOSPJB ANDROID 4.2.2-JDQ39 vs ANDROID 4.2.2-CM 10.0

Anyone know what is the different for the captioned rom and which one is the latest new rom.
THANKS
AOSP isn't built for i9300
I think:
AOSP 4.2.2=Pure android..
CM10 4.2.2=Pure android+ a lot of mods from CM Team..
1. there is no AOSP for i9300
2. There is no 4.2.2 CM10.0, it's CM10.1

[Request - ROM] Hellybean-20130723-galaxysmtd

I've searched everywhere, but the latest version I've found was the 20130616 build, wheras the latest JellyBean (Android 4.2) Hellybean ROM for Galaxy S i9000 is Hellybean-20130723-galaxysmtd.
Does anyone have this ROM? I'd be very grateful - Andromirror site's been down for a long time, and there are no working links on hellybean.com. This is one of the fastest gaming ROMs for this phone.
